Abstract

Cooperative Employees PT. Mega Utama Indah  is a business entity in the form of savings and credit cooperatives whose members are employees of PT. Mega Utama Indah. The main constraints faced by the Cooperative Employees PT. Main Mega Indah now is the process of savings is still done manually as the process of loan application, loan approval and repayment of the loan installments. All these processes are still done by recording into a book.These constraints resulted members have to wait to find out whether its proposed loan and the company experienced difficulty in obtaining information and reports - reports required by the cooperative, the required savings and loan applications which includes member registration, loan applications, loan approvals and repayment of the loan installments.Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate reports related to the savings and loan in accordance with the needs of cooperatives, for example, statements about the expected revenues loans, loan report approved or rejected, reports about employees who pay the installments of this month and others reports required cooperative.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Supramedika Prima Perwakilan Surabaya is a sole importer of medical devices and reagents from different brands in Indonesia. It’s customers are clinical laboratory and hospital in all region inside the east half of Indonesia. As a sole importer, this company must have a sufficient amount of inventory in order to complete each of their customer’s needs. In the mean time, the sale manager of this company is having a difficulty in estimating the amount of goods needed to be sold in the upcoming period. This issue needs to be resolved in order to prevent any customers that would stop buying goods from the company. An application to provide a forecast of goods demand in the future is needed to solve the issue. According to the data pattern test, the sales data has a close similarity to the seasonal and trend data pattern. That data pattern is best solved by using a specific method for forecasting, the Winter Exponential Smoothing method. After tested, the application could produce an average error from the results of forecasting at 13,2%, while the success level of implementing the Winter method is at 85,7%.

Abstract

National Standart of College ( NSC ) is a policy created by Indonesia Government to arrange period of study of college student. NCS is arranged in Ministerial Regulation of Education and Cultural no. 49 of 2014. On article no. 17 clause 3 mentioned that Bachelor has 4 to 5 years maximum period of study and Diploma III has 3 to 4 years maximum period of study. According to Stikom Surabaya data center, the students of Infomation Systems department who able to graduate in predetermined time is in low number and have decreased every year. Wherefore, the students doesn’t have planning and motivation to complete their study in time. Based on the issues, therefore a feature of self planning and motivation application is developed to help increase student’s ability to complete the study in time. The application is engaged by SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle ) method. The function of SDLC is to describe the stages of self planning and motivation application in making. The result of the trial is the application able to help to plan the final score accord to the target of each subject per semester. Also the application able to give motivation and as a motivation reminder fot the student in every semester.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by the administration in making payment PMB registration, re-registration and payment of tuition payment per month is still done manually so that the schools often miss evidence of payment has been recorded. Then in making a payment summary report can be spent primarily to determine a decision as anyone who has not made a payment. The solution provided is creating and designing applications operating expenses based education website,because it can minimize recording errors and report transactions that may occur if done manually. Based on the trial results indicate that these applications can be overcome and reduce the problems that occur in the process of education operating expenses. Abstract

Scholarships are benefits that aim to help with learning costs. Scholarship information is still spread on each web, making it difficult to search. This study aims to build a web portal that focuses scholarship information. The web portal built automatically collects periodic scholarship data using Curl. The source of information used comes from existing portals and scholarship provider web agencies. After the data is obtained the system will match with the Jaro-Winkler method to avoid duplication of stored data. Based on the results of unit testing on the function results obtained 98.91%. Based on the results of trials on system functions, the results of 99% were obtained in one and two iterations. These results indicate that this study has succeeded in implementing up-to-date centralization of information with the matching algorithm Jaro-Winkler. The Final Project focuses on the functionality of the Scholarship Portal, so that the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the scholarship portal are not prioritized. Further research can be improved by User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) so that users can use the application easily.

Abstract

System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) is an application for financial administration process at PT KAI (Persero) Daop 8 Gubeng Mosque Surabaya based desktop. SAP can be a competitive advantage for PT KAI. It makes SAP developers want to know the acceptance and variables that affect the acceptance of SAP for employees of PT KAI. The solution of the problem is to analyze the variable of acceptance of SAP usage on PT KAI employee using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model.This study aims to determine the level of acceptance and influential variables in the use of SAP by using methods UTAUT, Structural Equation Model (SEM), Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Sampling by sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method at PT.KAI employee and determination of number of samples using slovin formula.Based on the results of analysis on UTAUT model of 68 respondents it can be seen that variables that influence acceptance of SAP usage: behavior to use a technology influenced by the intention to beperilaku, while the intention to behave and behavior to use a technology not influenced independent variable that is performance expectation, effort expectancy, Social influences and facilitating conditions that are moderated by gender, age and experience.Keywords: Reception SAP, PT KAI, UTAUT

Abstract

Foundation Fund Sosial Al-Falah (YDSF) is one of the zakat fund management institutions infaq/charity in Indonesia, precisely located in the city of Surabaya, which is an utilization institution of communities funds and has more than 220.564 benefactor from the private circles and the communities general. YDSF provide information to the communities in the form of financial statements that are presented in a monthly magazine. For the time being financial statements are presented each month in the magazine has not been explain in detail on the type of fund receipts collected and the amount of type of distribution that occurs. Responsibility for the financial statements conducted YDSF can lead to decreased values of accountability as an fund management institution of communities. Based on these problems, YDSF as amil zakat institutions should perform its functions is public accountability the financial statements, need a making application financial reporting zakat infaq/charity based on the PSAK 109. By using PSAK 109 on the reports generated by the system, YDSF can accountable to the public so that receipts and distribution YDSF to be transparent with the details financial statements of the which attached based on each type of fund, among others zakat funds, infaq funds, waqf funds, non halal funds, and amil funds. As for the reporting that have been generated by the system based on the PSAK 109, among others, statements of financial position, statements of changes in funds, reports assets under management, and cash flow statements.

Abstract

CV. Anugrah Jaya is sales distributor company that have priority of selling pipe and fitting. The company is established in 2013 at Imam Bonjol 31 Surabaya to run their company activities and has 8 employees. This company sells various pipes and fittings that the items total is about 300 items. The company still doing manual recording which use Microsft Excel where frequently mistake in data input proccess so as to produce information less than accurate. This causing problems on selling transaction recording, items requisition, items price searching, and stock calculation. Based on problems above, company need a sales information system. Because the company does not have a blueprint of sales information systems and did not know in detail what is required in the sales informationsystem in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya, so in this research Analysis and Designingsales information systems in CV. Anugrah Jaya Surabaya expected to be developed and helping admin in resolving every his job.

Abstract

UD. Rohmat Jaya is a manufacturing company who produces crackers in Sidoarjo, East Java. Sales system at these companies is make to order, the order will be made if there is demand from customers. Based data on January – May 2013 showed that the sales was decline. To determine the cause of declining sales, required evaluation by the leader. For evaluation, company leaders need informations. But the company did not have sufficient sales data and poor data management, so it can not produce useful information for the leader. Based on these problems, then UD. Rohmat Jaya need an information system sales according to the conditions of the company. This information system created by the waterfall method. Steps being taken are interviews and field observations, identification of problems and solutions, planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing. This sales information system can help the leader in providing information that is useful in sales evaluation. Information is provided in report which are prioritized customers, customers decreasing in order, customers who are no longer do the order, the number of receivable per customers, receivable due per period, and development of sales
