Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of financing the mudharabah contract at PT. Bank Sumut Kcp Syariah Stabat. To find out the review of Fiqh Muamalah on the process of financing the mudharabah contract at PT. Bank Sumut Kcp Syariah Stabat. To find out the products that exist at Bank Sumut Kcp Syariah Stabat which sell mudharabah contracts. This type of qualitative research is used in this study using descriptive analysis methods. Descriptive analysis is used to explore the collected data and describe clearly the problems and research results. Data collection is done through observation, interviews or structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that financing in general is the provision of money or an equivalent claim, based on an agreement or agreement between the bank and another party that requires the party being financed to return the money or bill after a certain period of time with a reward or profit sharing. The principle of mudaraba, the depositor acts as shahibul maal (owner of capital) and the bank as mudharib (manager). The funds are used by the bank to finance murabahah or ijarah as previously described. The bank can also use the funds to carry out mudharabah financing. The results of this business will be divided according to the agreed ratio. In the event that the bank uses it to carry out mudharabah financing, the bank is fully responsible for the losses that occur. The pillars of mudharabah are perfectly fulfilled (there are mudharib, there are owners of funds, there is a business that will be shared, there is a ratio, there is consent and acceptance). This mudharabah principle is applied to time deposit and time deposit products.

Abstract

In terms of development, Islamic banks are currently not behind with progress like conventional banks. Conventional banking that implements the interest system goes hand in hand with Islamic banking that implements a profit-sharing system. The problem faced by Islamic banks is the low level of public knowledge about Islamic banking, especially due to the dominance of conventional banking so that Islamic banking is still considered one eye. The purpose of this study was to find out how the public's understanding of Islamic banking in Baru Hinai Village. This type of research is a field research (Field Research) conducted in the village of Baru Hinai. The nature of this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data sources were obtained directly from the community while the secondary data sources that the researchers used were in the form of documents from the Baru Hinai Village and from various books. To obtain valid data, researchers used data collection methods, namely interviews. After the data was collected, the researchers analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive methods. The results of research in the field show that the understanding of the community about Islamic banks in Baru Hinai Village is that people only know about Islamic banks but do not understand Islamic banks in detail. Only some people understand about Islamic banks and some even don't know anything about Islamic banks. Most people do not know what products and services are in Islamic banks. The lack of understanding from the public is due to the lack of information obtained from Islamic banks and media such as television, print media and social media which causes people not to know what Islamic banks are and what products are available in Islamic banks

Abstract

Facilities and service quality are important things that must be considered by companies engaged in services. The existence of good facilities and service quality in the minds of consumers will create a good image so that consumers become generous with the services provided by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable (a case study in the Constitutional Court Digital Printing). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of 2969 in this study were customers who had used the services of the Constitutional Court Digital Printing. The sample used was 97 respondents and questionnaires as a means of collecting data for respondents. The analytical method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of this study indicate that facilities, and service quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty at MK Digital Printing and the effect is from Variable X1, namely facilities and customer satisfaction which have the effect of increasing the influence of facilities on customer loyalty. Thus, that the result of the satisfaction variable is a moderating variable or can be used as an independent variable as well as a moderator variable.

Abstract

Sharia Bank is a financial institution tasked with collecting funds and distributing funds as well as providing other services based on the principles of partnership, fairness, transparency and universality as well as conducting banking business activities based on sharia principles. The development of Islamic banks is currently quite fast, but lately Islamic bank customers have different perceptions of Islamic banking, where some people hear about news or issues circulating about the perception of public figures who say that Islamic banks still use the principle of usury. which is a benchmark for some people and raises its own doubts about saving in Islamic banks, this is caused by several factors. First, the lack of socialization carried out by Islamic banks. Second, the lack of understanding of public figures regarding the system and objectives of Islamic banking itself. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the perception of community leaders in increasing people's interest in saving? This type of research is a field research (field research), and is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study state that the perception of public figures in increasing public interest in saving in Islamic banks is in the Good category. Good category, customers already understand what Islamic banking is like, customers already know Islamic banks and not a few customers who already understand Islamic banking, and the public confirms that there are issues circulating in the community where public figures still have the assumption that Islamic banks are no different from conventional banks, while the issue of usury on people's interest in saving Islamic banks is in the medium category, meaning that the issue of usury circulating among the public has quite an impact on people's perceptions, therapy does not have much impact on people's interest in saving.

