Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan Imam al-Mawardi tentang kepemimpinan seorang Non-Muslim yang termaktub dalam kitabnya yang berjudul Al-Ahkam As-Sulthaniyyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif teoritis dan adapun pendekatan penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi buku, arsip tertulis yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian. This study aims to see the views of Imam al-Mawardi about the leadership of a non-Muslim as stated in his book entitled Al-Ahkam As-Sulthaniyyah. This research is a theoretical normative legal research and the approach is normative juridical research. Latar belakang pada penelitian ini terdapat beberapa kondisi sebagai berikut : Materi yang disampaikan pada pembelajaran IPA masih berfokus kepada buku panduan, kurangnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan, kurang bereksperimen sebagai proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini pengembangan media lectora inspire versi 12 pada pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk menumbuhkan karakter kreatif siswa kelas 5 SD/MI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development dengan menggunakan model ASSURE. Hasil penelitian ahli materi dengan memperoleh presentase kelayakan sebesar 79% dengan kategori valid, hasil penilaian ahli bahasa sebesar 75% dengan kategori valid, hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 69% dengan kategori valid dan hasil responden uji perorangan sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat valid, uji kelompok kecil sebesar 85% dengan kategori sangat valid dan uji kelompok besar sebesar 87% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produk media pembelajaran lectora inspire versi 12 pada pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk menumbuhkan karakter kreatif siswa layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Kegiatan guru di dalam kelas meliputi dua hal, mengajar dan mengelola kelas. Mengajar dimaksudkan agar peserta didik mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, sedangkan kegiatan mengelola kelas dimaksudkan sebagai proses untuk mempertahankan suasana kelas yang kondusif sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Strategi guru berpengaruh besar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan mengelola kelas, agar pembelajaran dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam pengelolaan kelas pada pembelajaran IPS di SD/MI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada yaitu Sekolah Dasar Swasta Ar-Rahman kelas IV. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, bahwa pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, guru dapat merancang suatu strategi dalam pengelolaan kelas yang dimana proses belajar mengajar menjadi kondusif dan siswa akan lebih termotivasi untuk belajar

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good governance, public perception and internal control system on the quality of public services. The data was collected through interviews, field research and library techniques as well as distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. To measure the influence of the sample used classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Data processing using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution version 25. The results showed that hypothesis testing (t test) obtained the results: (1) Good governance affects the quality of public services where count is -2.096 smaller than table -1.293 with a significance level of perception of 0.04 <0.05 (2) Public affects the quality of public services where count is 8.037 greater than table 1.293 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 (3) Government Internal Control System affects the quality of public services where count is 1.361 greater than table 1.293 and a significance level of 0.108>0.05. The results of hypothesis testing (f test) of good governance, public perception, and internal control systems affect the quality of public services where count is 25.829 which is greater than table 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Religion as a from of belief is part and core of the existing set of values and becomes culture or costums in society.Religion is a series of plans for behavior based on values and rules.Economics is used to study human behavior in using scarce resources to produce goods and services that humans need.The relationship and position between the development of religion and rising economic standards is very relevant,the relationship can also influence each other. The problem in paying wages is the perspective of enterpreneurs and the government towards workers who only use it as a means of production, capacity and attracting investment.For enterpreneurs, wages are part of production costs,so expenses must be calculated as economically as possible and their use maximized to increase productivity and work ethic. In fact, for workers, wages are very useful income to meet their needs. This is based on Marshall's theory that setting a minimum wage allows workers to improve their nutrition so that in the long term they can increase their productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal antara guru dan siswa dalam menangani kenakalan remaja di SMA Al-Ghazaly, Kota Bogor, dan mengevaluasi dampak pendekatan komunikasi Islam dalam konteks ini. Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh kebutuhan untuk memahami bagaimana interaksi sehari-hari antara guru dan siswa dapat mempengaruhi pendekatan pencegahan dan pengelolaan kenakalan remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola komunikasi yang efektif dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kajian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam yang melibatkan guru dan siswa sebagai peserta. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kualitas komunikasi interpersonal di Sekolah Menengah Al-Ghazaly bervariasi; Guru yang menunjukkan keterbukaan dan empati dapat menciptakan suasana yang lebih mendukung, sementara mereka yang kurang responsif dapat memperburuk perilaku negatif. Selain itu, kendala dalam pelaksanaan komunikasi antara lain ketidakadilan dalam penegakan disiplin dan kurangnya keterbukaan dari orang tua. Pendekatan komunikasi Islam berdampak positif pada aspek spiritual dan moral, namun belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi guru, keterlibatan orang tua yang lebih aktif, dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islam yang lebih dalam dalam kurikulum pendidikan untuk menangani kenakalan remaja secara efektif.

