Abstract

Currently, various types of digital wallets are present in society with various advantages and facilities offered. This is in line with life in the digital era, where the increasing use of digital wallets is in every daily activity, especially in Surabaya. However, the existence of a variety of digital wallet choices can cause a problem, where people can have difficulty considering the selection of the best digital wallet that will be used in their daily lives. So to overcome these problems, it is necessary to conduct a study that aims to identify which digital wallet is the best in the Surabaya city area in the hope that it can help and provide recommendations to the wider society, especially the people of Surabaya in determining the best digital wallet. The criteria used in this study are convenience, promotion, security, service features, and benefits. The alternatives used in this study are GoPay, DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The decisionmaking method applied in this study is a combination of the SAW and the TOPSIS method. The stage begins by applying the SAW method which produces a normalized matrix R, then continued by applying the TOPSIS method to obtain alternative ranking. The results of this study show that ShopeePay is the best digital wallet with the highest preference value of 0.997, followed by other digital wallets namely OVO, GoPay, DANA and LinkAja.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri yang pada umumnya menyerang paru-paru namun juga dapat menyerang organ lain seperti tulang, ginjal, kelenjar, dan lain-lain. Pencegahan TB dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan vaksinasi BCG pada individu saat masih bayi. Individu yang terinfeksi TB harus melakukan pengobatan secara rutin dan tuntas dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan oleh tenaga medis untuk membunuh bakteri dan terjadinya resistensi antibiotik. Apabila pengobatan tidak tuntas, ditunda, atau gagal, TB dapat berkembang menjadi MDR (Multi Drug Resistant)-TB, yang mana ini adalah kondisi TB resisten terhadap pengobatan lini pertama yang sangat efektif untuk TB. Pada penelitian ini akan dikonstruksikan model matematika penyebaran TB dengan MDR-TB dan pengaruh vaksinasi dengan membagi individu menjadi enam populasi yakni individu rentan (S), individu yang tervaksinasi (V), individu yang terpapar (E), individu terinfeksi (I), individu resisten terhadap pengobatan (Res) dan individu yang sembuh (R). Model ini ditentukan titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit dan titik kesetimbangan endemik lalu dilanjutkan menganalisis kestabilannya dengan nilai eigen dan Routh-Hurwitz serta didekati dengan menggunakan R0 (bilangan reproduksi dasar). Jika nilai R0 < 1, maka titik kesetimbangan bebas penyakit bersifat stabil asimtotik lokal. Sebaliknya, jika nilai R0 > 1, maka titik kesetimbangan endemiknya yang bersifat stabil asimtotik lokal. Selain itu dilakukan simulasi dengan software Matlab Online R2023a dengan nilai awal dan parameter dari jurnal rujukan dan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa parameter yang paling berpengaruh adalah parameter angka kelahiran dan laju pengobatan. Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, MDR-TB, BCG, Bilangan Reproduksi Dasar.

Abstract

Butterflies are insects that have aesthetic beauty and are also important assets in the field of nature protection. In nature, butterflies have a crucial role in maintaining ecosystems, especially in the process of pollination of flowering plants which contributes to the natural propagation of plants. Butterfly wings have an important role in identifying butterfly species based on size, shape and color. In mathematics, there is the concept of fractals which is a very suitable method for modeling natural phenomena and used as a tool to represent natural objects. In this study, a classification of butterfly species was carried out based on the shape of the butterfly's wings. A total of 100 butterfly images were used in this study, the first step was to convert the RGB images to grayscale and then segment the butterfly wings. The area is then used to identify butterfly wing type patterns using edge detection using the Canny method. Furthermore, by using the fractal box counting method, the resulting dimensional values are used in the clustering process. The results of the dimension values will be classified using the K-Means grouping method with five groups, namely Adonis Butterfly, Julia Butterfly, Brown Siproeta Butterfly, Metal Marks Butterfly, and African Giant Swallowtail Butterfly, showing an accuracy of 89%.

