Jurnal Manajemen contains research papers in the field of management science. This academic journal is published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, Jakarta. First published in 2007 with the periods of publications 2 times a year, namely in May and November. The focus of this journal is the publication of research output in the fields of financial management, marketing management, human resource management, and operation management. However, the scope is not limited to these fields. Research from other fields relevant to management science can be published in this journal.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement and commitment to the performance of generation y employees at BRI Bank in Wonosobo Regency. The population in this study were employees of Bank BRI Wonosobo which were categorized as Generation Y (ages 18-38 years). The method applied in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the test and data analysis, employee engagement and employee commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to provide input for BRI Bank in Wonosobo Regency.

The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.

This study aims to test whether there is influence of psychological contract and work engagement to job satisfaction. The sample of this research is 53 employees of Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. with non-probability sampling method and incidental sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis is used as a technique to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the psychological contract on job satisfaction, the positive and significant influence between work engagement to job satisfaction and positive influence and significant correlation between psychological contract and work engagement simultaneously on job satisfaction.

This research aims to confirm the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at Lotteria restaurant. In collecting data, the authors distributed 140 questionnaires to respondents whom are Lotteria restaurant visitors using convenience sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis and bootstrapping tests. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a direct influence on loyalty and service quality can have an indirect effect mediated by customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects ofIndonesian Rupiah exchange rate, world oil prices, and world gold priceson IDX Composite in 2016. This research utilizedGeneralized Auto-Regressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) method on 234 daily observations throughout the whole year. This study results demonstrated that the Indonesian Rupiah exchange rate has a significant and negative impact, while the world gold and oil prices have a significant and positive impact on the IDX Composite in 2016. In addition to these results, the discovery and usage of GARCH method as the optimum econometric model found the variance of residuals of IDX Composite in 2016, which is also affected by the previous day residuals, but it is not affected by the variance of previous days residuals.

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect meaning of work on intention turnover can be mediated job satisfaction at the administrative staff of the PTS A Jakarta. Sampling method used is random sampling by using a sample of 80 employees of the PTS A, Jakarta. Methods Data analysis used in this study is path analysis with macro software and SPSS 22 for windows Preacher-Hayes 2013 Moderate Mediation Model. The result of this research shows that the meaning of work can decrease the intention turnover through job satisfaction at the administrative staff at PTS A Jakarta. Significant work meanings increase job satisfaction. Significant job satisfaction towards turnover intention.

This research was conducted in order to determine whether the effect of commitmen career and career motivation towards Subjective career success of employees Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. Sampling method used is convenience sampling. This study took a sample of 60 employees of the State Savings Bank Tbk. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of data processing using SPSS 22. The research found that career commitment and career motivation have significant effect on subjective career success.

This study aims to determine the condition of the Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention on employees of PT IDX. The population in this study were employees of PT IDX totaling 108 employees. Data retrieval is done by using questionnaire. Data is processed using SPSS ver. 25 for Window and Hayes Macro Process. The results of the study show that: First, the Compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. Second, the Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Commitment. Third, the Organization Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Fourth, the Organizational Commitment mediates the relationship between the Compensation to Turnover Intention.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job demands, job satisfaction, and job stress on intention to leave work (turnover intention). This study also intends to study the role of job satisfaction and job stress variables in mediating the relationship between job demands and turnover intention. Respondents of this study consist of 50 senior- and junior auditors who are working at the Public Accounting Firms (KAP) and have a maximum of 5-year working experience. The data was solicited through a research questionnaire written in Google forms, where link to the questionnaire was distributed to the respondents by email and WhatsApp. Path analysis is used in analyzing the data following the single-step multiple-mediator model which was introduced by Preacher & Hayes, while data processing is performed using SPSS 21. The results found a significant positive effect of job demands on turnover intention mediated by work stress. Nevertheless, as job demands did not directly affect turnover intention, the relationship between the two occurred only through work stress. These findings indicate that the high job demands faced by auditors working at the KAP will increase work stress. Furthermore, the high level of work stress will increase their desire to leave work (or to increase turnover intention).

This study aims to proves the relationship between independence, competence, individual external auditor's responsibility as antecedent variable with financial fraud audit quality, where as the number of cases of financial scandals by manipulating financial data that occurs in large companies and involve public accountants to make public accountants must pay attention to audit quality.This research use causality research method with causal relationship between independent variable with dependent variable. The data used are primary data obtained using questionnaires distributed to Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in North Jakarta and Central Jakarta. The population in this study are all auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm (KAP) of North Jakarta and Central Jakarta with Sample Random Sampling technique which produces 46 respondents from 8 KAP in 2018. Data analysis using SPSS 21. Based on the results of research, for the first equation of independence and competence variables have a significant positive effect on individual external auditor's responsibility variable. For the second equation for independence variable have significant positive effect to financial fraud audit quality variable whereas for competence variable and individual responsibility of external auditor does not have significant effect to fraud audit quality variable.
