Abstract

Complaint management becomes significant to the community since it serves to satisfy the community's interests in the realm of public service, while for the service provider, it serves as a component for enhancing the service quality system. This study's objective was to identify and analyze complaint management in drinking and clean water services in Merauke Regency using descriptive and qualitative methodologies. Using indicators of timeliness, facilitation, redress, apology, credibility, and attention, the outcomes of complaint management research in drinking and clean water services in Merauke Regency have not been optimal. This is proven by the fact that there are still a number of things that need to be improved, including the fact that the only alternative to receiving indirect complaints is a suggestion box, and the handling is not optimal. Customers' complaints have been handled, as evidenced by PDAM's still-sluggish administration and lack of information dissemination to customers. The quantity of unresolved complaints from customers of drinking and clean water at PDAM Merauke demonstrates that the pace with which personnel handle concerns is still inadequate.

El propósito del artículo es analizar la Agencia Federal de Redes (Bundesnetzagentur), sucesora de la antigua Autoridad Reguladora de Correos y Telecomunicaciones (RegTP), en la República Federal de Alemania. La primera parte del artículo describe la evolución de las telecomunicaciones en Alemania. La segunda parte está dedicada a explicar las razones de la creación de la Bundesnetzagentur, sus funciones y su estructura.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to figure out the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage, and financial distress on voluntary disclosure in company’s annual financial report. This study consists of one dependent variable which is voluntary disclosure and four independent variables which are firm size measured by natural logarithm (Ln) on total assets, profitability measured by Return on Assets (ROA), leverage measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and financial distress measured by Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR). The research data has 21 companies with the object of consumer goods industrial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during period 2018-2020, so the research are 21 companies with 63 data samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method, and uses the application of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The result of this study is firm size, profitability, leverage, and financial distress have a simultaneous effect on voluntary disclosure of annual report. The result of t-test (partially) showed that firm size has a positive significant effects on the voluntary disclosure, profitability has a positive significant effects on the voluntary disclosure, leverage has no significant effect on the voluntary disclosure, and financial distress partially has a negative significant effects on voluntary disclosure.

Abstract

Civiltà e cultura nel braccio del continente indiano ha avuto alti e bassi dall'era del colonialismo fino al giorno dell'indipendenza. Ciò può essere illustrato dal predominio della mappa politica che esisteva dall'arrivo delle nazioni straniere, in particolare dell'Inghilterra, fino al raggiungimento dell'indipendenza. La condizione della società indiana a quel tempo era piena di contraddizioni, conflitti religiosi, litigi, furti, razze diverse, alcuni interessi di gruppi dominanti, ecc. Da questa condizione sono derivate molte grandi figure politiche islamiche come Syeh Ahmad Sirhindi, Shah Waliyullah e la prossima generazione Sayyid Ahmad Khan e la prossima generazione della Lega musulmana indiana. Ciò che alla fine ha reso l'indipendenza dell'India e del Pakistan (1947 M) e quella del Bangladesh (1971 M). Quindi questi tre paesi, che sono gli stessi in termini di paesi storici, hanno anche vari miglioramenti dinamici e sofisticati dell'Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of economic growth and the factors that influence the leading sector in Merauke Regency in 2016-2020. This study used a quantitative method using Location Quotiens (LQ) analysis tools and conducted research in Merauke Regency, to determine and find the leading sectors in 2016-2020. The results of my research show that there are several factors contained in the economic growth of nine sectors, there are 6 main base sectors in Merauke Regency in 2016-2020, namely agriculture, transportation, information and communication, finance, rental, corporate services, processing industry, services, trade, hotels, and restaurants. These six leading sectors will become the leading sectors for the non-base sector in order to be able to develop.

