Abstract

Research to analiyze the effect of Leadership, Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance in PT. Thamrin Brothers Sentral Yamaha Bengkulu. Hence, the analysis method used Likert Scale.The obtained conclucions respondents agreed that leadership (X₁), reward (X₂) and punishment (X3) as independent variables have strongly influenced on employeeperformance (Y) as independent variablein PT. Abstract

This study discusses the influence of motivation and compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Unit Simpan Pinjam Baturaja. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis indicate that motivation and compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Unit Simpan Pinjam Baturaja affect either partially or simultaneously. Results of the analysis of determination (R2) shows that the coefficient of determination (R) motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) amounted to 60.9% influence on employee performance (Y) while the remaining 39.1% influenced or varied by other variables , Researchers suggest the company in order to remain consistent with the targets to be achieved by employees and implement motivation of employees and improve compensation through the provision of appropriate and fair bonuses so that employees are willing to improve its performance.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the influence of globalization, where this has an impact on human life as expressed by R. Robertson (2011) that globalization is shrinking the process of an individual and the growing awareness of the individual. This study uses the independent variable is Work Discipline (X1), Work Commitment (X2), moderating variables, namely the individual character (X¬3), and total quality management as the dependent variable (Y). Collecting data in research using questionnaires that were distributed to 72 employees of the PDAM Baturaja, educators using population. While the analysis is performed by the data processing using SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. Results of regression analysis and t test showed that the variables of work discipline commitment variable, and variable positive effect on the individual characteristics of the variable total quality management. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.896. This means that 89.6% of the variation can be explained by the quality of their management work discipline, work commitment and individual characteristics of the remaining 10.4% of the variation is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Data analysis techniques used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study showed that the performance of the company PT. Semen Baturaja before and after the IPO at the current ratio of the company has fluctuated, this change has a very good company performance when before IPO this was because after the IPO the company was able to achieve a ratio of 385% while after the IPO the company's current ratio reached only 8.26%. DER and DAR of fluctuated but when compared before and after the IPO the value is more spread before the IPO. company net profit margin has a very high value but if compared to before and after the IPO, the company has a higher net profit margin value after the IPO in 2012 38%. Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, ROE and ROA are the ratio shows the same thing, namely a ratio that has a higher ratio before the IPO and after the IPO switches to a lower ratio. The Simple Paired test shows that the value of t arithmetic <t table (0.860 <2.06390) and P value (0.398> 0.05) then H0 is accepted meaning that there is no difference between the financial performance of the company before and after the initial public offering (IPO)

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of credit risk (NPL), liquidity risk (LDR), operational risk (BOPO) on financial performance (ROA) at conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, either partially or simultaneously. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that partially the NPL variable does not have a significant influence on financial performance (ROA), the LDR variable does not have a significant influence on financial performance (ROA). BOPO variable has a significant influence on financial performance (ROA). Simultaneous testing of credit risk (NPL), liquidity risk (LDR) and operational risk (BOPO) influences financial performance (ROA). The result of the coefficient of determination test shows that the percentage of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 71.2%%, while the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other variables such as market risk and others which are not included in this study.