Marriage will rise to various rights and obligations between husband and wife. Among the many rights of the wife and the obligations of the husband, one of them is sustenance. Based on the annual report at the Religious Court, economic factors (material sustenance) are more dominant as a factor causing divorce than other factors. This study aims to determine the concept of sustenance according to classical and contemporary fiqh books, and what are the similarities and differences in the concept of sustenance brought by the two books. This study uses a comparative-descriptive approach method with a type of research that is included in the category of library research. The results of this study indicate that the concept of sustenance between classical and contemporary books does not substantially have many differences, contemporary scholars still refer to the opinions or fiqh books by classical scholars, only there is an expansion of the description of the value of sustenance due to changes in the times and the needs of life. One of the differences is regarding the level of sustenance given, according to classical books, it must be adjusted to the adequacy of the recipient and the ability of the giver. Besides, according to contemporary books, it must be adjusted to the customs that already apply in the place of residence. This research has not referred to more specific books in each school of thought. The aim of this research is to analyze the opinions of the Hanafi school and the Shafi'i school regarding the law of marrying children resulting from adultery with their biological father. Apart from that, to find out the reasons for the law regarding the marriage of a child resulting from adultery with her biological father. The results of the research show that according to the view of the Hanafi school, children born out of wedlock or outside a valid marriage are makhluqoh (children created) from the semen of their biological father, and it is forbidden for their father to marry his adulterous child. Meanwhile, according to the Shafi'i school of thought, adulterous children or children born outside of a legal marriage are ajnabiyyah (foreigners) who are completely alienated and have no rights to their biological father, and it is permissible for the biological father to marry his adulterous child if she is a girl. The Hanafi School interprets it to mean linguistically or essentially or also called in general, which means sexual intercourse in a broad sense without any distinction between halal sexual intercourse and haram sexual intercourse.  Meanwhile, the Syafi'i school of thought interprets the word an-nikah in Surah an-Nisa' verse 22 only as a marriage bond that is valid according to the Shari'a.   Then from the word banatukum in surah an-Nisa' verse 23, the Hanafi school believes that the word Banatukum in surah An-Nisa': 23 already includes children of adultery because children of adultery are also "children" of their father.  Meanwhile, the Shafi'i school of thought says that the banatukum in this verse does not include children of adultery it because something that is haram cannot have a legal impact on something that is halal such as marriage.

In human life must have a variety of habits. There are those who tend to want to get the job done quickly and those who like to delay doing their work. The procrastination in the language of psychology is "procrastination" and the perpetrator is referred to as "procrastinator". This phenomenon of procrastination is at risk of harming students in their lives, both academic and non-academic. Procrastination among students there are several types of procrastination as said by experts such as writing tasks, reading, attending meetings, and others. This has become a habit repeated by procrastinators among students. This study aims to find out the relationship between student religiosity and academic procrastination in the 10th high school in Bogor. Data collection using a Likert Scale, is to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. The sampling method used in this study was Simlpe Random Sampling using 91 respondents. Data collection is carried out using two scales, namely student religiosity scale and academic procrastination scale. To find out the relationship between students' religiosity and academic procrastination using product moment correlation. The result of the correlation coefficient between two variables is ryx = 0.466 p = 0.207. So it can be concluded that based on data analysis taken from this study there is a significant relationship between students' religiosity and academic procrastination at Bogor 10 High School.
