Abstract

STIKOM library has four online services such as web one sir.stikom.edu, sir.stikom.edu is institutional repository that contains information collection of scientific papers related to the work of the academic society that is open to anyone. Nevertheless website sir.stikom.edu now deemed less attractive academic faculty and students STIKOM, even based on the results of interviews with the library manager that the academic faculty and students STIKOM more like its old access online services web digilib.stikom.edu. Based on these problems, then this final project conducted a preliminary study to measure the quality of a website in terms of end-user satisfaction and site visitors using WebQual, Of the deployment of questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability. Furthermore, the normality test data and test assumptions as a condition for the implementation of the next step that multiple linear regression.  Based on the results of this test showed that the variable quality of use (usability) with a coefficient of 0.266, the quality of information (information quality) of 0.141, and the quality of interaction (interaction quality) amounted to 0.196 positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) with a coefficient of determination amounting to 0.611 which means WebQual contribution to customer satisfaction by 61%.

Abstract

PT. E-T-A Indonesia is a subsidiary of international company from Germany which are engaged in the design and production circuit breaker that aims to give solution an electric current protection. The problem in PT. E-T-A Indonesia is process of performance assessment obstructed because MD and GM often out of town so that the HRD have to postpone the assessment. Then, next problem is too many performance assessment sheets to be done that caused HRD difficulty in performing calculations and archiving the assessment results.To overcome the problem of above, performance assessment needs to be converted to digital and computerized data. To fulfill the need of it has to be made an web-based application of performance assessment in PT. E-T-A Indonesia. Performance assessment application making uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).The result of research showed this application can support the process of employees’ recommendation, value and recommendation results recapitulation. Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) "Bahagia" is a business cooperatives engaged in the sale of goods, savings and loans to members in the sale of goods, the cooperative has a business field stores, in stores KPRI "Bahagia" there are some problems, errors high in the process of recording so that data is not in accordance with these transactions, search history data that most sales of goods sold, sales transaction data storage which has also still in the form of documents and inventory can not see inventory is empty.Of these problems, we need a system that can help in addressing the problems that occur with making the system where the system is design application sale of goods at KPRI “Bahagia”,  With a system that has been created it will be able to overcome the problems that occurred in the cooperative.The test is done by inserting a few transactions that have different cases of this type of sale. Abstract

Abstract : Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Wijaya Mojokerto is a container business that is engaged in savings and credit cooperatives. In the development of the cooperative Wijaya it turns out there are some problems caused by the management of transaction data, the difficulty to determine the loan and payment history data member who has paid or not paid. The problem potentially decreased in terms of performance or in terms of reporting on the cooperative Wijaya Mojokerto. So by knowing the problems that exist in cooperatives, savings and loan application implementation in cooperative Wijaya Mojokerto. Savings and loan application is capable of resolving the problems occurred as the management of transaction data, the difficulty to determine the loan and payment history data member who has paid or not paid off and improved performance on the process undertaken by the cooperative. Savings and loan applications can be used to manage and store data transactions made by the cooperative wijaya. This application can also generate reports such as reports of members, voluntary or compulsory savings report, report taking deposits, lending and payment reports reports.

Abstract:CV. Abilindo Mitra Sejahtera is importer company of children supplies like clothes, shoes, socks, bags, accessories. Problems faced by CV. Abilindo Mitra Sejahtera is when personal facebook page reaches 5000 friendship, personal page automatically changes to the page, or more recognized with fanspage, resulting in the loss of all photo products. Each post, not all friends on friendlist can see it. To be seen by everyone must use special features provided by facebook. Also in terms of sales note sales are often lost, resulting in a revenue calculation results become incompatible with the truth. To handle these problems, then the application of online sales is created. With the features of the sales are product catalogs, shopping carts, sales reports.The result of tryouts showed that sales application have been made can do register member, receipt of the goods transactions, selling transactions, payment, goods shipping and can inform daily sales report, monthly sales report, annual sales report, invoice sales, payment list and sent list  with the purpose of providing information that can help sales CV . Abstract

