Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade XI students on Function Derivative materials using the Discovery Learning method. This research is a classroom action study with the research subjects of class XI students. The data collection techniques used in this study are observations, questionnaires, and tests. The data obtained is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results of observations made in cycles I and II seemed to have no effect, then based on the results of positive student response questionnaires then based on test results also increased, namely in cycle I classically by 62% with an average of 65, 91 and cycle II classically 88% with an average score of 72,45

Abstract

This article which aimed to find out any strategy used by BAZNAS in Banyumas Distric to gain zakat fund, and also analyze the threat during implement the fund raising strategies. The result of this study shows that BAZNAS of Banyumas Distric use direct and indirect method to raise zakat fund. The direct method of zakat fundraising in this study is by directly pick up the zakat fund from Muzakki, and enable the payment through QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard). Then, indirect methode used by BAZNAS to gain zakat fund is by improving branding image of BAZNAS through direct promotions, events and scholarship to improve the Banyumas peoples’ awareness of the importance of paying Zakat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Kabupaten Banyumas dalam memperoleh dana zakat, serta mengetahui apa saja tantangan, dan hambatan selama pelaksanaan fundrising. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dalam memperoleh dana zakat dari Muzakki, BAZNAS Kabupaten Banyumas menggunakan metode direct and indirect fundraising. Metode direct antara lain: jemput zakat dan pembayaran dengan QRIS. Adapun metode indirect antara lain: membuat branding kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat pada umumnya dan warga Kabupaten Banyumas secara khusus untuk membayar zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the efforts of legendary culinary entrepreneurs in Jakarta to maintain for decades. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Researchers use an approach that is based on grounded theory. Research resource persons were taken based on purposive sampling method. The collection technique used by the researcher is observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is Nvivo12. Based on the results of qualitative research using a grounded theory approach, regarding the efforts of legendary culinary entrepreneurs in Jakarta to maintain family culinary businesses for decades, several conclusions can be drawn regarding the efforts of the next generation of entrepreneurs, including (1) Innovating culinary products and marketing innovations by collaborating with online applications, Gofood, Tokopedia, and Facebook. One of the marketing strategies used in an effort to maintain a culinary business is using social media. (2) One of the efforts to maintain a family culinary business is to maintain quality. This effort can maintain family businesses, especially those that do not change the taste of the previous generation and continue to provide good service to consumers. (3) Further efforts to encourage legendary culinary businesses to last for decades because of the trust from their parents. This effort is not only a desire for business profits but also a pride from the next generation in introducing to millennials that many legendary culinary delights are still surviving in running their business for decades.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of skills and non-physical work environments on the employee performance of UD. Surya Abadi Furniture. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method used is to disseminate questionnaires and interviews analyzed with IBM SPSS Software version 25.0. The population used in this study were employees working at UD. Surya Abadi Furnitue with a total of 80. The sample in this study amounted to 73 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, with a simple random sampling method.The results showed that skills have a significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environments have a significant effect on employee performance, and non-physical work skills and environments simultaneously effect employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of employee competence, knowledge sharing, work loyalty in improving employee performance (Study on employees at PT. Pos Indonesia, Sragen). The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Sragen Regency both at the branch and at the center. The sample in this study were 71 respondents. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 software.This research method is a quantitative research method. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results showed that: (1) employee competence had no effect on employee performance. (2) knowledge sharing has an effect on employee performance (3) work loyalty has an effect on employee performance.The findings of this study indicate that knowledge sharing and work loyalty can improve employee performance. However, employee competence cannot improve employee performance. So the company should seek programs that can improve employee performance, especially by providing counseling, training, mentoring and supervision to improve their competence and will further improve the performance of employees.
