Abstract

Direct cash assistance is cash assistance to poor families in KarangAnyar village, AekKuo sub-district. The government has carried out various ways to reduce poverty in addition to providing direct cash assistance. It can be seen considering the root of the problem, namely that almost all people do not have accurate data information about the condition of the problem and the potential data they have, therefore the government distributes cash direct assistance budgets. Where there are still distributions that are not right on target, as planned by the government. The programming system that will be used is Python by performing calculations using the Preceptron Multilayer algorithm artificial neural network method. Where there are already predetermined variables such as: salary income, status, and condition of the house, it will produce an output that predicts the receipt of direct cash assistance. This research is expected to be able to analyze the results of the population in KarangAnyar village, AekKuo sub-district, the problems that are in KarangAnyar village, AekKuo sub-district, so that the distribution of direct cash assistance remains the target

Abstract

In the current era of the covid-19 pandemic, for employee attendance attendance is still using the attendance system with a finger print and in my opinion it is very dangerous in employee attendance at this time during the covid-19 pandemic, because the hands of employees who have been absent are left behind in the attendance machine and I think it can spread covid-19 to other employees who want to be absent, so that the use of a distributed system application on the mobile-based attendance information system at bpdashl wampu sei snake has a good impact on users, where users can avoid the spread of covid-19 with services digital attendance provided by the application that was built so that employees no longer have to queue at the attendance machine and avoid touching the attendance machine. To build a distributed system application on a mobile-based attendance information system at the office of bpdashl wampu sei snake using Adroid Studio. Therefore, the author raised the title of a distributed system application application on a mobile-based attendance information system at the BPDASHL Wampu Sei Snake office, so that the prevention of employee attendance is not contagious because there is no physical contact by reducing touch. With the design of a distributed system application on this mobile-based attendance information system, it is hoped that it can trigger other developers to innovate more in designing the next system

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of steganography image quality testing with the PSNR and MSE parameter approaches. The purpose of this study is to insert messages into the cover image and extract messages from within the stego image, to determine the resilience of the results of inserting messages into the image using the PSNR and MSE approaches, and to design a steganography application and to test the durability of the stego image quality. in this study to analyze the quality of steganographic image testing using the LSB (least significant bit) method. LSB method has several criteria, namely recovery, videlity and robustness. the test results are strengthened by looking at the MSE (mean square error) and PSNR (peak signal to noise ratio) values. PSNR has a standard value for each cover image that is inserted a message, which is >30db (decibels), while the smaller the MSE, the better. the results of the study indicate that the steganography test criteria for the recovery criteria have been met, the videlity criteria have been met because the MSE value produced is quite small while the PSNR value is large and has met the threshold of >30 db, while testing the steganography criteria on the robustness criteria which is done by changing the contrast value of the stego image, performing image operations and image crop operations is not successful because the message content is damaged.

Abstract

Water management in fish farming ponds during the rainy season is very troublesome for cultivators,This is due to rainwater that enters continuously which can cause damage to grass and objects around the pond and can also cause fish to be dragged by the current and stranded out of the aquaculture pond.From the description of the problem, the authors conducted research by designing a system for draining and filling fish farming ponds that work automatically based on rainwater detection.The way this device works is that when the rain sensor detects raindrops, the tool will translate the rainy weather so that the tool will activate the drain pump.When the water level reaches the upper water level sensor, the device instructs the drain pump to drain the water in the aquaculture pond, the drain pump will stop when the level reaches the lower water level sensor. Furthermore, the tool will instruct the filling pump to fill water into the pool and the filling pump will stop when the water level reaches the normal water level sensor. By implementing this system, fish farming farmers can be helped to drain water from aquaculture ponds when heavy rains occur.

