Abstract

Abstract

Legal certainty as proof of land rights, according to Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration and Government Regulation 18 of 2021 concerning Management Rights, Land Rights, Flats Units, and Land Registration, Legal certainty as proof of land rights is that there is a land registration process that guarantees legal certainty. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytical, with the main approach being normative juridical. Electronic registration, carried out by the Land Office based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021, has been very helpful in registering land rights or updating data in the transfer of ownership. However, there are still many obstacles or problems due to human error, such as a lack of Human Resources who are not ready and servers that often experience trouble or difficulties, thus complicating and hindering the land registration process. There must be coordination at all levels in the land registration process at the land office, where the land registration system is crucial for the validity of the documents to avoid overlapping ownership evidence, causing legal uncertainty. The land registration system in Indonesia should adhere to the principle of positive publicity with positive tendencies.

Abstract

Abstract

Covid 19, it is undeniable that it has had a bad impact on people's lives, both in the health aspect, as well as in the political, economic, social, etc. This made the government then issue several handling policies, including: Implementing restrictions on community activities, implementing health protocols, including various rules in the order of religious life, one of which is an appeal to carry out worship at home. So that people can immediately know and obey these rules, of course we need an appropriate communication strategy by paying attention to the role of an opinion leader. Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which is the location of this research, is an area that has regulations on religion. Therefore, a religious figure can be said to be an opinion leader who has a strategic position, especially in communicating government policies related to Covid 19 on religious issues. This is in line with the two-step model of communication flow, both in the pattern of face-to-face communication and mass communication, which introduced the concept of opinion leader. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the aim of providing an overview of the role of religious leaders in government communication. Through the interview process with the Chairperson of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the Young Dai of Bulukumba Regency, it is known that religious leaders have a role in government communication in Bulukumba Regency, through direct da'wah or using digital media. Furthermore, of course the results of this research are expected to be an input for the government, in considering and determining opinion leaders on other issues.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that the development of technology and its use is closely related to the increase in the competitiveness of a country's industry. Greater knowledge and mastery of new technologies is needed to win competition in the age of global trade by both government and industry. An example of technology that is being discussed is nanotechnology. The use of nanotechnology is well known, including in the fields of health, cosmetics and agriculture. Basically, the principle of nanotechnology discovery is to maximize crop yield or production by minimizing the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other necessities by monitoring soil conditions, such as roots, and applying them directly to the target so nothing goes to waste. For pesticides, if this is applied, you will be able to minimize the use of pesticides on plants because only the target insects are affected. The use of nanotechnology in fertilizers will allow the release of the nutrients contained in the fertilizer to be controlled. Therefore, only the nutrients that will actually be taken up by the plants are released, so there is no loss of nutrients, no undesirable targets such as soil, water, and microorganisms. In nanofertilizers, the nutrients can be in the form of encapsulation of nanomaterials, covered by a thin protective layer or released in the form of an emulsion from nanoparticles.

Abstract

Menstrual pain is called dysmenorrhea; 15% of women who experience menstrual pain feel uncomfortable. Savitri & Swari (2020) stated that menstrual pain occurs 1-2 days before menstruation appears and continues until the third day of menstruation or the end. Some studies declare that ginger water decoction can reduce menstrual pain or dysmenorrhea. In vitro and in vivo, ginger has been shown to have antimicrobial, antifungal, anthelmintic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, immunomodulatory, antilipidemic, analgesic properties, and protective effects on the digestive tract. Likewise, cinnamon and cloves can relieve toothache. This research method uses a quasi-experimental design with control by giving ginger and cinnamon spice drinks. The population of this study was women aged 19-21 years who experienced menstrual pain with a large sample of the results of the calculation of the average difference test in two pairs of groups, which were 30 respondents in each group, both intervention, and control. The study found that a spiced drink consisting of red ginger, cloves, and cinnamon and given honey positively affected menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) with the p-value. There is an effect of a spiced drink consisting of red ginger, cloves, and cinnamon and given honey on menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).

Abstract

Money laundering is an act that is passed on from the original criminal act (follow-up crime). In Indonesia, the criminalization of money laundering is realized by Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes, which repeals Law Number 15 of 2002. Article 69 of Law Number 8 of 2010 explains that "it is not mandatory to prove in advance the original criminal act." This provision adopts a reversal of the burden of proof and the seizure of civil assets. This makes a difference, where money laundering is a follow-up crime, in line with the theory of "no money laundering without core crime." Proven predicate crimes can be considered for money laundering. In some court rulings, the panel of judges relied on proving a predicate crime to prove money laundering. So that the element of wealth that is reasonably suspected to be the result of a criminal act can be proven. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an assessment of (1). What are the implications of not proving predicate crime in the judicial process of money laundering? (2). How does the predicate crime act's implementation affect the criminal justice process of money laundering?
