Incomplete medical records are an obstacle in obtaining quality medical records. Using a literature review approach sourced from various journals and research in Indonesia, this study aims to obtain an overview of the interrelationships of multiple factors that influence the incomplete filling of medical records in hospitals in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there are two interrelated areas of improvement that need to be paid attention to by Health facilities in ensuring the quality of medical record recording, including areas for improving the quality of human resources (Man and Machine factors); quality standard compliance area (Method and Material Factors). The fulfillment of these two areas of improvement depends on the commitment of Health Facilities to prioritize the improvement of these two areas in the budget (money factor).

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture in improving the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) in Gorontalo Regency, Indonesia. Data were quantitatively collected from 114 VOE managers and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools processed with Smart PLS. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive effect of 34.3% at a significance level (α) of 0.05 on VOEs performance with a tstatistic of 4.686, which is greater than the ttable of 1.659. This implies that organizational culture has a fairly large tendency in shaping VOEs performance due to its ability to adapt to changes in the organizational environment, specifically internal adaptability. The organizational culture built in the environment needs to be maintained and enhanced by internalizing cultural values through external adaptability in the form of administration, law, politics, and economics, which will improve VOEs performance.

Dental health is inextricably linked to overall wellness. One of the primary determinants of oral and dental health in poor nations is the behavioral component of dental hygiene, specifically brushing practice. The purpose of this study is to ascertain teeth brushing behavior and the factors that influence it in sixth-grade elementary school children in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. The study employed a cross-sectional design with a total sample size of 190 students. The data were gathered using an interview and a questionnaire. The findings indicated that up to 82.6 percent of sixth-grade kids engaged in inappropriate brushing behavior. Statistical analysis revealed a significant association between students' knowledge of the time and frequency of toothbrushing and their brushing behavior (p-value = 0.046). It is proposed that the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia adopt policies to support the development of dental health programs in school dental health services, particularly in the cognitive domain, attitudes, and behaviors of students who are concerned about their oral health.

This study aims to develop methods and teaching materials on learning theories and practices of the Basic Concepts of Dental and Oral Care Services. The influence of learning interventions using textbooks and practical guidebooks impacts the achievement of theoretical value and the value of students’ practice in the clinic of Dental Nursing Department on Lebak Bulus III road number 1, South of Jakarta. This research design is quasi-experimental with a pre-test research design - post-test control group design. The sample in the research design consisted of two groups: the experimental group and the control group of 76 people. A pre-test is done to determine the initial state of the control and experiment group. The treatment effect was analyzed by statistical test, and if there was a significant difference between the experimental group and control, then the treatment group gave a significant influence. The result of the t-test is obtained p-value = 0,000 whose value is smaller than the error level α = 0.05 or with 95% significance then P <α, indicating a significant difference between the ability before compared after it. The basic concept and practice dental care guide has a very influential appeal that proves able to increase/motivate college students to recognize the concept, to sharpen the various domains that must be achieved to reach the target of competency, competency care process, and competency for the quality of service to the patient.

Entering the society era 5.0, which is based on a computerized program, the Indonesian Government ratified Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation to increase the absorption of the number of Indonesian workers by creating job opportunities through investors with the ease and facilities provided by the Government, using a computer program system. This research was normative legal research that used statutory and conceptual approaches. Additionally, it used qualitative analysis, then concluded using deductive-inductive reasoning. Based on the research results, it was found that the Government formulated Job Creation Law to implement a new system in the licensing sector using the OSS (Online Single Submission) system as a business licensing system controlled by the central Government and applied to all provincial or district governments. One of the objects regulated in the Job Creation Law and using the OSS system was Spatial Planning. The first revision in spatial planning regarded the implementation, which clarified the tiered and complementary system. Furthermore, the decision-making related to the performance of regional spatial planning in the district or province was on the central Government.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the community's social behavior in responding to the scarcity of cooking oil using the phenomenological point of view developed by Alfred Schutz. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological framework approach because it focuses on exploring the experience and meaning of phenomena to gain learning in a multicultural society. This study uses two types of data: primary and secondary data. Preliminary data were collected through interviews with five people through a random purposive sampling method, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The research was conducted in January 2022. According to Alfred Schutz, phenomenological analysis demands the discovery of the world that follows what is experienced by the person concerned. The meaning is divided into several views, and some subjects interpret the phenomenon of panic buying as caused by the actions of the oligarchs who are not in favor of the community, as an indicator of the government's lack of seriousness in balancing market prices in the community, or also interpreted as another effect of the pandemic which has disrupted the economic sector.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of Mislejk on the authority to creditors to abolish mortgage rights. The research method in writing this article is normative juridical. Secondary legal sources are used as the main sources in this study which are then processed to identify the main issues in positioning legal rules or norms as the basis for the author's assessment, taking into account some primary and tertiary legal materials. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the provisions of Article 22 paragraph (6) of the Mortgage Law as previously described do not have legal certainty. Thus, legal remedies that can be taken by the Customer in resolving Creditors who are reluctant to write off are as follows: Internal Settlement through the Banking Law mechanism, Settlement through Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Settlement through Courts.