Abstract

Employee stock options (ESO) are given to employees as a type of stock option that gives the right (without obligation) to employees to buy a portion of the company's shares within a certain period in the future at a price that has been agreed upon when the option is granted. This study aims to determine the mathematical model of Employee Stock Option using the Enhanced American Binomial method. In this research, a mathematical model has been developed that can be used to calculate the price of employee stock options. The contract price affects the calculation of ESO price. If the initial stock price (S0 ) is less than or equal to the strike price (K), the ESO price tends to be lower. However, if the initial stock price (S0 ) is greater than the strike price (K), the ESO price tends to be higher. Thus, employees will still benefit from the difference between ( S0) and (K), while the company is not burdened heavily in terms of issuing ESO. Abstract

Stock options are contracts involving two parties, namely the option seller (writer) and option buyer (holder), where the rights of the option buyer (holder) will be guaranteed by the option seller (writer) in selling or buying shares at an agreed price. (strike price) before or at maturity time. One type of development of stock options, namely Employee Stock Options (OSK) or commonly called Employee Stock Options, is an option where the beneficiary cannot sell or transfer the options given by the company because these options function as rewards and incentives for their employees so that in this case, employees has the right to stock options but has no obligation to buy them. This study aims to model employee stock options that take into account the dilution effect. The dilution effect is a decrease in the percentage of share ownership due to an increase in the total number of shares, but the investor does not participate in the issuance of new shares. This study uses the trinomial method where stock price movements will be seen by calculating forward and determining the option value backwards. For this method, the stock price movement model has three possible events, namely the stock price moves up, stays, or falls. This research produces a mathematical model that is used in determining the price of employee stock options by taking into account the dilution effect. Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia mengalami peningkatan adopsi perbankan digital, karena ekspektasi pelanggan yang berubah dan penetrasi digital yang meningkat. Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan salah satu hal yang mempercepat kecenderungan transformasi digital ini. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah bank digital di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, persaingan antar bank digital untuk kegiatan perbankan menjadi semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urutan kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi nasabah dalam memilih bank digital dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan menentukan peringkat bank digital terbaik menggunakan integrasi metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity ke Solusi Ideal (TOPSIS). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan metode ini menyimpulkan bahwa urutan kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi nasabah dalam memilih bank digital adalah Keamanan dengan nilai 0,2440, Biaya Transfer antar Bank dengan nilai 0,2407, Fitur Layanan dengan nilai nilai 0,2159, User Interface dengan nilai 0,1626, dan Brand Image dengan nilai 0,1368. Sedangkan peringkat bank digital terbaik adalah Bank Jago dengan nilai 0,9407, SeaBank dengan nilai 0,7998, Jenius dengan nilai 0,3741, Blu (BCA Digital) dengan nilai 0,2482, dan NeoBank dengan nilai 0,0051. Kata Kunci: Pemeringkatan, Bank Digital, AHP-TOPSIS. Abstract Indonesia experiences an increase in digital bank adoption due to changing customer expectations and increased digital penetration. The covid-19 Pandemic is one of the cases that accelerate the tendency of digital transformation. Along with the increase of digital banks in Indonesia recently, the competition among digital banks for banking activities becomes increased. Therefore, this study aims to find out the sequence of criteria that most influence customers in choosing a digital bank using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and to determine the ranking of the best digital bank using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The results of the analysis concluded that the sequence of criteria that most influence customers in choosing digital bank were Security with a score of 0.2440, Interbank Transfer Fee with a score of 0.2407, Service Features with a score of 0.2159, User Interface with a score of 0.1626, and Brand Image with a score of 0.1368. Meanwhile, the ranking of the best digital banks was Bank Jago with a score of 0.9407, SeaBank with a score of 0.7998, Jenius with a score of 0.3741, Blu (BCA Digital) with a score of 0.2482, and Neobank with a score of 0.0051. Abstract

Restoran Cepat Saji XYZ adalah salah satu restoran cepat saji dengan sistem frenchise yang terkenal di dunia dan salah satunya berlokasi di Kota Kediri. Selain menawarkan penyediaan makanan dan minuman dengan cepat, restoran ini juga memiliki standar kualitas yang sama di seluruh frenchise-nya sehingga banyak digemari pelanggan. Namun banyaknya pelanggan yang datang terkadang membuat pelanggan mengantri cukup lama pada waktu-waktu tertentu. Panjangnya antrean ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya jumlah fasilitas pelayanan yang disediakan dibandingkan dengan permintaan pelanggan. Pola kedatangan pelanggan mengikuti distribusi Poisson dan lamanya waktu pelayanan mengikuti distribusi Eksponensial. Pada penelitian ini, model antrean yang digunakan adalah Multi Channel-Single Phase dengan menyediakan 2 kasir pelayanan atau (M/M/2). Model antrean ini digunakan untuk mengetahui ukuran kinerja sistem sehingga dapat menentukan jumlah kasir pelayanan yang optimal. Namun ternyata penyediaan 2 kasir pelayanan tidak memenuhi kondisi steady state. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, pada hari minggu atau selama weekend dengan menambah jumlah kasir menjadi 6 kasir dapat memenuhi kondisi steady state dengan tingkat intensitas pelayanan ρ = 0.91 < 1. Serta untuk hari senin dan selasa atau weekdays perlu menyediakan 4 kasir pelayanan sehingga tingkat intensitas pelayanan ρ = 0.76 < 1 yang artinya memenuhi kondisi steady state dan mampu mengurangi waktu tunggu pelanggan serta memaksimalkan kinerja kasir.