PT Orela Shipyard is a company that works in industrial ship makers. The problem that has been occured all this time is a few site often left unguarded by the technician so the ship repair service can be said not to good. This is caused by scheduling process that are not optimized. Scheduling process that has been don is not well organized, each technician is scheduled from one site to the other directly without using method that optimized it.Application that has been build can be use to scheduling the technician according to the need of the user. Scheduling calculation Round Robin Tournament method and the process of making the application can be done with a few step that is communication, planning, modelling and construction.The result based from the application trials, the application has been made can solve the problem of PT Orela Shipyard in scheduling of the technician with producing schedule according to the need of each site so there are no more empty site or being left unguarded all day long. Technician scheduling application can handle the data that need scheduling, technician scheduling process and technician presence, so it can produce technician data, site data and detail presence report. This is sustained by the result from application trials by using black box testing that focused on user input function with the system showing perfect score of 100% shows this application is can be used.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang bertujuan untuk membentuk pengetahuan siswa tentang ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pendidikan di sekolah ini diberikan kepada siswa dengan mata pelajaran yang harus dikuasainya seperti matematika, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Inggris, dan lain-lain. Selain dapat materi dari pengajar di kelas, para siswa juga dapat menambah wawasannya dengan membaca buku-buku di perpustakaan.Pada saat ini, perpustakaan di SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya masih mengalami beberapa masalah. Siswa mencari buku yang ingin dipinjam di rak buku secara manual, setelah buku ditemukan siswa membawa buku tersebut ke petugas perpustakaan untuk pencatatan peminjaman ke dalam buku besar. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lumayan lama mulai dari pencarian buku sampai ke proses pencatatan peminjaman ke dalam buku besar. Misalnya proses pencatatan peminjaman ke dalam buku besar memerlukan waktu 5 menit, jika a da 12 siswa yang meminjam buku saat itu juga maka 1 jam sudah terbuang sia -sia hanya untuk pencatatan peminjaman buku perpustakaan ke dalam buku besar.Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan aplikasi perpustakaan yang akan menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi perpustakaan ini diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada sehingga proses kegiatan perpustakaan menjadi lebih efisien, mudah, dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama.

Abstract

New student admission is important aspect in educational institution that directly connected with registration, entrance test, and admission. New student admission system gives impact for educational institution strategic goals, so that it can produce valid information according to educational institution needs and useful for basis decision making in subsequent development. Current condition in LP3I Surabaya regarding registration, academic test, interest and skill test cannot be held online so every applicants must come right away to do registration and tests.Based on the problem, it can do analyzing and making up application design for new students admission in LP3I Surabaya which is converted to digital and computerized data. To fulfill the need of it, online based system is made for LP3I Surabaya new student admission. This application making started from the beginning communication, planning, modeling, constructing, and operating.After doing trial, new student admission application can handle online registration, academic test and interest skill test online, as to be able to produce accurate data of registration, interest skill test, interview result, test result report, and admission result report. Keywords: application, new student admission, registration.

Abstract

Sistem Administrasi Pengiriman Barang pada PT. Graha Prima, merupakan sistem yang penting dalam mendukung proses pencatatan order pengiriman barang bagi admin perusahaan. Administrasi pengiriman pada PT. Graha Prima terdiri dari proses pemesanan pengiriman barang oleh pelanggan, proses pengambilan barang di pelanggan, dan proses pengiriman barang. Pada saat ini, sistem administrasi pengiriman barang pada PT. Graha Prima terdapat permasalahan yaitu data kegiatan pengiriman barang belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Proses cetak resi di bagian administrasi belum terintegrasi dengan baik dengan data yang ada, sehingga perlu proses beberapa kali.Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka dibuat Sistem Administrasi Pengiriman Barang yang dapat terintegrasi dengan data yang ada dan menghasilkan cetak resi dari hasil penyimpanan data.Dari hasil pengujian, sistem mampu sistem administrasi pengiriman barang yang terdiri dari proses pemesanan pengiriman barang sampai proses pengiriman barang.Kata kunci: Sistem Administrasi, Pengiriman Barang, Resi, Pemesanan Pengiriman Barang

Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains merupakan perusahaan yang menjual detergent, softener, shampo mobil dan silicone oil yang berada di Pondok Wiguna Regency V no. 25 Gunung Anyar Surabaya. Perencanaan CV. Mitra Techno Sains untuk membuka kantor baru tentunya membutuhkan tambahan biaya tenaga kerja, biaya untuk membuat kantor dan juga biaya operasional perawatan gedung. Kesulitan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai data harga dan produk yang paling baru merupakan salah satu kendala yang dihadapi selama penggunaan sistem konvensional. Untuk dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru yang dibutuhkan, pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menelpon atau mengirim email. Jika pelanggan harus datang ke kantor, menyebabkan banyak waktu terbuang yang dibutuhkan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi maupun untuk membeli produk.            Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi penjualan online yang dapat menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan. Pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) adalah siklus pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam manajemen proyek yang menggambarkan tahap-tahap yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek pengembangan system informasi dari studi kelayakan awal melalui pemeliharaan aplikasi.            Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan evaluasi sistem, Aplikasi Penjualan Online pada CV. Mitra Techno Sains mampu menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan dalam menjangkau konsumen-konsumen yang berada di luar daerah maupun di luar pulau dan dapat meminimalisir biaya operasional perawatan gedung danmembayar gaji karyawan karena tidak perlu membangun sebuah kantor baru serta dapat membantu admin untuk menghasilkan berbagai macam laporan seperti laporan penjualan, laporan barang dan laporan customer. Konsumen juga dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data harga dan produk terbaru tanpa harus datang ke kantor.  Kata kunci: Aplikasi Penjualan Online, CV.
