AbstractMorality in Islam is part of human nature, and the implication is that when applied, it will form humans who have good morals and can carry out their duties according to the purpose of human creation. The role of morality in the family is very crucial to form a sakinah mawaddah warahmah family. Each family member is expected to understand their respective positions by placing morals as a critical part of behavior, how to behave towards husband or wife, parents' morals towards children, and children's morals towards parents. So it is hoped that if this moral role is applied in all families, it will also impact the progress of a country.

Da'wah is not only delivered to people who look perfect in terms of physical and psychological apsects but also for people who have a limitation in that respect. Getting to know and understand their circumstances become an important task for a da'i that the message was really accepted by those who were subjected to dakwah. God created humans with a variety of unique individual, including those who have limited or called with disabilities. Islam appreciate them without differentiate it from the others, got the same rights and obligations included in getting a call from da'i.Dakwah tidak hanya disampaikan kepada orang-orang yang terlihat sempurna dari segi fisik dan psikis tetapi juga bagi orang-orang yang mempunyai keterbasan dalam hal tersebut. Mengenal dan memahami keadaan mereka menjadi tugas penting bagi seorang Da’i agar pesan yang ingin disampaikan benar-benar bisa diterima oleh orang-orang yang menjadi sasaran dakwah. Manusia diciptakan Allah dengan beragam keunikan masingmasing termasuk bagi mereka yang mempunyai keterbatasan atau yang disebut dengan disabilitas. Islam menghargai mereka tanpa membedakannya dengan yang lain, mendapat hak dan kewajiban yang sama termasuk dalam mendapatkan seruan dari penda’i.

Islam has two basic sources of law, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah. The Qur'an is agreed as "al-Tsubut Qath'i" (resolution) for its narrations are acknowledged and agreed as "Qath'i al-Wurud". While the second source (the Sunnah), not all its narrations are believed to be "authentic". Therefore when an al-Sunnah has undoubted "authentic" qualty, then no one can dismiss its legality. In the case of a weak hadith (al-Sunnah al-dha'ifah) majority of scholars do not allow it to be used as an argument for the faith and the law, but some scholars allow it to be used as an argument, especially for fahda‟il al-A'mal (virtuous acts). Fadha'il al-A'mal are more relevant with dakwah framework that requires wisdom and exemplary conduct.

Marketing strategies are so important to be implemented in hajj and umroh travel agencies in Banjarmasin following the increase of competition. Marketing strategies become so necessary since it is the capital to face competition, to realize the goals of the companies and to continue satisfying the costumers. Hajj and umrah travel agents can implements several marketing strategies related to the product they offer, such as by doing segmentation, targeting dan positioning (STP) strategy, marketing mix strategy; differentiation strategy; and brand strategy.Strategi pemasaran begitu penting diterapkan oleh travel haji dan umroh di Banjarmasin seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan. Strategi pemasaran menjadi penting karena strategi ini dapat menjadi modal untuk mengahadapi persaingan, membantu mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan dan dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Travel haji dan umroh dapat melakukan beberapa strategi pemasaran berkaitan dengan penawaran produknya, antara lain dengan melakukan strategi segmentasi, penetapan pasar sasaran, penetapan posisi (Segmentation, Targeting dan Positioning (STP)); strategi bauran pemasaran (marketing mix strategy); strategi diferensiasi (differentiation strategy); strategi merek (brand strategy).

The Qur'an mentions dakwah as ahsanu qawla, good words and deeds. In such a context, when the mission is communicated by a preacher, then he or she must have good ethics if he or she wants to preach or to communicate with his or her audience. In addition, in delivering the messages preachers should adjust to the circumstances and the environment where they are preaching. Therefore, ethics is very important in the process of propagation and communication activities. Because ethics is the standard values as reference of behaviour. Without a good communication in preaching, one is considered as rude. Therefore, a preacher must first have good ethics and communication.

The rapid development of information technology has influenced the behavior of modern human life. Findings after findings have made modern humans connected with each other. Impact The emergence of new business features that shift the old life patterns. This is where disruption begins. Disruption is a change in various sectors of life as a result of digitalization and the "Internet of Thing" ("IoT)". . However, he can shift the pattern of old life. The collapse of a giant brand such as the Blackberry, Kodak, Nokia, has become a strong warning that gives 2 choices: adapt or die. Islamic communication / Islamic propaganda was not immune from the influence of disruption. When he is not managed neatly it is not impossible he will sink with his teachings. Especially when he is in the middle of millennial generation who has a unique character full of freedom. One alternative approach that can be offered is the Religious Marketing approach. Commercial marketing has succeeded in changing patterns of consumer behavior. The same expectations when the concept of marketing are applied in the process of Islamic communication. The study of Islamic Communication using the Religious marketing approach is based on a logical planning process that involves consumer-oriented research, marketing analysis, marketing segmentation, determining branding goals and identifying marketing strategies and tactics. Various other knowledge are also involved in studies such as the theories of psychology, sociology, anthropology and communication in order to understand how to influence people's behavior.

Islamic studies in industrial revolution 4.0 grown very rapidly. Everyone can access an information everywhere and everytime using their end devises such a smartphone and laptop base on internet access using a social media such instagram, facebook, and twitter. development of da'wah media that is not only through radio television and through studies conducted either in mosques or other places for delivering of studies and insights about Islam for all muslims in Indonesian country especially in Kalimantan Selatan. One of aplication social media for studying islam is Instagram. All of preachers is very easily make a post on Instagram for sharing a religious knowledge to users of Instagram social media, hence this case a lot of Islamic da'wah accounts in great demand by the muslims people in Indonesia. Islamic posts made by preachers on Instagram make a lot of conflict and the direction of negative or positive impressions left by users through the comments column provided from instagram. To determine the positive and negative directions of the post from a preacher. We develop a system for detecting the direction of impression from all of comment on Islamic content on Instagram created by the user using a sentimen analysis. This system analyzes comments left on a post from a preacher's Instagram story. The system that was built succeeded for classifying the filtered comments by attributing the direction of the da'wah impression posted by the preacher. The classification of the impression direction of this system contains 3 impression directions, namely positive, negative, and neutral

Population control remains a major agenda for both the Indonesian government and the province of South Kalimantan. Based on the results of the population projections population increased significantly. In addition to issues of quantity, issues such as the quality of population, unbalanced population distribution is and incomplete population database are the focus of the government to increase the welfare of its inhabitants. These four issues of population are the focus of both the central government and other provinces in Indonesia. To overcome them the South Kalimantan provincial government must be smart because of the high quantity of its population, the population continues to increase due to the habit of marriage at an early age. Plus the age composition of the population of South Kalimantan is a group of young people. This is of course a supporting factor of birthrate. For that we need cooperation between several parties. Not only the government sector alone, non- government organizations also need to be included to jointly control the number of residents in the province of South Kalimantan.
