Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has 240 employees which consist of official teaching, official doesn't teaching, prodi lecturers, lecturers non prodi, and regular employees. Human Resource Department in Stikom Surabaya (PSDM) is one of supporting factor to improve quality in Stikom Surabaya. Therefore PSDM makes performance appraisal for employees to assess how well their perfomance and it can be reference for next evaluation. However, there is a problem in that process, specifically the sending process evaluation form is inefficiency so it caused PSDM can't monitored directly which department haven't done the evaluation.Information System Web-based Employee Performance Appraisal in PSDM Stikom Surabaya with Graphic Rating Scales (GRS) method made to solve that problem.Performance appraisal with GRS method is using five scales which have been categorized, that scale is used to make conclusion for result in performance appraisal.Result from testing which has been done is Information System Performance Appraisal with Graphic Rating Scales method was compliance with expected demand and it can be used for user. Information System Performance Appraisal has exactly result with manual calculations from excel and it has report for performance appraisal result. Furthermore, PSDM can be monitored which department haven’t done performance appraisal their employee with system directly.Keywords : PSDM, Graphic Rating Scales, Performance Appraisal

Abstract

Chrismalis PT Artha is a company engaged in the credit card collection services provider. Field collection subdivision has responsibility to performing the field collection process to credit card customer. Based on observations and interviews, the main problem of field collection subdivision is field collectors doesn’t achieving the performance targets because of monitoring delays, evaluation errors and decision-making mistake.To solve these problems then be made of information systems solutions that can do the performance monitoring and evaluating process of field collector using web-based to reduce errors in the evaluation, optimize  customer handling and field collectors can achieving the target. Based on the results of the field collector performance monitoring and evaluation information system then the conclusion is the application indicate conformity with the expectation and feasible for use

Abstract

Student learning outcomes that effective and efficient can help ease the performance of the school, therefore a system capable of handling the process of assessing student learning outcomes. The assessment system of student learning outcomes is expected to help simplify the performance of the school. The problems that exist in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya is how to design and build the application of student learning outcomes are structured and centralized. Currently, when the teacher will enter the student score, the teacher will enter the student score by using Microsoft Excel application, in recording of the student score it causing error by too many files created in assessing student learning outcomes, each file can be changed by all parties, so the student score data becomes invalid to be incorporated into student report cards. Based on the descripted problems, it is needed an application that can be used to assist the admin and teachers in facilitating the process of student learning outcomes in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. The solution is making a computerized application that can  processing the student learning outcomes at SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya, so as teachers inputing student score, the teacher does not need to make various Excel file, and the score can be directly seen by the student.

Abstract

Bharata Sport & Fashion is a company act in the sales of sports equipment and sports clothing which was built in 1986 on Jl. Ngurah Rai no.36, Jembrana Bali This company currently has some problems namely: 1) bonus counting process, work performance and making report of Salesmen performance that are still done manually that leads to a delay in reporting process and there is a risk to lost the data because it was saved in Ms Excel. 2) reservation process is still using telephone as a communication media and the reservation record is written in the notebook. This proses needs a lot of budget. 3)  this company has difficulty in monitoring their Salesmen in some branches of the company because one and another are located in long distance. The solution offered for covering those problems are making an application of Salesmen performance that included to make the visiting schedule, to report the visiting result, to record the customer’s reservation and to calculate bonus and salesman performance. The result of this essay show that application can help do generate sales report, the monitoring of Salesmen performance, counting the bonus, and this application can show the graphic of sales, bonus, salesman performance in each branch office.

