Abstract

Raja Duren has an official website that addressed in www.rajaduren.co.id as a source of information from a wide variety of food products and beverages. Such information includes promotions available at Raja Duren, location, photos of food and drinks, the vision and mission as well as other information about Raja Duren. In this study, an analysis of application acceptance website using technology acceptance model 2 (TAM 2) at Raja Duren. The data collection is done by giving a questionnaire offline using sampling methods unknown population survey questionnaires were distributed as many as 120 people. Data were analyzed using AMOS SEM applications. This research led to the conclusion that subjetive norm does not affect the intention to use the website Raja Duren. Subjective norm, job relevance and Image no significant effect on perceived usefulness on the website Raja Duren. Subjective norm no significant effect on the image on the website Raja Duren. Result demonstrability output quality and significant effect on perceived usefulness on the website Raja Duren. Perceived ease of use does not significantly influence the perceived usefulness on the website Raja Duren. Perceived usefulness significantly influence the intention to use the website Raja Duren. Perceived ease of use significantly influence the intention to use the website Raja Duren. Intention to use a significant effect on usage behavior on the website Raja Duren.

Abstract

Sidoarjo regency is one of the central areas of fish production for the province of East Java. In 2014 the Sidoarjo regency produces fish production of 16 911 tonnes of the total demand of 21,190 tons. People therefore have the potential to Rp. 64.3245 billion, - to be used. However, with the opportunities that still makes people hesitant. Based on observations and interviews, people have some problems in understanding the business opportunities the business of enlarging catfish. The problems regarding the planning is there is no information about the capital, the estimated cost, the information behind the capital and feasibility analysis. In addition, the educational background of different society and do not have the financial complex science that makes people not do the planning before doing business.                    Based on the above issues then made an application investment calculations enlargement catfish farming berbabasis web by comparing various media pool that can perform calculations, measurement and analysis process using the Cost of Production (HPP), and Average Rate of Return (ARR).                    Based on the results of trials that have been done this application can display information capital planning, cost estimating, value of turnover as well as the comparison with the 3 (three) media pool. From the calculation using the average rate of return that has been done to produce a value which is to cement pond 4.03. For the pool tarp 2.3. And for ground pools 3.95.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) is a company engaged in the field of public health service, particularly in the field of laboratory. PDC using technology that is integrated and centralized called Parahita Information System (PARIS) for running and supporting existing business processes. Implementation of the (PARIS) has some problems: frequent occurrence of malicious code attacks, misuse by unauthorized parties, and lack of maintenance on the system. Existing obstacles which lead to some risk of data loss, misuse of data and information, failures in data processing and the performance of the system becomes impaired. In order to determine the cause of problems that may occur, PDC need to conduct a Information System Security Audit using the standard ISO 27002: 2005 as the best security. This audit process using ISACA developed stage and calculations of maturity model using CMMI. The scope used is clause 10, clause 12, clause 13, clause 14 and clause 15 which is adapted to the problem. The results obtained from the information system security audit is the level of maturity of 3,11 that is defined. It shows that most of the information systems security process already have rules and conducted on a regular basis. This research also produced recommendations which are used to improve the process of information systems owned by the PDC.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies so rapidly and widely used in various fields of life, one of which industry and manufacturing, such as the accounting department is one of the activities is to manage the assets of the company. The use of information and communication technology in the industry is essential and needs to be prioritized, because it can improve the speed and accuracy in data processing and to support the accounting department in managing its assets. The activities in accounting department of PT. Bina Megah Indowood are managing asset data, maintenance of assets, changes in the status of assets, depreciation of assets, and acquisitions are still done manually and not centralized. It makes the accounting department have difficulty managing the data quickly and accurately. In addition, the asset data is not centralized accounting difficult to find valid data. To resolve the problems, it will be created an asset management application at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With this new application, it is expected that the performance of the accounting department in asset management be the better and make it easier to manage and accelerate the assets reporting process.

