Abstract

In the Islamic economic system, alms is one of the instruments in the distribution of wealth as a form of gratitude for the blessings that God has given to his people. Muslims are caliphs on earth who are given the authority to regulate everything in it. Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources. Nature is managed and utilized for the common good and welfare. In relation to the Eco Mosque program, the construction of places of worship that is concerned with the reciprocal relationship between the environment for a sustainable life. This type of research is qualitative research with exploratory methods and content analysis using descriptive analysis as the nature of the research. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the use of zakat funds is allowed in the construction of the Eco Mosque program in the perspective of maqashid sharia. In this case, it is concluded that zakat funds in the perspective of Maqashid Syariah can be used for the construction of the Eco Mosque, because it is intended for the benefit and benefit of the people.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the internal and external factors on the credit risk that represented by Non-Performing Financing (NPF) of sharia bank. Internal variables related to Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses Ratio (OER), Investment Proportion and Risk (IPR), Profit and Loss Sharing (PLS) as financing ratio. External variables related to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by industrial origin. The annual data report of Statistik Perbankan Syariah (SPS) and Statistik Ekonomi Keuangan Indonesia (SEKI) in Indonesia as secondary data is used to support priority setting of SWOT analysis element to complete IFAS dan EFAS after the multiple regression analysis. Different with the result of regression t and f-Statistic analysis, the finding indicated that internal variables more influence than external variable on the credit risk based on SWOT priority analysis. The most influence variable on the credit risk is increasing Operating Expenses Ratio (OER). The limitations of this paper are expected to have difference implication for SPS, the sharia compliance from regulator management and the important role of SPS and SEKI.

Abstract

The existence of the Multipurpose Cooperative "Santri City" has the role of an economic system that has business opportunities to create a community that still lacks in meeting their needs. This cooperative as a forum for conducting business activities certainly has a role to improve the economy of the community in the surrounding area. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of KSU "Santri City" in improving the welfare of the community in Kajen District, Pekalongan Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants is done by using a purposive technique on the cooperative management. Based on the results of this study, it shows that this cooperative is able to improve the welfare of its members by carrying out various credits in various forms, namely money, electronics and vehicles. And this cooperative has a role to provide business capital to its members.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the instability of customer commitment in returning financing funds at BMT UGT Sidogiri Pagak Sub-Branch, Malang Regency. The context of the research in this study is "what are the factors that drive customer commitment in returning financing funds", to analyze the factors driving customer commitment in returning financing funds. This research was conducted in the period July-August 2020, using an interview system and field observations in the data collection process. The type of research used is a qualitative approach, both approaches with BMT institutions and with customers. The results of the study indicate that several factors encourage customer commitment in returning financing funds. Among them are internal factors which include, the amount of the loan, the value of the guarantee, the repayment period, and the chemistry between the institution and the customer. While external factors include income or business turnover, dependents of other parties, and family dependents.

Abstract

This research departs from the many Islamic boarding schools that have transformed by incorporating socio-economic functions into the activity program of Islamic boarding schools, one of the Islamic boarding schools that is trying to be independent in economic activities and conducting local businesses is Pondok Pesantren Modern Subulussalam located in the Panyalai village of Nagari Lubuk Pandan, District 2x11 Six neighborhoods, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This study uses qualitative research by looking at the business strategy used and then analyzing it with a SWOT analysis. The results of the strategic research implemented by Pondok Pesantren Modern Subulussalam Foundation include collaborating with various Islamic financial institutions, establishing partnerships with the government and related institutions, building micro-enterprises that can be marketed, developing Kopontren human resources to continue to face challenges, and conducting training. entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The decision to visit is a top priority in this study because competition between tourist destinations can have an impact on the economic level of the surrounding community. The decision to visit tourists is influenced by several factors including the image of destinations, facilities, and subjective norms. This research aims to test the influence of the image of destinations, facilities, and subjective norms to influence partially and simultaneously on the decision to visit the religious tour Tomb of Sunan Pojok Blora. The approach used is quantitative. Data collection used the Incidental Sampling method and generated 100 respondents using the Slovin formula with questionnaire instruments. Data analysis uses statistical analysis that includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical tests, and testing using IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The results show that : (1) There is no influence between the image of the destination and the decision to visit; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the facilities and the decision to visit; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between subjective norms on the decision to visit; (4) There is a simultaneous influence between the image of destinations, facilities, and subjective norms on the decision to visit.
