Abstract

In granting credit, banks must pay attention to the principles of sound credit, including the risks that must be faced on loan repayments by customers/debtors. In a credit application, the PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch conducts an analysis first related to the precautionary principle, after the bank believes and trusts the customer's ability to return the borrowed funds then the credit can be disbursed. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch. This study uses the interview method. Interviews were conducted with the Head of Credit, Credit Analysis, Customer Service, and Customers of Bank Sumut Pematangsiantar Branch. Data collection techniques were obtained by conducting interviews and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the provision of credit is appropriate and in accordance with the existing theoretical studies, and the procedure for granting credit is in accordance with the procedures applied to PT. Abstract

Every individual in work not only wants a salary and achievement, but work is a fulfillment of the need for social interaction. Teachers who have friendly and supportive co-workers will lead them to good work results as well. The success of school communication can be interpreted as the effectiveness of communication between the principal and his subordinates (teachers). The purpose of this study was to determine the communication between the principal and the teacher that occurred at SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbalawan. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with the approach of Miles and Huberman. The result of the analysis is that communication between the principal and the teacher is an action that must be maintained properly in order to improve the quality of the relationship between the principal and the teacher. Broadly speaking, the communication relationship between the two is good and needs to be maintained in order to remain harmonious and create an atmosphere of modesty and peace.

Abstract

Information system based on technology is one of the efforts made by the management to improve company performance. The purpose of this research is to see the role of information systems in the implementation of banking activities. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. The collected data will be tested for the validity and validity of the data first. The analytical technique used is a qualitative analysis technique in which the researcher acts as an analytical tool. In this case the researcher collects as much data as possible found in the field and then analyzes the data. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that banking companies that have adopted technology in their operational activities will have a positive impact, namely increasing company performance. The company's performance can be seen from the increase in profits, increase in customers, as well as increased public confidence in the banking product.

Abstract

Abstract The main role of the system in a company is to help provide clear and orderly procedures for carrying out company operations. The system is needed as a means of monitoring and controlling the course of the company's operational activities in determining every decision. One of the most important management activities in the company is payroll activity. Data collection techniques are interviews and direct observation to the field. Before conducting the interview, an interview document was prepared in the form of a list of questions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the payroll procedures applied in PKKS. The data analysis technique used is the Miles approach where all data is collected and then analyzed and deleted data that does not affect the research until finally verified and drawing conclusions. The payroll system used by the Marihar Business Unit PPKS is a monthly salary/wages system, namely wages within 30 days because this system is considered more effective than other systems.Payment of salaries/wages to all employees is always on time because payments are made via transfer to a designated bank, namely Bank Negara Indonesia Keywords: Operational activities, Payroll, Procedures

Abstract

This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach conducted at the University of Prima Indonesia. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and teamwork on performance through commitment. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the Random Sampling technique. The population that became the object of research was 182 UNPRI employees with a sample of 85 employees. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis. Based on the results of the study with a significant level of 5%, the conclusions were: (1) Motivation had a direct positive effect on employee commitment of 0.776 (2) Teamwork had a direct positive effect on employee commitment of 0.145. (3) Motivation has a direct positive effect on performance of 0.366. (4) Teamwork has a direct positive effect on performance of 0.339. (5) Commitment has a direct positive effect on employee performance of 0.592. (6) Motivation through commitment has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.326. Abstract

Non-bank financial institutions such as leasing need to provide the best service to consumers. In the midst of high competition between financial institutions and banks, PT Bussan Auto Finance Pematangsiantar must understand the competitive strategy by using a customer service strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of SERVQUAL on consumer satisfaction at PT Auto Finance Pematangsiantar. The sample used in this study was 98 people with a non-probability sampling technique with the slovin model. The primary data collected was then processed using SPSS software. The data were tested with validity, reliability and normality tests. Then a hypothesis test was conducted to determine whether there was a significant effect and a determinant coefficient test was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence between variables. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between service quality and customer satisfaction of 76.5% while the remaining 23.5% was influenced by other variables. To develop this research, other variables such as marketing mix and customer relationship management can be used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth communication and service quality on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 348 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Word of mouth communication has five statement indicators by producing a reliability test value of 73%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. The results obtained that partially word of mouth communication has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a tcount value of 11,546 > a ttable value of 1,967 or a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05). The quality of service has five indicators of statements by producing a reliability test value of 77%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. The results showed that partially service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the tcount value of 12,850 > ttable value of 1,967 or a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05). Purchasing decisions have five statement indicators by producing a reliability test value of 72.1%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. Simultaneously word of mouth communication and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the Fcount value of 377,114 > Ftable value of 3,022 or a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05).

Abstract

Tithe age of time, there is a global change in either the macro or micro order systems that encompass various sectors including business. Environmental uncertainty resulting from changes and era demands leads to complex problems that call for companies to make decisions quickly but in order to tackle them correctly in order to keep the business going. So a company leader would be required to have the ability to make a decision and select the correct decision techniques in the wheel of an organization or company. One well-known model or decision-making technique is the structured or programmed decision-making technique. Structured or programmable decisions are repeated decisions that result in repeated and routine decisions because they are often found in similar situations. While this is a regular or recurring decision, companies must certainly look at and assess just how effective these structured decision making techniques can be. Therefore, researchers are conducting this study using a literature study method in order to see how effective structural decision making techniques can be used

Abstract

The era of globalization along with the COVID-19 pandemic brings more challenges for companies to survive in facing their competition. Competitive advantage is the main capital that must be owned by the company that is facing its competition. In an effort to create a competitive advantage, leaders always strive to take the company through the right steps, one of which can be through decision-making in the form of strategic alliances. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific insights regarding the effectiveness of strategic alliance decision-making in creating a competitive advantage for the company. the method used in this study is using qualitative research methods in the form of literature study. The results of this study indicate that strategic alliance decision-making is a form of strategy that is able to create a competitive advantage for the company.