Abstract

Abstract: Telkomvision is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia which engaged business on pre-paid TV subscription and has some branch office called RO. At this time the size of sales performance measurement is shown by using table which is difficult to read and couldn’t see more detail number of subscriber achievement to general manager so that when it is forwarded to the subordinates there could have been errors. Problems on Telkomvision RO Bali Nusra can be handled by visualization information sales achievement of pay TV using dashboard system. Dashboard can give an easy look to general manager nor sales manager regarding company condition so that can help them to make a decision. Based on application trial using customer data, sales achievement information could be shown more simple and suitable with key performance indicator. The result shows that information visualization which made can help Telkomvision RO Bali Nusra on performance monitoring and making decision to achieve sales target.

Abstract

The recording of receipts and expenditures rice not in orderly and daily process proceeds or spending rice to the next part of public services will be made a report to be submitted to Kasubdivre, but in reality the process of submitting a report conducted by the warehouse to the public service is not be done directly because the distance between the warehouse with a separate main office so that the reporting process becomes obstructed. The process of collecting the data in hardcopy may caused the data to be lost or damaged and the time data management processes often occur one to write the value so that when confirmed to parts of the public service should seek or revise error, recording error occurs when the revenue and expenditure of rice on the report, it will be very difficult to search and sort the data if all are still done manually in the form of archives. It also takes quite a lot of time. With the problems it required application to recording of receipts and spending of rice that are designed to help the warehouse in terms of doing rice recording entry and exit as well as part of the public service in terms of reporting and as a reference for the procurement of rice, find a report  the number of entry and exit rice, origin and destination of rice, and the number of stocks in each warehouse. Keywords : the recording of goods, revenue and expenditure , warehouse.

Abstract

Abstract: SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya is a vocational high school at the city of Surabaya. The problems that occurred at at school today are recording of asset data, asset lending data, and asset recovery data which are still processed manually by using ledger and excel microsfot. The process is still manual has weaknesses are; the old record- keeping process, human error, damaged or loss of ledgers and reporting that still take a long time to manufacture. The solution to this problem is to create an asset registration information system based on the availability of existing assets and asset feasibility, the process of recording asset lending and asset recovery. So the results of the process can be made in the report for reference as information assets that must be replaced or not, asset lending and asset recovery. Final Results show that the system can assist the process to obtain information on assets that need to be replaced, asset borrowing and asset return, as well as in the recording and reporting of assets, asset lending and asset recovery on SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya can be done well .Keywords: asset management, borrowing, returns, assets

Abstract

SIAKAD is a web-based academic information system application with the aim of providing academic information to students. With SIAKAD students can find information related to academic campus such as student biography, IAIN publications, class forums, messages, curriculum majors, semester courses, Study Plan Card (KRS), college schedule, attendance, thesis, yudisium form, student consultation, Study Result Card (KHS), learning progress, value list, transcript, repeat history, and finance. The number of visitors SIAKAD application every month is different - different, sometimes up sometimes down because of the information contained in SIAKAD less complete. In addition, the user interface/user experience is less interesting. The solution to this problem is to design user interface/user experience with User Centered Design method which consists of understanding and defining user context, specifying user requirements, creating user interface design, evaluating user results.

Abstract

Dinamika University is one of the private universities in Surabaya. Dinamika University has a museum known as the Technoform Museum. This museum is usually used as an educational facility outside the campus as well as a tourist attraction for learning Information Technology (IT). The problem so far that exists in the Technoform Museum itself is that museum staff must enter, sort and present visitor data at the Technoform Museum to make a report at the end of each month using Microsoft Excel. The sorting and presentation of the data produces detailed information including the number of visitors, the age category of visitors, the work status ofvisitors, visitor agencies, visitors from areas of origin such as visitors within Java and outside Java, employment status such as students (TK / SD / SMP / SMA / Students) and visitor agencies such as public or private schools. Therefore, the solution given is to design and build a visitor dashboard application that can make it easier for museum officers to manage, sort, present data and create reports. For presentation using descriptive statistical methods in the form of tables and graphs.
