Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Interest of the People of Belitung Regency in Distributing Money Waqf which is measured by the factors of Socialization, Religiosity and Income both partially and simultaneously. with a sample of 100 respondents. Furthermore, the data collection technique used is a printed questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents as a primary data source. The type of research is Associative which is carried out to explain the relationship between two or more variables. The results of the study show that if the Religiosity variable partially affects the Interest in Distributing Money Waqf with a value of tcalcal>ttable or 4,170>1,290, it means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The Socialization variable partially affects the Interest in Disbursing Money Waqf with a tcal>ttable value or 2,492<1,290 meaning that H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Meanwhile, the Income variable partially affects the Interest in Disbursing Money Waqf with a tcal>ttable value or 1,291>1,290 meaning that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Simultaneously, the variables of religiosity, socialization and income have an effect on the Interest in Distributing Waqf Money with a value of 22,581 while the Ftable is obtained from the formula df=-k-1 or 100-3-1= 96, which is 2.14. where Fcal>Ftabel or 22,581>2.14 means that H4 is accepted, H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine customer satisfaction in inpatient and outpatient installations; know consumer retention in inpatient and outpatient installations and; to analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer satisfaction at the inpatient installation as well; analyse the relationship between the length of treatment again with customer/patient satisfaction at outpatient installations. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction at the inpatient and outpatient installations described in the six indicators of satisfaction, the majority of which had good patient satisfaction. The results of the profitability measurement show that there is a decrease in the level of consumer profit, this condition is not good for hospital management. There was an increase in retention in outpatient and emergency departments, while hospitalization and use of operating rooms decreased. There was an increase in acquisitions in inpatient installations and the use of operating rooms while outpatient care and emergency services decreased.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the utilization of digital platforms in the collection of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) by Yayasan Aksi Indonesia Dermawan and Lazismu Jawa Barat (Lazismu Jabar), as well as to analyse each institution’s strategies in addressing public trust challenges following cases of fund misuse by similar organizations. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved six key informants from both institutions. The findings reveal that Aksi Indonesia Dermawan adopts an external digital platform-based approach—such as Kitabisa.com, SharingHappiness.org, and RuangKitaPeduli.org—to expand donor reach and improve fundraising efficiency, despite facing a service fee deduction of 5–7%. In contrast, Lazismu Jabar prioritizes the integration of internal systems and the Muhammadiyah community network to maintain transparency and trust. The key distinction between the two institutions lies in their strategic orientation: Aksi Indonesia Dermawan focuses on the effectiveness of digital marketing and technological adaptation, while Lazismu Jabar emphasizes socio-religious movement values and long-term sustainability. The study also examines how sharia financial principles—particularly regarding the allocation of operational funds (amil) and the interpretation of service fees (ujroh) for digital platforms—are applied within the context of the challenges of digital philanthropy.

Abstract

Human resource management requires careful handling of the workforce to obtain the best results in achieving organizational goals. Although the number of workers is limited, it does not hinder the organization's ability to provide outstanding services. Even so, the professionalism of employees still needs to be improved in order to comply with the established operational standards, which affects their role as a key element in the organizational structure. With effective management, attentive to employee needs, and careful performance evaluation, organizations can achieve optimal performance and become professional and qualified institutions. The success of an organization's programs largely depends on how human resource management is executed.

Abstract

This study addresses the discrepancy between the rapid digitalization of zakat management and the suboptimal efficiency of zakat institutions and muzakki compliance in Indonesia. The research aims to describe the development of zakat digitalization, analyse its influence on institutional operational efficiency and muzakki compliance, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study employs a library research method by examining relevant literature, books, journals, reports, and scientific studies as primary and secondary data sources. The findings indicate that digitalization offers opportunities to enhance service quality, yet its effectiveness depends heavily on institutional readiness, governance quality, and muzakki trust. The study concludes that technology alone is insufficient without system integration and strengthened institutional capacity.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital transformation and adaptive capability on competitive strategy in Indonesian Islamic banks operating in an increasingly dynamic and digitalized financial environment. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from Islamic banking practitioners involved in strategic and digital initiatives and analysed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrate that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on both adaptive capability and competitive strategy while adaptive capability also exerts a significant influence on competitive strategy, indicating its critical role as a strategic enabler. The findings highlight that adaptive capability allows Islamic banks to translate digital investments into effective competitive positioning by enhancing agility, innovation and resilience amid technological disruption and regulatory complexity. This study contributes to the Islamic banking and strategic management literature by offering an integrative model that links digital transformation, adaptive capability and competitive strategy and provides practical insights for managers seeking to strengthen long-term competitiveness in Sharia-compliant financial institutions.

Abstract

The trade sector plays a crucial role in Indonesia's GDP. The growth of this sector heavily relies on the availability of capital and the stability of the economic environment. This capital requirement is largely met through Fintech P2P lending and Islamic Bank Financing. However, determining factors such as the dynamics of Labor absorption, as well as fluctuations in Inflation, need further analysis to optimize the growth rate. This research aims to analyse and test the impact of Fintech P2P lending, Islamic Bank Financing, Labor, and Inflation variables on the Economic Growth of the Trade Sector in Indonesia in the short run and the long run. The analytical method used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with quarterly and monthly data spanning the 2021-2024 period. The results of this study indicate that in the short run, Fintech P2P lending, Islamic Bank Financing, Labor, and Inflation do not significantly influence the Economic Growth of the Trade Sector in Indonesia. Conversely, in the long run, Fintech P2P lending and Inflation have a negative and significant effect on the Economic Growth of the Trade Sector, while Labor has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, Islamic Bank Financing has a positive but non-significant effect on the Economic Growth of the Trade Sector.
