Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of promotional strategies in increasing sales of subsidized Home Ownership Credit (KPR) products amidst increasingly competitive market and implementation of marketing strategies in Islam. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach at one of the banks that offers subsidized KPR products through interviews and direct observation with Customer Financing Officers at BTN KCPS Jombang. The results of the study indicate that promotions carried out through personal selling are effective in attracting potential customers, especially in the low-income segment. However, tight market competition demands continuous innovation in promotional strategies so that subsidized KPR products can remain competitive as well as marketing strategies based on Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the sharia-based digital marketing strategy used to promote products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Pasuruan Balaikota. In today's digital era, BSI must utilize technology to promote its sharia-compliant products to a wider audience, while adhering to sharia principles. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This study found that BSI KCP Pasuruan Balaikota uses different digital strategies such as social media, mobile banking application, and official website to promote and educate customers. BSI also considers sharia compliance in marketing materials and works with sharia influencers to build public trust. This method has been successful in increasing customer knowledge and interest in shariah-compliant products. According to this study, using organized and shariah-compliant digital marketing can be a better option to advertise Islamic banking products in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of legal awareness of business actors, especially MSMEs, towards the obligation of halal certification in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study from journals accessed through the Publish or Perish application with sources from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. Through a comprehensive literature review from various scientific journals, it was found that the legal awareness of business actors regarding halal certification is still relatively low. Some of the factors that affect include a lack of understanding of halal certification regulations, the assumption that the halal certification process is complicated and requires a large cost, and the lack of supervision and law enforcement from the government.

Abstract

Blockchain is currently being talked about a lot, especially architecture with cryptocurrencies. In the development of sharia finance, public enthusiasm for sharia economic practices and innovation in sharia services such as fintech has an important role. The aim behind this research is to understand the Islamic views on Blockchain. In this research, data collection was carried out using the library research method, where information was obtained through literature review from various sources such as books, journals, regulations and other scientific writings. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method approach. The development of sharia finance in various fields, including banking and non-banking, is also driven by enthusiasm for sharia economic community practices and various sharia service innovations such as fintech. The use of blockchain technology in the sharia financial sector can be realized by implementing smart contracts in sharia banking activities, optimizing zakat collection, increasing the benefits of waqf, creating halal value chains, and applying blockchain technology to retail sukuk bonds.

Abstract

Religion as a from of belief is part and core of the existing set of values and becomes culture or costums in society.Religion is a series of plans for behavior based on values and rules.Economics is used to study human behavior in using scarce resources to produce goods and services that humans need.The relationship and position between the development of religion and rising economic standards is very relevant,the relationship can also influence each other. The problem in paying wages is the perspective of enterpreneurs and the government towards workers who only use it as a means of production, capacity and attracting investment.For enterpreneurs, wages are part of production costs,so expenses must be calculated as economically as possible and their use maximized to increase productivity and work ethic. In fact, for workers, wages are very useful income to meet their needs. This is based on Marshall's theory that setting a minimum wage allows workers to improve their nutrition so that in the long term they can increase their productivity. Meanwhile, wage determination in Islam is based on work services us usefulness and benefits of a person's energy and based on the burden in life .

Abstract

Efektivitas adalah suatu ukuran yang menyatakan seberapa jauh suatu program dari segi kualitas, kuantitas dan waktu yang telah mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana efektivitas digital payment meningkatkan portofolio keuangan perbankan syariah dan pengaruh digital payment QRIS serta strategi yang tepat untuk memanfaatkan peluang implementasi QRIS pada bank syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder dengan studi wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dan Bank Syariah Muamalat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, memperluas jangkauan, kecepatan transaksi. Strategi mengatasi peluang implementasi dengan cara membangun kepercayaan nasabah, keamanan transaksi dan transparansi biaya. Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan wisata halal semakin menjadi perhatian global, khususnya di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya Muslim. Salah satu destinasi wisata religi yang menarik perhatian adalah Makam Gus Dur di Jombang, Jawa Timur. Tujuan dan fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana masyarakat lokal dapat terlibat dalam pengelolaan pariwisata halal di sekitar makam Gus Dur, beserta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan mereka, serta bagaimana pengembangan pariwisata halal di makam Gus Dur dapat berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengambilan data diperoleh dengan teknik survei dan wawancara kepada pelaku UMKM. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles and Hubberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan wisata halal secara signifikan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM di sekitar Makam Gus Dur. Faktor-faktor seperti penyediaan fasilitas halal, promosi wisata religi, dan peningkatan pelayanan berdampak positif terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan aktivitas ekonomi lokal. Masyarakat setempat mendapatkan manfaat langsung berupa peningkatan omzet usaha, lapangan kerja, dan peluang bisnis baru. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah penguatan sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, pengelola wisata, dan pelaku UMKM untuk memastikan keberlanjutan pengembangan wisata halal. Kata kunci: Wisata halal, UMKM, Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat, Makam Gus Dur.

Abstract

Nowadays, a mother not only plays a role in taking care of the household, but also works. There are several factors that cause a mother to work, one of which is economic matters. From this, researchers want to dig deeper information about the incident. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of working housewives in improving family welfare and Islamic views on this phenomenon. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques by interviewing and literature study. The results of this study are that working housewives can have an impact on the welfare of their families because they can financially support their husbands and their children's education. Even though they work they still pay attention to household matters. So, mothers do not do things that are contrary to what is in the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat ASN untuk menyalurkan zakat profesi melalui BAZNAS Bantul dengan citra lembaga sebagai variabel moderasi. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada ASN yang berminat untuk membayarkan zakat profesinya dengan cara pemotongan gaji. Alat analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengetahuan zakat, religiusitas, altruisme, dan kontrol perilaku mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat ASN untuk berzakat profesi melalui pemotongan gaji di BAZNAS Bantul. Sedangkan norma subjektif dan sikap tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat ASN untuk berzakat profesi melalui pemotongan gaji di BAZNAS Bantul. Ditemukan bahwa citra lembaga mampu memperkuat pengaruh pengetahuan zakat, religiusitas, dan kontrol perilaku terhadap minat ASN untuk berzakat profesi melalui pemotongan gaji di BAZNAS Bantul. Sedangkan citra lembaga tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh altruisme, sikap, dan norma subjektif terhadap minat ASN untuk berzakat profesi melalui pemotongan gaji di BAZNAS Bantul. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh BMT Maslahah Cabang Sukorejo Pasuruan guna meningkatkan jumlah nasabah. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang memfokuskan pada metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upaya strategi yang diterapkan oleh BMT Maslahah Cabang Sukorejo Kabupaten Pasuruan untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabahnya. Lembaga ini menggunakan media online dan offline, media online menggunakan brosur, bertemu langsung dengan calon nasabah, silaturrahmi, sedangkan online menggunakan media sosial, dan website.
