Abstract

The Department.of.Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) of Medan City is one of the agencies that work in the field of community data. The Department of Population and Civil Registration has developed inthe field of technology, namely the application of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK). ThePopulation Administration Information System (SIAK) is one of the application software that plays an importantrole in population data collection, especially in one of the cities in North Sumatra, namely Medan City. Thisapplication is equipped with procedures and is accompanied by special standards according to the rules of thegovernment of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is entitled "Analysis of the Success of the Application ofPopulation Administration Information Systems". The.purpose.of.this study was to determine the level ofsuccess of the application of the Population Administration Information System in Medan City and to find outwhich variables were very influential in the success of SIAK. In this study, the method used by the researcher is the DeLone and McClean model using the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, UserSatisfaction and Net Benefits. From the results of thestudy, it can be seen that the application of the PopulationAdministration Information System (SIAK) carried out by the Department of Population and Civil Registrationof Medan City is in accordance with applicable rules and policies, butin practice there are still someproblems.[1]

Abstract

To make it easier for children not to be lazy and bored in the learning process especially in learning HumanAnatomy in English, the research will be made interactive and interesting. For this reason, this application wascreated for Human Anatomy learning aids in English using Construct 2. Construct 2 is a 2D game engine forHTML5 developed by Scirra Ltd, a start-up company based in London. This game engine was developed with theconcept of behavior & attachments so that the logic in the game can be built without having to type one line ofcoding, just drag and drop it. With the rapid development of technology today, educational games can not onlybe enjoyed through PCs, but can also be enjoyed through Android. Media game learning will help children makeit easier to recognize and memorize human anatomy in English. Children will be easier to remember thematerial delivered by the game because it is presented in a pleasant appearance.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time is very high where what we can see and take advantage of is growingrapidly along with the times to meet human needs. One of them is the increasing need for safe and comfortablehome technology. The application of technology in the house can be found in the smarthome concept.Smarthome is a home concept that uses a variety of IoT devices available for use at home to make it smart. Suchdevices include motion detectors, lawn sprinklers, smart doors, and many other IoT devices. Nowadays,simulation has become important in many ways, especially in various studies and studies carried out using thesimulation method as a way to solve problems. Cisco Packet Tracer 7.3 is an application that can help insimulating IoT devices. The results obtained from the smarthome simulation are the concept of house doorsecurity, air conditioning control and automatic fire extinguishing which can run well but the heating elementfor the increase in room temperature is slow.

Abstract

PT. Bejo Agro Lestari is a commodity trading business that was founded in early 2019 and operates in the city of Medan. Initially, trade was still limited to coffee commodities, with the terms green beans and roasted coffee, where sales of coffee commodities were B2C or Business to Customer. The problem with the current company is that the use of system still uses conventional methods in making sales to sales. This is less effective because sales are still door to door and use instant messages via WhatsApp, Gmail or consumers come directly to the place of business. How to sell products that are still conventional, it is impossible to increase sales significantly, so from this problem the authors get a solution to solve it, namely by building a PWA-based E-Commerce system on B2C or Business to Customer products with the SDLC Waterfall method, which is expected to provide information commodity products such as green beans and roast beans, which are useful for helping customers find detailed product information such as price and quality, and can easily update coffee product data in real-time using the REST API web service. The application of PWA-based ecommerce is expected to help increase the company’s coffee product sales.

Abstract

The development of information technology that encourages each individual to think creatively and innovatively to keep up with the times. Thus in the field of sales of followers, currently sales followers are in great demand by the public. This process of adding followers aims to increase brand awareness and trust in what products they sell on their social accounts. Customer convenience can increase satisfaction in purchasing. This is an opportunity for the author to build and design an online web-based follower sales application that is able to simplify the ordering process without waiting long for the order. This application makes it easier for customers to make the ordering process without coordinating with the admin first, so research is carried out that aims to find out how to design and implement a web-based sales information system. The method used is SDLC Waterfall model which consists of requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, implementation and maintenance. The result of this research is that the existence of a web-based sales information system can make marketing more focused without having to compete with competitors on one platform and is expected to increase sales.

Abstract

Cybercrime is carried out to obtain information, where the information obtained is used as a source of data in carrying out an attack. Attacks generally lead to various scopes ranging from physical servers to virtual servers. This research was conducted by the author to be able to carry out the implementation process based on qualitative development of existing technology, namely the design of a virtual server system using Dionaea honeypot and PPTP tunneling in carrying out a form of security for data communication that can cover vulnerabilities to a device on a virtual server. The results of the research that the author conducted showed that there was a difference in each attack test. When an attack attempt is carried out into each port that is not configured on the main service on the virtual server, the results of the attack are that it can detect intruders and vice versa

Abstract

The design of interactive games using the Android-based linear sequential method was aimed at students in grades 1 to 4 basic school. This game designing purposes to know various kinds of rare and unique animals that do not exist in their surroundings through quiz games, even in the garden, even the closest animal does not have a complete and unique animal. The designing of this interactive game is made by using 4 softwares, namely CorelDraw X4 software used to design gate, Adobe Photoshop to tidy up and change the .JPG format to .PNG, Construct 2 as the main software in design this game and the last one is Adobe PhoneGap Build which is a software online which functions to build files into .APK form so that this game can be played on android users. The process of design this game requires an idea and a sequence. The result of this game provide a new knowledge in order to add insight into various kinds of rare and unique animals that do not exist in the surrounding environment through a game where childern learn while playing.

Abstract

Objects can be interpreted as all inanimate and living things that have various shapes and sizes. For humans to determine the presence of objects, to classify and estimate the distance of objects around them is not difficult. But for a computer to do the work mentioned above with an accuracy level that reaches up to greater than 90% is not easy. Object detection is important in the field of computer vision because it is used to monitor and track objects, while robots that use cameras as sensors are used to avoid obstacles, follow objects, classify and so on. Therefore the purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the CNN method in classifying objects, especially handwriting. The steps used to complete this research were literature study, collecting digital image data, determining training and testing data, designing the CNN program, conducting training and testing. From the results of testing the CNN method that has been carried out, it is known that the level of accuracy in classifying handwritten forms reaches 90%.

Abstract

Network monitoring helps to monitor and understand network problems that are happening so it can be handled as quickly as possible. CACTI is a network monitoring tools that monitors the network status when the network is up and down based on ping method and give a warning if a problem occurs in the network with an email form. However, the email function on CACTI has never been used by the engineer of PT Telkom Akses Medan due to the media coordination and communication that is being used on daily basic is Telegram Messenger. We need to install and analyze CACTI, designing the integration process of Telegram Messenger and handling fo notify network problems based on the operational area, to implement it with PHP and MySQL programs language by testing it with an exist device network. This final project create a CACTI function that able to notify a network problem through a notification from Telegram Messenger about the problem that occurs on the network with a dominance to deliver automatically and choosing each of the dynamic operational area.

Abstract

Marketing is the spearhead in a company, whether it is engaged in services or products. One of the most important assets owned by a company in its efforts to maintain its viability,developing, the ability to compete and earn a profit. Therefore, marketing must minimize the possibility of offering products to targets that are not potential. Application of the decision support system for determining the target market by using the Sugeno fuzzy method aims to minimize potential targets. Based on the tests carried out, it can be seen that the representation of the membership function of the shoulder curve and triangle curve can produce the expected decisions. This application is built by using the C # programming language which is implemented by Visual Studio 2010 ands designed by unity 3D software.
