Influence of government investment and private investment and labor against domestic product gross regional and own local revenue samarinda Wahab, Andi Abdul; Iskandar, Rusdiah; Irwansyah, Irwansyah

This study aimed to examine the influence of direct and indirect Government Investment and Private Investment and Labor against the Gross Domestic Product and Local Revenue Samarinda. Engineering analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used path analysis tool (Path analysis)with decomposition model is done through the statistical program SPSS. The study states (1) The Government Investment no significant effect on the GDP amounted to (0.05<0.538).(2) Private Investment significant effect on the GDP amounted to (0.05>0.041).(3) Labor significant effect on the GDP amounted to (0.05>0.001).(4) The Government Investment no significant effect on revenue of (0.05<0.095).(5) Private investment no significant effect on Local Own Revenue (0.05 <0.146).(6) Labor no significant effect on Local Own Revenue (0.05<0.954).(7) GDRP no significant effect on Local Own Revenue (0.05 <0.130).(8) Directly Government Investment Local Own Revenue positive influence in the formation of which is equal to 0.075, while the indirect effect of the Government Investment to the Local Own Revenue through the GDRP of (0.075 x 0.618 = 0.046).(9) The Private Investment also has a positive effect but not significant to the revenue of 0.289.The indirect effect of Private Investment to the Local Own Revenue through the GDRP amounted to (0.289 x 0.618 = 0.179).(10) The results of the analysis of Labor positive but not significant influence 0,023 to the GDRP formation, while the indirect effect of Labor to the Local Own Revenue through the GDRP amounted to (0.711 x 0.618 = 0.439).Keywords: Government Investment, Private Investment, Labor, Gross Domestic Regional of Product, Own Local Revenue.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk Menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja subsektor Kehutanan secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor Kehutanan di Kabupaten Berau. Menganalisis pengaruh Investasi Pemerintah sektor Kehutanan secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor Kehutanan di Kabupaten Berau. Menganalisis pengaruh luas hutan produksi secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor Kehutanan di Kabupaten Berau. Menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor Kehutanan secara signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Berau. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: Tenaga kerja subsektor kehutanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan sektor kehutanan Kabupaten Berau. Investasi pemerintah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan sektor kehutanan Kabupaten Berau. Luas hutan produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan sektor kehutanan Kabupaten Berau. Tenaga kerja subsektor kehutanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja Kabupaten Berau. Investasi pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja Kabupaten Berau. Luas hutan produksi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja Kabupaten Berau. Pertumbuhan sektor kehutanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja Kabupaten Berau.

This study used secondary data in the form of time series which are analyzed using Pathway analysis with multiple linear regression formula. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment and labor to gross regional domestic product (GRDP) and regional revenues in Balikpapan city. The results of the study was shown that Y = 0.202 - 0.098 X1 + 0.244 X2 + 0.825 X3. The results showed that investment, labor and gross regional domestic product (GRDP) have jointly effect on the regional revenues in Balikpapan city. Partially; the investment has no significant effect on gross regional domestic product (GRDP), labor has significant effect on gross regional domestic product (GRDP), gross regional domestic product (GRDP) has significant effect to regional revenues in Balikpapan city, the investment has no significant effect on regional revenues in Balikpapan city, and labor has no significant effect on regional revenues in Balikpapan city. The contribution of investment, labor and gross regional domestic product (GRDP) variable was about 93.5 % and it means that those have very strong relationship; meanwhile, the rest, about 6.5 %, has been influenced by other factors.

Struktur modal dan kinerja perusahaan saling berkaitan terhadap keberlangsungan perusahaan, hal ini menjadi hal menarik bagi investor di bursa efek Indonesia. Struktur modal dan kinerja perusahaan dipengaruhi kinerja internal dalam hal ini terhadap pengelolaan good governance dan kesempatan investasi serta faktor ekternal yaitu makro ekonomi yang sering kali tak dapat diprediksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh set kesempatan investasi dan corporate governance serta makroekonomi terhadap struktur modal dan kinerja perusahaan, Metode penentuan sampel yang dilakukan dengan purposesive sampling dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka jumlah sampel adalah 11 sampel perusahaan pertambangan yang secara berturut memperoleh laba selama periode 2013-2017. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder diperoleh dari Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) dan melalui website resmi yang dimiliki perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square, dengan alat bantu aplikasi SmartPLS Ver 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa set kesempatan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, set kesempatan investasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, corporate governance berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, corporate governance berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, makroekonomi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap perusahaan, makroekonomi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Data analysis method that will be used is Stuctural Equation Modeling analysis. In this study data analysis using PLS approach. PLS is a model of SEM equations based on components or variants. Population in this research is all employees of Agency Personnel, Education and Training Area of Samarinda City. The results showed that; Leadership gives a negative influence on motivation, leadership does not have a significant effect on motivation, Leadership gives a positive influence on performance, leadership gives no significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive influence on motivation, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a negative influence on performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on performance, work ability has a positive influence on motivation, work ability provides significant influence on motivation, work ability gives a positive influence on performance, work ability provides insignificant influence on performance, motivation has a positive influence on performance, motivation has a significant influence on the performance.

