Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is one of the clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease that most often causes of death. A sensitive laboratory examination to assess the presence of signs of myocardial infarction such as troponin I is used to diagnose ACS. Electrolyte levels can also be impaired in myocardial infarction. Electrolyte imbalance in the blood can affect the conduction and contractility of the heart, especially sodium and potassium which are needed to produce activation of the heart muscle. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between troponin I levels and sodium and potassium levels of serum in acute coronary syndrome patients with diabetes mellitus. The research design was used a cross sectional analytical observation with secondary data. This study was used the Spearman correlation test with an alpha value of 0.05. The data were taken from the medical records section of Budhi Asih Hospital. The samples were used 65 data of patients. The results showed that there was a correlation between troponin I levels and sodium with a p value 0.001 (p < 0.05), getting a fairly strong closeness level (r = -0.390) and negative direction. Likewise, the levels of troponin I with potassium showed a p value 0.000 (p < 0.05), getting a fairly strong level of closeness (r = -0.487) and a negative direction. From this study, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between troponin I levels with sodium and potassium with a negative correlation direction which indicates that the higher troponin I levels, so the lower the sodium and potassium levels. Electrolyte examination, especially sodium and potassium, is important to help diagnose acute coronary syndrome in knowing the balance of body fluids so as to prevent death.

Abstract

For human resource management, making improvements to human resources is one of the essential factors to be able to improve and optimize company performance. This increase can then be carried out through the implementation of training, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research will then try to see how the performance of human resources can be improved through the implementation of training during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach as the research method. The results of this study found that the implementation of training was crucial for improving human resources’ performance even though there was a pandemic. In order to reduce the risk of a pandemic, it is necessary to change the training method for improving the performance of appropriate human resources, so that finally the training can carry out its role correctly in enhancing the performance of human resources, and protocols are still followed so that there is no spread of the Covid-19 virus in the future.

Abstract

Tooth and mouth disease, a dental health problem in the community, is in the tooth-supporting tissue (periodontal disease) and dental/dental cavities. The causes of dental caries include food consumption, dental maintenance, and the teeth’ condition. In Indonesia, dental caries in children is a very important and major problem of dental and oral diseases. The survey conducted by the Indonesian Dental Health Foundation (YKGI) in 2003 on children in Jakarta showed that 70% suffered dental caries and gum inflammation. Tooth and mouth disease due to inflammation is ranked 10th in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and healthy behavior of upper (IV) elementary school students on good and correct tooth brushing skills and specifically to determine the level of knowledge and health behavior of children before and after being given good brushing and treatment skills right, to find out the difference in knowledge before and after being given the treatment of good and correct tooth brushing skills and to determine the differences in healthy behavior of children before and after being given the treatment of good and proper brushing skills.
