Abstract

PT. Kasa Husada adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan peralatan medis yang meliputi kasa steril dan kapas. Permasalahan dalam proses penilaian kinerja di perusahaan adalah: proses penilaian memakan waktu lama, indikator umumnya tidak sesuai dengan tugas dan target. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan proses aktivitas perusahaan menjadi terganggu, dan hasil penilaian kinerja tidak dapat menggambarkan bagaimana target perusahaan telah tercapai. Sedangkan dalam proses promosi mereka masih menggunakan kertas dalam pengajuan promosi, tidak ada kriteria minimum yang harus dimiliki untuk menempati posisi tertentu. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan proses promosi di perusahaan membutuhkan banyak biaya dan kesalahan dalam penempatan karyawan. Dengan masalah di atas, aplikasi untuk evaluasi kinerja dan aplikasi untuk proses promosi dibuat. Aplikasi penilaian kinerja dibangun menggunakan metode KPI Maximize (Key Performance Indicator) dengan indikator penilaian sesuai dengan bagian masing-masing. Sementara aplikasi promosi memiliki kriteria kemampuan (dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting)), persyaratan, dan hasil penilaian kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba, sistem ini dapat menangani seluruh proses penilaian kinerja dan promosi posisi di perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria persyaratan dan kemampuan masing-masing posisi dan berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan. Abstract

In accordance with the tri dharma of higher education and research, research and development, and community service, lecturers at Stikom Surabaya  every year can produce works from research activities. In addition to lecturers, students can also produce works research work from courses and practical work. The work of lecturers and students Stikom Surabaya can have selling points. The establishment of the Marketplace Stikom Surabaya. By being a platform that can accommodate the work of lecturers and students that can help to offer their products. A marketplace requires management to limit the problems that occur. Based on the explanation above, it can be seen that the problems that occur in the Stikom Surabaya marketplace if it does not have good management such as shops making products that are prohibited in the available categories, stores that do not complete transactions and there are buyers who have not confirmed receipt of goods after the goods are taken. Management can also be used to control processes such as transaction processing, entry and exit of marketplace balances, feedback from users, receipt and delivery of goods at distribution points. Based on the existing problems, research will be carried out to design and build an Android-based marketplace management application for Stikom Surabaya. The design and build application marketplace management Stikom Surabaya based android platform that can manage standardization, distribution points, create voucher / promo features, manage premium members, manage complaint resolution, record cash flow, use push notifications in real time, store management in the marketplace, and transaction management so that transactions are monitored. In developing applications, the process of withdrawing balances can be made directly into the seller's account, adding vouchers for reward badges / levels, adding features for premium members, automatically developing checks on the names of products added, and using schedule tasks or the like to inspect goods that have not been taken at the distribution point.

Abstract

In the system that runs on PT. Surabaya Trading Industry, that need to be resolved. The sales process for a company takes a long time and customers have to come to the company because of the large number of orders that must be checked one by one because it is based on a lot of documents and there may be broken and unreadable. PT. Surabaya Trading Industry has difficulty in marketing and recording orders, especially in customers whose geographical location is far from the company so that customers must come to the company, this causes difficult access to facilitate customers. So that all existing orders can be managed and monitored, we need a system to manage orders. A solution is given in the form of a web-based sales information system application at PT. Surabaya Industrial Trading. Tthis application can help PT. Surabaya Trading Industry to manage order data, provide a function of stock and order monitoring that is recorded when ordering takes place so that the company can find out information about the order. The application also helps in providing order reports, income reports, and stock reports.

Abstract

In case studies conducted at PT. Petrokimia Gresik management and recording of process incoming and process outgoing mail is still done manually, the according to results of new discussions with an the parties concerned, current management often raises several of problems have including frequent is occurrence of officers not knowing the new existence of letter documents if certain parties need information on good letters it's an incoming or outgoing letter. The letter of disposition process that is still manually using paper and the new process of filing and distributing letters must be printed repeatedly. Therefore, it requires an process incoming or outgoing mail management application that has a mail search in feature, letter of recorded and letter of disposition to get effective and efficient results. As for application users are secretaries, managers and employees.The application was built and designed with web-based, in order to quickly connect between managers, secretaries and employees at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. reports generated include incoming letter reports each period, outgoing letter reports each period, letter disposition reports each period, reports on the number of approvals or rejection of dispositions of incoming letters each period, and reports on the number of approval or rejection of outgoing letters.

Abstract

PT Boga Group Jatim adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor pangan yang didirikan pada tahun 2006. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan moral pekerja. Distribusi aspirasi keluhan adalah salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan moral karyawan. Untuk alasan ini, aplikasi penanganan pengaduan karyawan berbasis web dibuat untuk memfasilitasi karyawan dalam membuat pengaduan. Aplikasi ini mampu merekam keluhan, membuat surat penugasan dan membuat tanggapan keluhan , Aplikasi dapat digunakan sebagai teknologi pendukung untuk membantu  proses bisnis yang berjalan di PT Boga Group Jatim

