Abstract

Ridho Rizki Employees Cooperative a credit union that aims to provide storage services and lending capital to the surrounding community Karangmojo village. Areas of the business process scope Employees Cooperative Ridho Rizki is, cash loans, savings, compulsory savings and voluntary savings. In the process of lending cash, a cooperative judge of eligibility or the total penalty payment history, amount of loan, collateral value, and the value of their business, then if deemed appropriate by the owner of the loan will be realized. However, problems that occur in the cooperative over the years is the presence of the owners are not there so that the loan application is in the cooperative accumulate and can not be realized by the owner. Besides the problem that also occurred in the cooperative is the assessment of any owner in realizing loans are subjective, resulting in some customers in arrears installment payments already overdue. Resolve the issue then be made an eligibility determination decision support system that is able to replace the loan customers of the assessment process owners and provide a precise calculation in assessing the feasibility of loan customers. Methods which can support the decision are Fuzzy logic, because the data and installment payments on the cooperative nature of non-linear so that it can be modeled and calculated exactly.

Abstract

The problem in PKBL activity of benoa port is based on PKBL's loan report in 2011, there is 100% total bad debt with the details 15 bad debt of 15 loans. and from the PKBL's loan report in first semester 2012, there is 87% total bad debt with the details 26 bad debt of 30 loans. the percentages amount of bad debt is caused by mitra could not adequate to pay their loan. PKBL's officer difficult to monitor when partner could not settle their loan. In order to solve the problem, they need monitoring information system of fostered partner which give benefit to monitor financial condition of fostered partner. system will monitor with liquidity factor, solvency and profitability With the monitoring information system of fostered partner, PKBL's officer obtain the information about partner's result of paying ability asessment, information about partner's result of financial eficiency assessment and information about partner's result of determination founding assessment.

Abstract

Abstract : PT. E-T-A Indonesia is one of E-T-A German subsidiary that supply a circuit breaker for electro-mechanical and electro for a variety of industrial applications. At now, all departments that handle the claims should always check and open a files that integrated by Local Area Network (LAN) to determine the claims that will be done. Besides, the information from claims monitoring has not available yet. That problem can make the claims handling process has been delayed and can decrease the impact level on customer satisfaction. Based on that problems, this research will design and implement claims handling control information system to provide the monitoring claims information using administrative workflow systems methods that can help to control the timing of the claims handling process. This information system is build based on web. Web is used to provide the monitoring information claims to be accessible anywhere and anytime. The research result showed that handling control information systems can help PT. E-T-A Indonesia in controlling and monitoring the claims. Claims handling control information system is also able to help PT. E-T-A Indonesia to entry the claim data in an integrated way.

Abstract

Rejeki Glass Shop is one of the stores located in Jl . P.B. Sudirman 186 , Banyuwangi . Rejeki Glass Shop is a store that sells one of the important ingredients in the construction of a building is glass . Glass itself is very diverse , ranging from kind to the thickness of the glass .The problem arises when the order of glass pieces found in large numbers . Order in bulk piece of glass is glass for the windows of the building or the tank . In the cutting process , often resulting inaccuracy in analyzing the pattern. As a result the rest of the glass produced less minimal . It can only be known when calculating and describing the specific , from the patterns to be cut . After the comparison is known that there ineffective and inefficiencies cutting . Problems like this are often referred to as the cutting stock problem .Design Applications Cutting Stock Optimization Methods Integer Linear Programming In Rejeki Glass Shop, is expected to improve the cutting process becomes more effective and efficient . Effective question is about maximizing the broad field of glass , so it can be used optimally. Efficient question is the reduction in material costs that arise from the rest of the glass is wasted

Abstract

Skin disease is a type of diseases that frequently infects pets especially cat. Cat that is infected the skin diseases, may initially looked fine. Based on interview with veterinarian who specializes in dogs and cats diseases, skin evaluation to the pets are considered to be very important. In some cases where skin diseases are not handled properly, it result in severe illness to the pets. Mostly veterinaries open up their practice only in big cities. Therefore most of the time, the cat owners are lazy to give proper treatment against the skin diseases that are suffered by their cats. Based on the problem above, it is neccessary to build an expert system that is able to support clinic and cat owners to diagnose the skin diseases of their pets. The certainty factor expert system will be used to detect every symptom that is suffered by cats. The new system will generate diagnosis of skin diseases for cats. The experiment results of this expert system indicate that the system is able to identify 91.6% accuracy of the type skin diseases. The result is obtained by the examination of 12 cats that suffer skin diseases in Moii Pet Care veterinary clinic.
