Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze and know how big the personality fit effects job satisfaction of employees empirically, (2) to analyze and know how big the organization commitment effects job satisfaction of employees empirically,(3) to analyze and know how big the personality fit effect turnover intentions of employees empirically, (4) to analyze and know how big the organization commitment effect on turnover intentions of employees empirically, and (5) to analyze and know how big the job satisfaction effect on turnover intentions of employees empirically. Forty three respondents were selected by using census sampling method; those were the ones who worked in Mahakarya Asia University of Studi Program outside the main campus Baturaja. They have been working for more or less five years. The data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by using regression analysis. The result showed that R square (R2) was 62.4% and significance level was 0.000.This result indicated that personality fit and organization commitment affected positively and significantly on job satisfaction. Therefore, the result showed that R square (R2) 53.4% and significance level was 0.000. This result indicated that personality fit and organization commitment affected negatively and significantly on turnover intentions. These findings strengthened other researchers’ finding in which personality fit and organization commitment factors had direct effects on turnover intentions and personality fit and organization commitment factors had indirect effects on turnover intentions using job satisfaction as intervening variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analize the influence of service quality and price to inpatient’s satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 166 responden taken by using purposive sampling technic. This research analyzed by using multiple linear regresion analysis method. The result of this research indicates that service quality and price have positive and significant influence to satisfaction with price as the dominant variable.

Abstract

With the tittle effect of promotion and sell price of Oppo F11 smartphone on purchasing decisions (case study on the customer of Oppo F11 smartphone in the Jelita Lahat shop. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, sell price of Oppo F11 smartphone on purchasing decisions, promotion and sell price of Oppo F11 smartphone on purchasing decisions in the Jelita Lahat shop. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling methode. Regression equation Y = 4,372 + 0,574 X1 + 0,325 X2 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in the study are valid and reliable. The sequence individually from each the variable most affects is the variable promotion with a regression coefficient of 0,574 then the sell price variable with a regression coefficient of 0,325. Obtained tcalculated the variable promotion (X1) of 7,654 > 1,992 and the sell price variable (X2) obtained of 3,505 > 1,992. This means that tcalculated is greater than ttable then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Retrieved calculated F value of 50,845 > 3,12 so that it can be concluded that there are significant simultaneously (together) beetwen the promotion (X1) and sell price (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Results of the discussion obtained value Y = 11.202 + 0.176 + 0.419. Constant value of 11.202 means that if the independent variables are ignored then the value of the Job Morval (Y) variable is 11.202. Value of Working Facilities (X1) variable is 0,176 which means if Working Facilities (X1) variable is increased 0,176 it will increase work spirit variable (Y) equal to 0,176. The value of the communication variable (X2) is 0.419 which means if the communication variable (X2) is increased by 0.419 then it will increase the work spirit variable (Y) by 0.419 The result of the coefficient value is 0.255 or 25%. This means that the independent variables have contribution to the dependent variable of 25% and the remaining 75% is influenced by other factors not examined by the writer. The results of the table above also explains the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.199 this means the independent variables have a relationship with the dependent variable of 0.199. The simultaneous test results obtained F calculated value of 4.609, with a significant level of 0.019 then obtained Sig value of 0.019, which means Sig 0.019 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that the Working Facilities (X1), and Communication (X2) variables influence the work spirit (Y) Testing the influence of work facility variables (X1) on the spirit of work (Y). The result of the above table with partial test is obtained value t_hitung for work facility variable (X1) obtained value of Sig = 0,371 which mean Sig 0,371> 0,05 meaning work facility variable (X1) have insignificant effect to variable (Y), hence Accepted and Ha rejected, so the hypothesis in this study is not proven to show there is significant influence of Working Facilities (X1) variable to the dependent variable Job Spirit (Y). Testing the influence of variables Communication (X2) to the Spirit of Work (Y). With the test partially obtained value t_hitung for communication variables (X2) obtained value Sig = 0.045 which means Sig 0.045 <0.05 which means the communication variable (X2) has a significant effect on the variable Spirit Work (Y), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, So the hypothesis in this study proved to show there is a significant influence of communication (X2) variable to the dependent variable Job Spirit (Y)

Abstract

Based on surveys conducted on Telkomsel cards used by GraiPari Telkomsel city pagar alam customers, there are still shortcomings, one of which is the Telkomsel card product provides less choice of variants. And perception about Telkomsel card product has its own value for consumers compared to other brands. The majority of consumers provide imperfect judgments, this is likely because consumers have not felt satisfied, comfortable with the product, therefore the author is interested to do peneletian this. Problem formulation in this research is: is there any influence of product innovation to consumer purchasing decision of Telkomsel Card at Graipari Telkomsel city Pagar Alam, is there any consumer perception to consumer purchasing decision of Telkomsel Card at GraiPari Telkomsel city Pagar alam, is there any influence of product innovation and consumer perception to consumer purchasing decision Telkomsel Card at Graipari Telkomsel kota pagar alam. The sample of this research is all consumer of Telkomsel card in Graipari Telkomsel city pagar alam which amounts to 100 people, in period of one month purchase that is in May 2020. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS, the regression equation obtained is :. The value of coefficient of determination (r ^ 2) based on data processing table of SPPS of 0,723. The variables affecting Telkomsel Graipari consumers can be influenced by the variables that exist and the variable with the respondents of 72.3%, while the rest of 27.7% can be taken into account by other variables that are not included in this research model. Variable of product innovation with t count> from t table or 2,725> 2.000, hence Ho is rejected and Hietahui, this indicates that there is significant influence to variables influencing consumer Graipari Telkomsel kota pagar alam. Variable consumer perceptions with t count> of ttable or 2,543> 2,000, then Ho rejected and Hietahui, this indicates that there is significant influence between consumer variable to consumer variable Graipari Telkomsel city pagar alam. Results of data processing with the value of Fcount of 16.729. With the value of F arithmetic> F table. From the hypothesis test results then the decision taken is the same variable and different variables for each consumer who have different variables to consumers Graipari Telkomsel city pagar alam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, professionalism of work, commitment to employee performance PDAM Baturaja partially and simultaneously. Research approach used in this study is quantitative. Population in the company amounted to 150 and taken 75 respondents to use the sample with the sampling method is simple random sampling or simple random sample by means of a lottery / raffle of names of employees PDAM Baturaja is then taken as samples used lottery of 75 names of employees Selected in the draw. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis were used to determine the influence of strong between the dependent variable and independent variables. The test results and analysis conducted states that the variable quality of human resources and a significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Baturaja Regency. Variable professionalism and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Baturaja. And variable commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance PDAM Baturaja. And the quality of human resources, professionalism, and commitment to simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance PDAM Baturaja Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) influence of selling price and distribution channel to sales volume of product coffee kapal api (2) the effect of selling price on sales volume (3) influence of distribution channel to sales volume. Research subject is CV. BINTANG TERANG LAHAT and sample data is selling price, distribution channel and sales volume year 2012-2016. The data obtained are then analyzed using regression analysis using SPSS application. Based on the analysis obtained Y = 14505.685 + .039 X1 + 35.025 X2+ e which mean constanta value of 14505.685 mean if the independent variables are ignored the value of variable (Y) of 14505.685. the result of the research shows that there is significant effect of selling price (X1), distribution channel (X2), together to the sales volume (Y). The test T influence variable (X1) on (Y) cost (X1) is 8.535 with significant is .013 ≤ 0,05, influence variable (X2) on (Y) cost (X2) is 4.502 with significant level of .046 < 0,05. The test result F obtained 60.058 by taking a significant level of 5% then with a significant level of 0.016 < 0,05.