Abstract

Advances in information technology to support all needs and demand for information for companies through the creation of news presentation media on the development of personal computer network technology is getting higher, the need for using internet-based information makes data security vulnerable to become an important issue, to simulate computer networks requires a software called Cisco Packet Tracer. This application is used to simulate a MAN network. To connect the MAN network requires a routing. EIGRP routing is one of the most frequently used interior routing for wide coverage. MAN network works to connect different networks from a set of LAN networks. The simulation must have security to protect the server. Network address translation (NAT) is one of the methods used as IP translation to get into different networks. Based on the results of the Static NAT IPv4 IPv6 simulation trials that have been carried out, the results of traffic security on the network are obtained so that there is no IP buildup that will hinder the communication path on the server, with a Static time delay of 0.782 sec

Abstract

News or news about the weather becomes a common necessity at this time, because many activities depend on weather conditions. Weather news that is commonly used daily is temperature, humidity, and rainfall. In this weather monitoring process utilizing IoT as a concept whose purpose is to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity, and also users can build their own information network including building their own weather monitoring system that can be used in the desired local area, which is used to observe weather conditions in residential or local areas, Because there is often a difference in weather between one area and another.From these problems came the idea to create a tool "Design Miniature Weather Stations For Monitoring Rainfall, Temperature and Humidity of Local Area Air Using IoT (Internet of Things)" based. This tool utilizes sensors that can detect precipitation, sensors that can detect temperature and humidity and components that can monitor the weather when we are anywhere far away and anytime. In this study the system used arduino uno microcontroller that serves as a device that activates all components, such as hall effect sensor, DHT22 sensor, RTC DS3231, Wemos D1 Mini ESP8266, LCD, I2C, DC Converter LM2596, where this device can connect microcontroller devices such as Arduino Uno with the internet via WiFi hotspots.

Abstract

Character recognition (Optical Character Recognition) is pattern recognition. One method of pattern recognition that is widely used is Single Linkage Clustering and Chain Code whose system works like the human brain which can recognize patterns after training on some of the examples given. The final project prioritizes pattern recognition on characters. To get a pattern on each character, some features of the character itself are needed. The features taken on a character include Perimeter, Area, Shape Factor, Roundness for SLC and Chain Map for Chain Code. Feature retrieval using Single Linkage Clustering and Chain Code methods to be able to distinguish the shapes of the segments according to the given parameters.

Abstract

Multilayer Perceptron is an artificial neural network that can be used to predict gold prices. This research will produce a combination of parameters, namely the error threshold, learning rate 1 and learning rate 2 which are used in the training data process, which has quite an effect on the resulting error value. From the results of the combination of parameters and testing with the Multilayer perceptron algorithm shown in Figure 4.2, the smallest error value at layer 3 is 54262,375, which is obtained from the learning rate 1 parameter is 0.5, learning rate 2 is 1, learning rate 3 is 1.5. while the largest error value is 46023.9375. The results of the Multilayer Perceptron algorithm in forecasting gold prices can run well, which shows that the model from the implemented training and testing data can predict gold prices.

Abstract

Sending a message, data and information are very important and requires a high level of security. Developing of information technology is so rapid where everyone will find it is easy to get a message, data and information, especially video. Video is one of the multimedia content often uses. Maintaining the confidentiality of the video is important so that unauthorized people cannot see the message contained in the video. One of the methods used to secure video is using the triple des and blowfish algorithms, both of these algorithms are cryptographic methods that use the concept of block cipher and symmetric cryptography. These two algorithms are used as a reference in making encryption and decryption software for video files and analyzing the performance of existing security systems, and implementing them by testing and measuring the system, in terms of processing time for video files encryption and decryption. The application designed by using Visual Basic 2010 which is a programming language based on OOP (Object Oriented Programming) that utilizes .NET technology which is used to create applications in a Windows-based work environment. This application is expected to be able to accept the implementation of triple des and blowfish cryptography in securing multimedia video files properly and carry out the encryption and decryption process according to the algorithm

Abstract

Currently Indonesia is officially divided into 34 provinces and each province has a capital city. Some children, especially elementary school level, still find it difficult to recognize the names of the capitals in each province in Indonesia. One of the reasons is because during the learning process at school, children still use books and teacher guidance so that it does not attract the attention of children to learn to recognize the names of capital cities in Indonesia. With interactive multimedia, children no longer feel bored in learning to recognize the names of capital cities in Indonesia. This research will produce an android-based application in recognizing the names of provincial capital cities in Indonesia. The purpose of this application is to make basic learning about the introduction of provincial capitals interesting and produce interactive media in introducing provincial capitals. This application is built using the C# programming language and Unity 3D software.
