Abstract

This study discusses the Analysis of Patterns of Distribution of Zakat Fitrah in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in 2020. This research was conducted because the distribution of zakat fitrah in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency is still given to those who are not entitled to receive it. Therefore, the author wants to examine how to analyze the pattern of distribution of zakat fitrah in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. The formulation of the problem is a) How are the efforts made by the people of Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in the implementation of zakat fitrah? b) How is the analysis of the distribution pattern of zakat fitrah in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in 2020? This study aims to a) To explain the causes of zakat fitrah must be managed properly. b) To analyze the distribution pattern of zakat fitrah in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in 2020. This study uses qualitative research with field research, where the author goes directly to the community, both muzakki, amil, and mustahik in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency. The approach used is a case study approach. Then check the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of zakat fitrah collection in Pageraji Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency in 2020 is divided into 4 ways, namely through mosques, through Koran teachers, through RT and distributed directly to relatives, relatives, relatives or neighbors. Zakat fitrah collected is distributed or distributed to people who are entitled to receive or group 8 asnaf using consumptive patterns or temporary assistance. This is also done by muzakki who distribute their zakat fitrah directly to mustahik. However, in the implementation of the distribution of zakat fitrah, there are still mustahik who are not entitled to receive it, namely rich widows or widowers.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country where most of yhe population is Muslim, where the potential for zakat funds is quite large so that it can be used as an alternative in minimizing existing poverty. With the obligtion of zakat, if can be used as a bridge to even out commonuty‟s economy, so that the gap between the rich and the poor will be reduced. We can pay zakat institutions, one of which is LAZIS Muhammadiyah, Purbalingga Regency. This institution itself was founded in 2002. During the course of the establishment of LAZIS Muhammadiyah, not only consumptive zakat funds were distributed to 8 groups of zakat recipients. However LAZISMU, Purbalingga also distributes and utiliez produvtive zakat for MSMEs who are joined with them form f Business Development Service through mentoring programs. Thus, this study aims to find out in more detail related to an assistance which will later be described in the formulation og the problem that the author has determined. The type of research in this research is field research. This research was conducted at LAZISMU, Purbalingga Regency with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Which descriptive it self describing and explaining the Business Development Service Through LAZIS Partenrship with Higher Education in Assisting MSMEs in Purbalingga Regency, this research was taken with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The speakers are from the LAZIS, universitas, counterparts, and MSME actors. The results of research in the field related to Business Development Service through LAZIS Partenrship with Universities in Monitoring MSMEs in Purblingga Regency are as follows : (1)The effectiveness of the implementation of the Business Development Service. (2) Evaluation of the Business Development Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the effect of servant leadership on employee performance through burnout on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Surabaya Karimunjawa. Respondents to this study are as many as 34 enployee participated through a purposive non-probality sampling technique. Statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Servant leadership has a negative and significant effect on burnout and burnout had no significant effect on employee performance. Results also indicate thar burnout does not mediate the effect servant leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of work-life balance on work performance mediated by psychological contract breach. This survey is a quantitive approach to 50 employees. Respondents to this survey are as many as 46 employees. The analysis used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) method on Partical Least Square (PLS) supported by smartPLS (v.3.3.7) software. The Likert Scale is used as a measurement scale. The results of the survey show that work-life balance has a significant and positive impact on work performance. In addition, psychological contract breach has an unsignificant impact on work performance, work-life balance has a significant and negative impact on psychological contract breach and psychological contract breach does not mediate a relationship among work-life balance to work performance. USP Minatani Brondong must pay attention to work-life balance and what has been promised to the workers to produce good performance for the company.

Abstract

This research is a field research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which in this study describes the effectiveness of the distribution of zakat infaq and alms funds to increase the level of mustahik educators through the achievement orphan scholarship program at the Mandiri Jombang orphanage. Data obtained by researchers through direct interview observations from informants and documentation. for the data that has been collected then analyzed through 3 stages, namely data redaction, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The distribution of alms infaq funds at the Mandiri orphanage in Jombang Regency in the achievement orphan scholarship program is fairly good because this institution has used the zakat infaq alms funds properly. Namely, by distributing zakat infaq alms funds on the basis of the educational welfare of poor orphans and their distribution has been achieved on the target of distributing zakat infaq and alms funds, it is quite effective in improving the welfare of mustahik through the orphan scholarship program, the achievements of the Independent Orphan Institute, Jombang Regency, which can be seen from the satisfaction parents who feel that their economy has been helped by the help of this program. the second is the number of orphans who have completed their education. The third is that many of them are helped by the additional learning system that is carried out in each of the closest studios, so that orphans and needy people feel helped if there are difficulties regarding learning at school. Lessons in the studio are held four times a week.
