Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a Chinese pentatonic-based music literacy learning model applied to third-grade students at SD Santo Aloysius Batununggal Bandung. The model is designed to address challenges in reading musical notation and to introduce students to their ancestral Chinese musical heritage. Employing an evaluation approach and mixed methods, the research involved the creation of instructional videos integrated into the LMS Scola e-learning platform. Results showed that this model significantly improved students’ ability to read and write musical notation and to understand the Chinese pentatonic scale. The learning process became more engaging and interactive through the use of video, animation, hand signs, and traditional Chinese music. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the need for tempo adjustments and additional support for students with lower achievement. Overall, the model is effective and offers an innovative solution for music education at the elementary level.

Abstract

The development of financial technology has driven an increase in the use of digital wallets (e-wallets). However, society still faces difficulties in determining the most suitable e-wallet application due to the absence of an objective evaluation system. This study aims to compare three e-wallet services —namely, OVO, ShopeePay, and DANA —and provide information that can strengthen user confidence in choosing these services. The research method employed is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), with data obtained through a Google Form questionnaire. The analysis focuses on three main aspects: transaction speed, security, and user interface/user experience (UI/UX). The findings reveal that ShopeePay is the most preferred e-wallet compared to OVO and DANA. These results can help users select the most suitable e-wallet for their needs, as well as provide valuable input for developers to enhance service quality

Abstract

This study explains that space has become a new domain in the struggle for influence of countries in international relations. Countries have the goal of securing their interests in space for political, economic and military purposes. China is one of the countries that has political interests such as space exploration by launching the first human mission in space in 2003. In its development, China created an exploration program by developing space-based military technology such as the Anti-Satellite (ASAT) counterspace weapon which was launched in 2007. China also formed the PLA Strategic Support Forces space force for the purpose of operating space control. Military policy was never clearly stated in China's space white paper in 2006 and 2011 because their goal was only for peaceful exploration. In 2016 and 2021, the statements in the space white paper had significantly different goals and explicitly led to military activities, namely to form a space force. Based on the explanation above, this study raises the question: Why is China Strengthening Space Power in 2021? The analysis of this study uses the Offensive Realism theory. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are sourced from secondary data sources obtained from journals, books, official documents, official statements and reports.

Abstract

This study examines land administration policies in Semarang City with a focus on gender justice. The main issue addressed is how land policies can provide fair and equal services for both men and women. This research employs a normative method by analyzing laws and regulations related to land services and gender justice principles, as well as evaluating their application in the context of Semarang City. The findings indicate that although regulations supporting gender equality exist normatively, their implementation still faces several challenges, such as the lack of gender perspective in technical policies and limited public outreach. Therefore, this study recommends the formulation of more gender-responsive policies and improved understanding among land administration officials regarding gender equality issues. Through a legal approach grounded in gender justice, land services are expected to become more inclusive and uphold the rights of all citizens without discrimination.

This research aims to explore and document the ethnomedicine practices of the South Brebes community as the first step toward the independence of traditional medicine raw materials based on local wisdom. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data processing is described descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results show that people in the South Brebes area, especially in Bumiayu, Tonjong, Paguyangan, and Benda Districts, are still actively using plants as traditional medicine to overcome various health problems, both mild and chronic. It is recorded that there are 73 species of plants used, with the leaf being the most dominantly used, followed by fruits, rhizomes, seeds, tubers, and other parts. The use of these medicinal plants includes the treatment of various diseases such as colds, fever, indigestion, hypertension, gout, diabetes, urinary tract infections, and chronic diseases such as stroke, cancer, and heart disease. In addition, medicinal plants are also used for body care purposes, such as facilitating menstruation, strengthening vitality, maintaining healthy skin, and increasing immunity. The existence and utilization of these medicinal plants reflect the local wisdom of the community in maintaining natural health and show great potential to be further developed in efforts to preserve and develop traditional medicines based on local biodiversity.

Abstract

This study examines the financial performance and stock valuation of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR.JK) amid mounting economic and competitive challenges in Indonesia's fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector from 2020 to 2024. Unilever Indonesia, a market leader in household and personal care products, experienced deteriorating financial performance during this period, evidenced by declining revenue, profit margins, and market valuation. Macroeconomic pressures, including inflation, rupiah depreciation, rising operating costs, and shifting consumer preferences, have directly affected profitability and investor confidence. The company's net profit declined from IDR 5.8 trillion in 2021 to IDR 3.4 trillion in 2024, and its revenue dropped from IDR 38.6 trillion to IDR 35.1 trillion. The results indicate that although Unilever Indonesia has strong brand equity and a nationwide distribution network, the company suffers from supply chain inefficiencies, a high dependency on imported raw materials, and a limited ability to respond to rapidly evolving consumer behavior. Its market share has significantly declined, exacerbated by geopolitical boycotts and intensifying competition from nimble local companies such as Indofood CBP, Kino, and Mayora Indah. Macroeconomic variables, particularly inflation and exchange rate volatility, were found to have a statistically significant influence on financial performance and stock price volatility. Valuation analysis reveals that Unilever's intrinsic value, estimated through Discounted Cash Flow and Dividend Discount Model, exceeds its current market price. This indicates potential undervaluation if the company achieves operational improvements and strategic realignment. Based on these findings, the strategic recommendations proposed are diversifying the supply chain to reduce exposure to imported inputs, accelerating digital transformation across marketing and distribution, expanding into high-growth categories aligned with health and wellness trends, strengthening risk management frameworks to hedge macroeconomic shocks, and restructuring cost base to improve long-term profitability .