Abstract

Controlling raw material stock is not an easy task. Because of that, a company have to plan raw material requirement to fulfill costumer needs so that the quantity and time of fulfillment is suitable. If a company buys too much raw materials whish is make the stock piled up, and increase the holding cost and the risk of damaged goods. However, if the raw materials stock is very low, there is a possibility insufficient stock (stock out) because the raw materials can not be delivered directly and if the raw materials stock is unavailable the production process is stop, the income will be delayed, and costumer trust.The solution to overcome that problem is to make design raw materials requirement planning informastion system. This system is built to counting estimate raw materials request, to counting raw materials demand, and the right time to buy the raw materials.This application will provide an information such us raw materials request report, raw materials forecasting report, and raw materials stock planning report. Based on trial results that has been done, this system could help forecast raw materials demand in the future, raw materials procurement, and the right time to buy the raw materials.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) provides the aim of improving the quality of service becomes faster, more convenient, and accurate on the basis of human resources (HR) is competent. Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) & Umum is part assigned to training for all employees PDC. Based on identification and analysis of problems, SDI & Umum has a problem in the process of determining the training needs for assessment competence test has not shown effective results. Impact, time to analyze customer samples will be long and causing delays lab results. This resulted in the PDC service quality to decrease. To overcome these problems, then made application solutions competency-based training needs analysis. This application can analyze the value of the results of competency tests to generate the amount of tolerance gap on the type and level of competence. Analysis of the gap tolerance can be seen priority training needs for each employee. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of systems, applications have suitability between the results of calculations using the application with using manual calculations. The application obtained the information gap that training needs are categorized by level knowledge, skill, and attitude.

Abstract

Abstract : PLANKTOON GARAGE STORE is Engaged in Manufacturing Sector.  The weakness at the company's sales system is that, the company difficult to determine the increase in the item goods and know all recording reservations and sales transactions that have been done, in the absence of reports that provide information about it. Other problems are also affecting the company is , the production department does not know how many items are to be produced so that the warehouse stock is not stable due to inventory planning management did not account properly resulting erratic stock ( excess or reduced ) from the storehouses.Of problems that show above a solution that will be given is the manufacture of Supply Management Design Build Applications using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) that can help companies to manage and determine the inventory with the calculation methods in the application, and that will be taken into consideration companies with the solutions presented by this application.From the test results the system is able to produce and provide some recommendations in the form of output that can assist companies in calculating the amount of data that must be ordered raw materials, the report items such as customer item, booking reports, sales reports and inventory planning report. Keywords : Application , Inventory Management , Economic Order Quantity.

Abstract

Abstract: Effort estimation using Use Case Point (UCP) method obtained from the multiplication of the UCP with the Effort Rate (ER). Some studies conclude that there is some value of ER used in the calculation of effort estimation. However, the most often used is the ER with value 20 man-hours given by Karner. Disputes about the research that is ER by Karner occurred in 1993, so it is possible that the ER by Karner not suitable when applied in the calculation of effort estimation for the project worked on in 2013 and the years to come. This study used 8 data of governance website software development projects. The data is used to calculate actual effort, making use case diagrams, and calculations UCP estimation. Further level of analysis that is performed correlation and regression equations for actual effort and the UCP estimation. Based on the regression equation then performed calculations tangent ? to produce the ER. From this research produced the ER as big as 5,178 man-hours. The ER is much smaller than the value given by Karner ER. Case is possible for several reasons, among others: 1) Enginering software technology that is growing rapidly. 2) Manufacturing website using components. 3) Source of the internet so complete. Abstract

Abstract: 178 pharmacies founded by Mrs. Lusi August 2013. The pharmacy is located at No. 178 Jalan Surabaya East Ploso. At this time, 178 pharmacies to check the card stock, if the stock exists then checks completed but if the stock is empty then the pharmacy will make a reservation by making a memorandum of reservations that will be given to the supplier. Supplier will make the process of creating a memorandum of expenditure which will be given to the pharmacy as proof of purchase along with the drugs ordered by the pharmacy. Based on data from 178 pharmacy expenditure in the period June, July and August 2014, there are number of drugs with an empty stock reached 45%. From these percentages outlined that for high spending levels (≥ 70%) with 34% the amount of medication with an empty stock, while the expenditure level moderate (<70%) are 11% the amount of medication with an empty stock.According to this problem, then the solution is to make the design of the application of medicines in pharmacies 178 using ABC analysis, ROP (Reorder Point) combined with less safety stock and lead time. Doing so can help the pharmacy to pharmacy owners can assist in controlling the drug supply in the display or in storage. As well as 178 pharmacies can help owners in decision making for the future development of the pharmacy business processes.From the test results and evaluation system that has been created it can be concluded from the Application Inventory Control at Pharmacy 178 is the application can generate output reports ABC classification and reporting of inventory control to help the pharmacy in addressing the problem of shortage of stocks which contributed to the decline. The report formed also can help the pharmacy to do scheduling. This application also generates reports to provide information to managers such as reception reports per period, per period expense reports, inventory reports per period, and report expired.