Abstract

Kedai kopi merupakan salah satu bisnis di sektor kuliner yang menyajikan berbagai minuman berbasis kopi. Seiring dengan berkembangnya gaya hidup modern, kedai kopi juga semakin berkembang dan diminati oleh masyarakat di berbagai daerah. Fenomena menjamurnya kedai kopi ini membuat para pemilik usaha harus berlomba-lomba mengembangkan bisnisnya. Pada kenyataannya, banyak dijumpai bisnis kedai kopi yang tidak mampu bertahan lama. Fenomena ini juga berdampak pada konsumen, dimana para konsumen dapat kesulitan memilih kedai kopi yang terbaik. Untuk itu, diperlukan sebuah penelitian untuk menentukan kriteria dan alternatif kedai kopi terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini, penentuan kedai kopi terbaik menggunakan kriteria antara lain kriteria daya tarik yang meliputi harga produk, social media marketing, banyak cabang; serta kriteria pengalaman yang meliputi kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, serta store atmosphere. Adapun alternatif yang digunakan yakni Kopi Janji Jiwa, Point Coffee, Kopi Kenangan, Beli Kopi, dan Fore Coffee. Kriteria tersebut diolah dengan metode Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sudut pandang konsumen, urutan faktor-faktor yang paling diperhatikan dalam menentukan kedai kopi terbaik adalah kualitas pelayanan (47.5%), kualitas produk (18.1%), harga produk (13.8%), store atmosphere (11.3%), banyak cabang (8.7%), dan social media marketing (0.6%). Dengan bobot tersebut, perangkingan lima kedai kopi yang terdapat pada alternatif menunjukkan bahwa Fore Coffee merupakan kedai kopi terbaik dengan bobot akhir sebesar 0.793. Di posisi selanjutnya terdapat Kopi Kenangan (0.598), Point Coffee (0.528), Kopi Janji Jiwa (0.195), serta Beli Kopi (0.138).

Abstract

Pneumonia merupakan suatu bentuk infeksi pernapasan akut yang menyerang saluran pernapasan manusia. Penyebab paling umum pneumonia adalah bakteri Streptococcus pneumoniae. Pencegahan penyebaran pneumonia dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian vaksin dan atau karantina bagi individu terinfeksi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi model penyebaran pneumonia dengan adanya vaksinasi dan karantina dan mencari bilangan reproduksi dasar dari model. Model yang dikonstruksi memuat enam subpopulasi yakni rentan (S), tervaksin (V), terpapar (E), terinfeksi (I), dikarantina (Q) dan sembuh (R). Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan adalah studi literatur, menyusun asumsi, mengkonstruksi model dan mencari . Berdasarkan asumsi yang sudah ditentukan diperoleh model matematika penyebaran penyakit pneumonia SVEIQR dengan N adalah total populasi yakni N = S + V + E + I + Q + R. Dari model tersebut, dengan menggunakan Next-Generation Matrix diperoleh bilangan reproduksi dasar .

Abstract

Infrastructure plays an important role in terms of supporting the country’s development because it supports the people’s mobility to get around, thereby pushing economic growth. Bridges are infrastructure capable of controlling traffic flow so bridge maintenance is important to the economy run well. The problem is the current condition, post-pandemic, there has been an increase in mobility in several public spaces, requiring adequate facilities and infrastructure. However, the addition of bridge infrastructure is currently not a top priority because there is a reduction in the amount of the budget. This study aims to determine the priority of bridge repair by weighting criteria using the AHP method and ranking priorities using the TOPSIS method. The criteria used in determining bridge repair priorities are the condition value of the bridge, the degree of saturation value and the condition value of strategic areas. In this study, the respondents were from 10 bridge experts. The results of the AHP analysis show that the value of the condition of the bridge has a weight of 0,572, the value of the degree of saturation has a weight of 0,146 and the value of strategic areas has a weight of 0,282. All of these weights will be used as input in the preference calculation using the TOPSIS method. Based on the calculation results of the TOPSIS method it was concluded that the Kalipucung II Bridge has the highest priority in terms of bridge repair with a preference value of 0,992 while the lowest priority belongs to Koang Baru with a preference value of 0,046. There are two bridges with the same ranking, namely Sukerejo I and II with a preference value of 0,518.