Abstract

La búsqueda del arbitraje como medio de solución de controversias es importante debido al gran volumen de casos sometidos a juicio del Estado - juez, en número inversamente proporcional a la preparación técnica de quienes están investidos en la función jurisdiccional por acto estatal. . En la actualidad, hablar de la composición extrajudicial de conflictos en el ámbito de la regulación supone entrar en un escenario de grandes discusiones y debates. De esta forma, el texto busca construir razones para la resolución de disputas en el campo de las telecomunicaciones a través del arbitraje, incluyendo, a la vista de la experiencia europea, como OFCOM. Una de las funciones de los organismos reguladores es precisamente la solución de conflictos entre los actores del sector a nivel administrativo. Al analizar las formas de resolución de conflictos en la Unión Europea, se puede destacar el peculiar comportamiento. En las grandes disputas que ocurren en el continente, es más común usar el arbitraje que el poder judicial. De hecho, el arbitraje puede ser utilizado por ANATEL como una herramienta importante para garantizar una competencia amplia, libre y justa entre los proveedores de servicios de telecomunicaciones, ya que esquiva la lentitud del poder judicial y la posibilidad de litigios falsos, lo que permite la rápida adopción de una decisión. que muchas veces afecta los derechos de un gran número de usuarios de los servicios de telecomunicaciones. El alto prestigio que gozan estos métodos de solución de controversias rinde homenaje a su característica de ser un foro neutral, alejado de un organismo regulador de un país específico y próximo a árbitros elegidos de común acuerdo, o incluso vinculados a instituciones internacionales que prestan los servicios de arbitraje. en disputas comerciales.

Abstract

In the past few years, lone wolf terrorism has become a trending topic in the world of terrorism. We look at various definitions and trends of lone wolf terrorism from previous literature. This research aims to determine if there is a trend in lone wolf terrorism in Indonesia. The profile of the attacker is categorized based on the attacker’s age, gender, marriage status, occupation, and education, while the attack is categorized based on the attack’s target, region, choice of weapon, survival, casualties, and ideology or motive. The data is presented as descriptive statistics of qualitative nominal data in pie charts, and the results are discussed and analyzed. It was found that lone wolf terrorists do not have a single profile, but there are trends found where the attackers are typically male, single, in the 20s to 30s, self-employed, and at least graduated high school. The attacks usually target police, are based on ISIS ideology, uses either sharp weapon or explosives, and does not result in death. The attacker also typically survives, and all the attacks happened in the island of Java, Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of dual certificates in the city of Makassar through the State Administrative Court to realize legal certainty. The research method used is normative juridical research, namely research on the application of law in society. The research was carried out in a juridical manner, meaning research that refers to existing literature studies or to secondary and normative data. The data obtained by the author from this literature review will be analyzed descriptively. Based on these considerations, in the opinion of the Supreme Court, there are sufficient reasons to grant the Cassation Petitioner from the Head of the Makassar City Land Office. Based on this, the Decision of the Makassar State Administrative High Court Number 93/B/2016/PT.TUN.MKS, dated 27 September 2016 which affirms the Makassar State Administrative Court Decision Number 68/G/2015/P.TUN.Mks. April 25, 2016 cannot be maintained and must be cancelled.

Abstract

Questo articolo mira ad analizzare l'applicazione selettiva dell'interoperabilità come standard normativo al confine tra infrastruttura di telecomunicazioni e servizio a valore aggiunto nel caso del pagamento mobile in Brasile. Il testo segue la metodologia di un approccio comparativo e interdisciplinare, cercando di individuare il contesto normativo di ciascun sottosistema in cui si inserisce lo standard di interoperabilità. Sono stati individuati i principali elementi di possibilità dell'opzione regolatoria per l'interoperabilità in Brasile nell'ambito delle telecomunicazioni e nei nuovi servizi di pagamento. Il testo funge da guida per l'analisi dell'opzione normativa per l'interoperabilità nelle telecomunicazioni e nei nuovi servizi di pagamento. Originalità/rilevanza – L'articolo contestualizza il significato di interoperabilità nell'attuale contesto brasiliano per i nuovi servizi di pagamento.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of climate change and technology on food supply and demand, which complements the limits of previous findings. The main foundations are Hessian food production and Marshallian demand theories. It aims to analyze the factors influencing food availability and the response of each variable, as well as simulate the effect of climate change and technology. Secondary data from the Food Security and the Central Statistics Agency of 10 provinces in Sumatra will be used between the periods of 2010 to 2019. Furthermore, this study uses the simultaneous method of 8 structural and 2 identity equations. The influencing variables of production include price, expected food pattern of grains and tubers, CPO price, temperature, rainfall, and irrigation network area. Meanwhile, consumption is influenced by price, poverty, food inflation, population, per capita income, and farmers’ exchange rate. The increase in temperature and rainfall reduces the production and consumption of rice, corn, cassava, and sweet potatoes. Meanwhile, technology development will increase food production and consumption. The availability is an essential dimension of food security that should be prioritized. Likewise, climate change and technology development need to be anticipated to mitigate these impacts.
