Abstract

Indonesia still has a high dependence on fossil energy. This can be seen through how the use of fossil energy still dominates the energy needs in Indonesia. Most of this fossil energy comes from oil sources. However, the increasing use of energy and the reduction in fossil energy reserves has made Indonesia need to use renewable energy. This needs to be done to achieve energy security in Indonesia. This research will be carried out to see how the conceptual framework and policies regarding energy security in transportation in Indonesia through electrical energy can support energy security in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using a literature study approach. According to the findings of this study, there are multiple concepts in energy security, including the availability of existing energy resources that can meet energy demand, existing support in facilities such as distribution, transportation, and production division that can meet energy consumption needs, and the minimal negative impact of energy production and consumption on human health and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This research is to analyze and examine the legal certainty of children holding dual citizenship (bipatride) from mixed marriages to have property rights on land in Indonesia, as well as future arrangements to be able to provide equality for children holding dual citizenship to have property rights to land like other Indonesian citizens. The type of research used is normative juridical research, which means studying and analyzing formal legal rules, namely laws. Following the objectives to be achieved, this thesis research uses three approaches: the statutory approach, the conceptual approach, the historical approach, and the comparative approach. After the legal materials are collected, the legal issues are analyzed based on the collected legal materials. Based on the results of a review of existing legal materials, it is concluded that the legal certainty of dual citizenship holders (bipatride) owned by children from mixed marriages to have property rights on land is given similarities with foreigners as stipulated in Article 21 paragraph (4) of the UUPA which does not allow Indonesian citizens have dual citizenship (bipatride) to have property rights over land in Indonesia. Ownership rights are hereditary, strongest, and most complete rights that can be owned by people on land, keeping in mind the provisions in Article 6 of the UUPA can only be owned by Indonesian citizens who do not hold other citizenships such as dual citizenship owned by children from mixed marriages. Children holding dual citizenship (bipatride) can have ownership rights to land based on inheritance and only a time limit of 1 (one) year for them to be released to other people as stipulated in Article 21 paragraph (3) of the UUPA, which has been equated with provisions for foreigners.

The research results that the authors obtained are as follows: chronologically, the Balkan War was preceded by the Macedonian problem which eventually served as an excuse to legitimize the war. Basically, the main cause of this Balkan War was due to ambition and personal grudge between the respective rulers of the Balkan countries and the Ottoman Empire. It is also carried by the decline of the sultanate, Russian domination, the Turkish-Italian war (1911-1912), the idea of nationalism, propaganda, the formation of the Balkan alliance and the failure of diplomacy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the energy crisis, food and recession as a challenge and opportunity in the global world towards endemic. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Presentation of data using qualitative methods. This study shows that the disappearance of a system based on the free play of market players supported by weak regulatory management has been marked by the massive paralysis of private investment in the energy and food sectors on a global scale, particularly gas and electricity. The effect is yet to be seen due to a significant economic recession, but it is unknown to experts that in 2023 there will be a recession. The recent economic recovery has led to an increase in energy demand and the first effects of the crisis are imminent, this of course due to the protracted war between Russia and Ukraine. The current government is late in reacting to problems that have structural characteristics that are impossible to solve in the short term.

Abstract

Idiopathic CD4 lymphocytopenia (ICL) is a rare condition characterized by an unexplained deficit of circulating CD4 T cells leading to increased risk of serious opportunistic infections. Reactivation and severe symptomatic CMV is also a rare case, except in immunocompromised patient. Patient concerns are 36-year-old male patient complained seizure, fever, cough, and dyspnea. History of chronic urticaria and prolonged Mebhydrolin consumption. HIV was negative. CD4 was low. Diagnosis in this case is Viral encephalitis, Viral pneumonitis, CMV reactivation, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis immunodeficiency state. The results in this study indicate that the patients were treated with conventional therapies for Severe CMV infection with Acyclovir. Steroid was given for the last five days. The first day after administration of therapy showed clinical and laboratory improvement. Laboratory values returned to normal values on the fifth day of therapy. Since the second day after the therapy was given, the patient had no complaints. In cases of CMV reactivation, an immunodeficiency condition should be suspected. A comprehensive history, physical examination, laboratory and radiological examination, adequate therapy and and policy support are required to establish a definite diagnosis and reduce the risk of mortality.
