Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the factors that cause commercial sexual exploitation of children in the city of Kendari, to identify the role of social services in supporting victims of commercial sexual exploitation of children in the city of Kendari, and to identify barriers in supporting victims to carry out sexual investigations. commercial exploitation. sexual exploitation of children in the city of Kendari. This research is research that uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were interview observation and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the social service in assisting victims of child sexual exploitation by carrying out services, empowerment and coaching to victims to carry out handling and planning service policies as well as increasing self-confidence to victims and providing protection and guarantees to victims. And the obstacles of the Social Service in providing assistance or services are the lack of human resources, do not yet have a Women's Social Service Center, and the victim does not want to be open or still does not want to provide information that occurs

Abstract

This research aims to determine the empowerment of Students with Special Needs in this macrame program activity. This type of research uses qualitative data methods. Determining the informants in this research used the Purposive Sampling method so that the informants were the Principal of the Kusuma Bangsa Special School, the homeroom teacher for Students with Special Needs, and Students with Special Needs. The data sources used in this research are Primary and Secondary Data. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The research results show that 1) The Empowerment Process for the Makrame Skills Program for Students with Special Needs at the Kusuma Bangsa Special School has three processes, namely the awareness process, the capacity building process, and the empowerment process. 2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the Empowerment of the Makrame Skills Program for Students with Special Needs at the Kusuma Bangsa Special School. The supporting factors are motivation and government policy. The inhibiting factors are the budget, facilities and infrastructure of Special Schools, and lack of motivation to learn.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab Siswa Bermasalah di Sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara dan untuk mengetahui Bentuk Intervensi Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam menangani Siswa Bermasalah di SMA Negeri 2 Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan informan 21 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor penyebab siswa bermaslah di sekolah adalah di sebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu faktor yang berkaitan dengan pribadi, dalam faktor yang berkaitan dengan pribadi ada beberapa jenis diantaranya:(1) sifat malas yang dimiliki oleh Siswa (2) sifat marah dan (3) kesengajaan dari tindakan yang dilakukan. Faktor eksternal yaitu (1) faktor yang berkaitan dengan keluarga (2) faktor yang berkaitan dengan sekolah dan (3) faktor yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan sosial. Bentuk intervensi guru bimbingan konseling dalam menangani siswa yang bermasalah yaitu (1) konseling individu (2) konseling kelompok. (3) Bimbingan kelompok (4) konsultasi dan (5) Keberfungsian Sosial Siswa. Dalam konseling individu yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK yaitu Guru BK melakukan wawancara dengan siswa bermasalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan di sekolah dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa yang bermasalah. Untuk konseling kelompok yaitu Guru BK mengumpulkan siswa yang bermasalah kemudian di berikan pengarahan dan sangsi dari masalah yang dilakukannya. Bimbingan kelompok dengan menghadirkan orang tua siswa di sekolah kemudia di berikan pengarahan kepada siswa yang bermasalah secara berkelompok baik dari kepala sekolah, wsli kelas, guru bimbingan dan konseling dan orang tua siswa. Konsultasi yang dilakukan dengan cara memberitahu terlebih dahulu kepada siswa terkait aturan tata tertib sekolah agar mereka tidak melakukan pelanggara di sekolah. Dan Keberfungsian Sosial Siswa melihat bagaimana siswa yang telah di berikan konseling apakah sudah menjalankan fungsinya sebagai seorang siswa sesuai dengan statusnya seorang siswa atau belum dan melihat bagaimana perubahan siswa yang bermasalah setelah di konseling.