Dari hasil penelitian analisis varians (selisih) anggaran belanja Badan Pengelolaan Kawasan Perbatasan Pedalaman Dan Daerah Tertinggal Provinsi Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 2011 sebesar 79,19%, pada tahun 2012 sebesar 80,58%, padatahun 2013 91,88%, padatahun 2014 sebesar 91,77%, dan pada tahun 2015 sebesar 92,50%. Kinerja anggaran belanja pada Badan Pengelolaan Kawasan Perbatasan Pedalaman Dan Daerah Tertinggal Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dari Tahun Anggaran 2011 sampai dengan Tahun Anggaran 2015 menunjukan kinerja yang baik dikarenakan adanya penghematan penggunaan realisasi anggaran. Analisis pertumbuhan belanja secara terperinci bahwa belanja tidak langsung dan belanja langsung dari tahun 20112015 mengalami fluktuasi di setiap tahunnya, halinidisebabkanjumlahanggarandanrealisasi yang berubah-ubah di setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan rasio efisiensi belanja pada Badan Pengelolaan Kawasan Perbatasan Pedalaman Dan Daerah Tertinggal Provinsi Kalimantan Timur selama tahun 2011 2015 dikatakan masuk dalam kategori efisiensi karena kurang dari 100%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikansi konstruk variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, serta komitmen organisasi terhadap konstruk variabel kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner pada 95 sampel responden, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 5) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; 6) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 7) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Sektor Mahakam.

East Kutai Regency has the second largest area in East Kutai Regency. In various ways, the local government has tried to increase economic growth and poverty alleviation, but these problems have not achieved the desired results. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of private investment, labor force, infrastructure spending, human development index on economic growth and poverty levels in East Kutai Regency. To analyze the data used path analysis. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series data for 2007-2021. The results of this study indicate that the direct influence of Private Investment, Labor Force, Human Development Index on growth has a positive direction but is not significant. In contrast, infrastructure spending on economic growth has a positive approach. Then the direct effect of private investment, the human development index on poverty, is positive and not significant if it has the direction. The direct effect of the Labor Force, Infrastructure Expenditure on the Poverty Level is negative and significant. The poverty rate through economic growth has a positive and significant direction. The indirect effect of the Labor Force on the Poverty Level through economic growth has a negative and insignificant direction. The indirect effect of infrastructure spending on poverty levels through economic growth has a negative and significant direction.

ANALISIS PEMULIHAN BIAYA (COST RECOVERY) DENGAN PENDEKATAN ACTIVITY BASED COSTING SYSTEM DI INSTALASI GIZI RSUD A.WAHAB SJAHRANIE Rotua Juniati SitorusProgram Magister Manajemen Dosen Pembimbing :Prof.Dr.Hj.Rusdiah Iskandar, M.Si., Ak., CADr. Musdalifah Azis, M.SiABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze cost recovery rate of nutrition installation at RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda from 2013 – 2014, based on activity based costing system. In doing the research, the data was obtained in primary data and secondary data from nutrition installation, finance department and other departments at RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda.Based on the result of the study, for the year of 2013, actual meal unit cost of first class is Rp.. 246.424 actual meal unit cost of second class is Rp. 175.311 and actual meal unit cost of third class is Rp. 151.624. In other side, the cost recovery rate of first class is only 18.00%, the second class : 20.21%, and the third class is only 20.34%. Meanwhile, for the year of 2014, actual meal unit cost of first class is Rp.. 246.377 actual meal unit cost of second class is Rp. 185.463 and actual meal unit cost of third class is Rp. 162.846. In other side, the cost recovery rate of first class is only 18.01%, the second class : 19.10%, and the third class is only 18.94%