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether there is influence of investment risks against society’s interest in investing in sukuk at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Baturaja. The population in thisresearch is a society which performs investment sukuk at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Baturaja. The population in this research is the 184 people, samples obtained as many as 65 people. From research conducted by the author can be drawn the conclusion that the influence of investment risks against society’s interest in investing in sukuk at PT. Bank syariah Mandiri Baturaja.The formula that is used in this research is a simple linear regression, from the study stated that the investment risk to the community’s interest in investing in sukuk,the value t hitung is greater that t tables, and R square 87,2%. It mean 87,2% of community interest in investing in sukuk influence by investment risks.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to analyze and know how big the personality fit effects job satisfaction of employees empirically, (2) to analyze and know how big the organization commitment effects job satisfaction of employees empirically,(3) to analyze and know how big the personality fit effect turnover intentions of employees empirically, (4) to analyze and know how big the organization commitment effect on turnover intentions of employees empirically, and (5) to analyze and know how big the job satisfaction effect on turnover intentions of employees empirically. Forty three respondents were selected by using census sampling method; those were the ones who worked in Mahakarya Asia University of Studi Program outside the main campus Baturaja. They have been working for more or less five years. The data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by using regression analysis. The result showed that R square (R2) was 62.4% and significance level was 0.000.This result indicated that personality fit and organization commitment affected positively and significantly on job satisfaction. Therefore, the result showed that R square (R2) 53.4% and significance level was 0.000. This result indicated that personality fit and organization commitment affected negatively and significantly on turnover intentions. These findings strengthened other researchers’ finding in which personality fit and organization commitment factors had direct effects on turnover intentions and personality fit and organization commitment factors had indirect effects on turnover intentions using job satisfaction as intervening variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analize the influence of service quality and price to inpatient’s satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 166 responden taken by using purposive sampling technic. This research analyzed by using multiple linear regresion analysis method. The result of this research indicates that service quality and price have positive and significant influence to satisfaction with price as the dominant variable.

Abstract

With the tittle effect of promotion and sell price of Oppo F11 smartphone on purchasing decisions (case study on the customer of Oppo F11 smartphone in the Jelita Lahat shop. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, sell price of Oppo F11 smartphone on purchasing decisions, promotion and sell price of Oppo F11 smartphone on purchasing decisions in the Jelita Lahat shop. The sample in this study amounted to 78 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling methode. Regression equation Y = 4,372 + 0,574 X1 + 0,325 X2 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in the study are valid and reliable. The sequence individually from each the variable most affects is the variable promotion with a regression coefficient of 0,574 then the sell price variable with a regression coefficient of 0,325. Obtained tcalculated the variable promotion (X1) of 7,654 > 1,992 and the sell price variable (X2) obtained of 3,505 > 1,992. This means that tcalculated is greater than ttable then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Retrieved calculated F value of 50,845 > 3,12 so that it can be concluded that there are significant simultaneously (together) beetwen the promotion (X1) and sell price (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Results of the discussion obtained value Y = 11.202 + 0.176 + 0.419. Constant value of 11.202 means that if the independent variables are ignored then the value of the Job Morval (Y) variable is 11.202. Value of Working Facilities (X1) variable is 0,176 which means if Working Facilities (X1) variable is increased 0,176 it will increase work spirit variable (Y) equal to 0,176. The value of the communication variable (X2) is 0.419 which means if the communication variable (X2) is increased by 0.419 then it will increase the work spirit variable (Y) by 0.419 The result of the coefficient value is 0.255 or 25%. This means that the independent variables have contribution to the dependent variable of 25% and the remaining 75% is influenced by other factors not examined by the writer. The results of the table above also explains the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.199 this means the independent variables have a relationship with the dependent variable of 0.199. The simultaneous test results obtained F calculated value of 4.609, with a significant level of 0.019 then obtained Sig value of 0.019, which means Sig 0.019 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that the Working Facilities (X1), and Communication (X2) variables influence the work spirit (Y) Testing the influence of work facility variables (X1) on the spirit of work (Y). The result of the above table with partial test is obtained value t_hitung for work facility variable (X1) obtained value of Sig = 0,371 which mean Sig 0,371> 0,05 meaning work facility variable (X1) have insignificant effect to variable (Y), hence Accepted and Ha rejected, so the hypothesis in this study is not proven to show there is significant influence of Working Facilities (X1) variable to the dependent variable Job Spirit (Y). Testing the influence of variables Communication (X2) to the Spirit of Work (Y). With the test partially obtained value t_hitung for communication variables (X2) obtained value Sig = 0.045 which means Sig 0.045 <0.05 which means the communication variable (X2) has a significant effect on the variable Spirit Work (Y), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, So the hypothesis in this study proved to show there is a significant influence of communication (X2) variable to the dependent variable Job Spirit (Y)