Abstract

PAMURBAYA area is expected to be a place or means of learning for the community and also as a mangrove conservation activity so that the community can know the importance of conserving mangrove forests for the city of Surabaya. There are several ways of the process of delivering information about the importance of mangroves for the city which is currently run by the manager of PAMURBAYA wiasata areas such as the existence of information space in the PAMURBAYA area, there is also a learning application "SMART Mangrove" based on Computer aided Instruction (CAI) using Interactive CD. However, from a number of ways the delivery of information is still less effective and efficient because the delivery of information is still not fully accessible to the people of Surabaya. Based on the above problems, a media was made that could provide information to the public in a broad and quickly accessible manner so that the public could know the importance of preserving mangroves. Therefore, an interactive mangrove website was created in the PAMURBAYA area. The results of this application are providing information about the importance of preserving mangroves, loading the types of flora and fauna that exist in the PAMURBAYA Surabaya area, providing information about activities and news in the PAMURBAYA Surabaya area, providing information about the damage that occurred in the PAMURBAYA Surabaya area, the public can also propose activities and references about mangroves as well as providing quizzes that can be played by users of this website.

Abstract

The student cooperative (Kopma) is a business entity managed by students that offers entrepreneurial experience to students. Kopma has many activities including purchasing, sales, consignation, maintenance scheduling, Business Profit Calculation (SHU). Problems faced by Kopma include the process of scheduling guarding, selling, purchasing, purchasing, and consignment transactions carried out manually so that when calculating the contribution of members often experience problems, because waiting for the recap of each district that resulted in the calculation of SHU for Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) often experience recording errors reporting. Of the problems faced by Kopma, the solution provided is the design and analysis of Kopma information systems. Where the analysis and analysis of this information system produces a Kopma information system that can integrate reports from each Kopma operational activity. The results of the analysis and design of the Kopma information system as a reference for the implementation of the system so that the workmanship is in accordance with the analysis and design documents of the Kopma information system. The results of these documents are in accordance with user requirements based on the results of usability testing conducted to AKMS representatives where 5 testers can easily use the Kopma information system design prototype. the advice given for the next development of the Kopma information system prototype can be continued until the system implementation stage.

Abstract

PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang usaha pembuatan kapas dan kasa untuk keperluan kosmetik dan kesehatan yang ada di Surabaya. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini ialah pemesanan dari distributor saat ini masih melalui email, ketika ada pemesanan yang banyak hal ini membuat Bagian Pemasaran harus melakukan pengecekan pada masing-masing email baru. Selain itu bagian pemsaran harus melakukan pengecekan kembali pada Bagian Gudang terkait jumlah barang yang tersedia dan jika barang tidak tersedia maka distributor harus menunggu produksi barang tersebut. Solusi yang dibuat adalah dengan membuat aplikasi web untuk mencatat transaksi penjualan secara real-time dan mengintegrasikan aplikasi ini pada Bagian Pemasaran, Gudang, Produksi, dan Bagian Ekspedisi yang bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses transaksi yang dilakukan oleh distributor dan membantu setiap divisi yang ada pada PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim seperti : 1)  mempercepat proses transkasi yang dilakukan oleh distributor, 2) penentuan batas aman persediaan barang minimal menggunakan metode safety stock, 3) memberikan kemudahan untuk melakukan pencatatan barang dan pemesanan, 4) mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan laporan. Hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mempercepat proses transaksi pemesanan yang dilakukan distributor mulai dari pemesanan sampai dengan pengiriman barang. Terdapat fitur untuk menghitung safety stock untuk stock pengaman yang ada pada gudang. Aplikasi ini juga membantu untuk mempermudah pembuatan setiap laporan.

Abstract

AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch, the current condition of IT services used to support business services is not in accordance with IT service requirements, but based on operational needs. From this AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch cannot optimize investment and the competitive value of business services. The impact of this problem is that AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch cannot know the benefits and feasibility of investing in IT services by measuring acceptable risk. Based on these impacts, it is necessary to make an IT service planning document based on the ITIL Framework Version 3 2011, so that AirNav Indonesia Surabaya Branch provides services that meet the needs of business services and the benefits derived from the services provided. The results of the planning of the IT service portfolio document are the IT services catalog consisting of 2 IT services namely human resource control and e-education which are categorized in the service pipeline, and 3 IT services namely e-flight control, e-IT support airlines, and e-assisstance that are categorized in the service catalog. The results of the initial investment priority analysis of services are e-human resource control with a value of 34.7% ROI as the highest priority, e-IT flight support with an ROI value of 28.06%, e-flight control ROI of 21.02%, e-assisstance ROI 19.51% and electronic education with ROI value of 14.82% as the lowest value.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Dawarblandong is one of the high schools in Mojokerto Regency precisely located at Jl. Yon Djarot Subiyantoro. The common financial administration problems are counterfeiting students ' financial receipts, many mistakes in payment logging, recording mistakes when generating financial statements and making reports too long. The problem causes the inaccuracies in student payment data, the development of the school to slow down and inaccuracies in financial reporting. Based on the above problems, the solutions needed are information systems that can help the school's financial management process, including recording student payments, entry logging, expense recording, financial reports and visualizations Information in the form of school financial dashboards. Based on the results of the evaluation, the application is able to conduct the school's financial records computerized, the process of recap report can be done quickly, the evaluation of school finances can be done by looking at the financial WordPress Display information in real-time.