Abstract

The success of a business requires tips to attract consumers. One of them is business ethics, business ethics is an important part that must be owned by a businessman, because ethics is seen as a requirement in making decisions in business matters. Business ethics include fairness in weighing, honestly explaining the condition of the goods, as well as ihsan/being friendly in serving consumers. This study aims to determine 1). How much influence the application of the concept of justice has on consumer buying interest, 2). The influence of the application of the concept of honesty and 3). Great influence on the application of the concept of ihsan. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the method of collecting with questionnaires and observation and data analysis methods, namely classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The result obtained is that the variable of justice has an effect of 2,032, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variable of justice and consumer buying interest. The honesty variable has an effect of -0.513, which means that there is a negative or non-unidirectional relationship between the honesty variable and consumer buying interest. The ihsan/generous variable has an effect of 3.175, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the ihsan/generous variable and consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Village Income Against Village Expenditure Allocation in Muara Kilis Village, Tengah Ilir District, Tebo Regency. This research aims (1). To explain village income and village expenditure in Muara Kilis village in 2020. (2). To explain the Village Expenditure Allocation based on the realization of Village Income in Muara Kilis Village in 2020. The results of this study are: (1) Muara Kilis Village Revenue realized in 2020 consists of 1) State Revenue and Expenditure Budget Allocation (Village Fund) of Rp. 980,390,000. 2) Share of Regional Taxes and Regional Levies for Regency/City, amounting to Rp. 18,245,614. 3) Village Fund Allocation of Rp. 622,447,000. 4) Financial Assistance from the Provincial APBD and Regency/City APBD of Rp. 60,000,000. With a total village income of Rp. 1,681,082,614. Meanwhile, Muara Kilis Village expenditure in 2020 is allocated to five sectors, namely, 1) Village Government Implementation of Rp. 621,492,614, 2) Village Development of Rp. 293.957.300, 3) Village Community Empowerment of Rp. 59,950,700, 4) Community Development of Rp. 39,200,000, and 5) Disaster Management and Emergency Expenditure of Rp. 666,482,000. With a total village income of Rp. 1,681,082,614. (2) In Muara Kilis Village, with a total income of Rp. 1,681,082,614 has not been able to realize income from 3 other sources of income, namely from Village Original Income, Grants from third parties, and other legitimate income. As can be seen in the data above, which shows that the income from the three sources is 0% or Rp. 0 rupees. Meanwhile, Muara Kilis Village Expenditures are by Government Regulation Number 47 of 2015, which must be used with the following provisions: At least 70% (70% or more) of the village's total spending budget will be used to fund the village administration. Implementation of village development, village community development, and strengthening of rural communities (4 regions). Up to 30% (?30%) of the village's total budget will be used for the four items. 1) bonds and allowances for village mayors and village officials, 2) village government obligations, 3) allowances and obligations, village advisory boards, and 4) incentives for Rukun's neighbors.

Abstract

Commercially, and fulfills the requirements set by the government. One of the components of the sharia tourism industry in the Mandailing Natal district is the Zam-Zam Syariah Hotel. Hotels that are in accordance with sharia principles are hotels which, in providing lodging, eating and drinking services and other services for the public, are managed and do not conflict with sharia principles. In fact, not all of these efforts have implemented sharia principles as a whole in accordance with the Fatwa of the DSN MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Tourism Based on Sharia Principles. The type of research used is field research (Field Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Inductive analysis technique is to draw things that are specific to things that are general. The results of the study state that, First, the prohibition of checking in for non-Muslims by implementing a screening process for hotel guests, Hotel Zam-Zam Syariah provides adequate facilities, equipment, and facilities in the implementation of worship, Hotel Zam-Zam Syariah does not provide entertainment facilities that leads to disobedience such as cafes, karoeke, swimming pools, and therapeutic facilities and only provides entertainment facilities for children. Hotel Zam-Zam Syariah has implemented and used the Ijarah contract with hotel guests. Second, the Sharia Zam Zam Hotel has not complied with the guidelines for establishing sharia tourism as stated in the Fatwa of the DSN MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Tourism Based on Sharia Principles because it has not met the criteria set by the Indonesian Ulema Council.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of accountability and transparency in the management of village fund allocations in Muara Panco Timur Village, Renah Pembarap District. The approach method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used are primary data obtained by direct interviews and secondary data obtained from related documents. The results of this study indicate that the management of village fund allocations in Muara Panco Timur Overall, starting from accountability and transparency, it is quite good, but still has quite a lot of weaknesses and shortcomings. This is evidenced in the management of village fund allocations, the government has implemented the principle of accountability, namely by involving the community in planning the allocation of village funds (village deliberation), but only until the planning is carried out, the rest is carried out by the village government without involving village officials in managing village funds. then the application of transparency in accordance with the application of the three mechanisms, the application of transparency in the management of village fund allocations in the village of Muara Panco Timur is said to be not good, this is due to the lack of a government that implements the principle of transparency, namely by not fully involving the village community of Muara Panco Timur in managing village funds and lack of transparency in the management of village funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in business performance through the analysis of Net Profit Margin (NPM) in Siti Snack's business. The research method used is a research method with quantitative analysis which tries to show the measurement of financial performance through NPM ratio analysis. The data used are secondary data originating from the financial statements of Siti Snack's business as the research sample for 2019. Based on the results of research and analysis of the financial performance assessment data of the "Siti Snack" NPM business, it can be seen that the values ??produced each year fluctuate, if the value of the performance of this profitability indicator is compared with the average performance of the industry, the performance in 2019 to 2021 is found on average. the average is only 2.03% according to the standards imposed by Bank Indonesia, the financial performance of the institution is below standard. This can be caused by the tight business competition that occurs in the Jepara region, especially the snack food sector, and the Covid-19 virus factor that has hit Jepara for the last 2 years.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the obstaces and the roe (efforts) of the oca government in deveoping the creative economy in the handicraft sector in Batu Bara Regency. The oca government as the panner's roe is to design and form interactions in a process towards the goas to be achieved, one of which is the deveopment of the creative economy in the craft sector, especially in the Coal Songket Weaving craft. Creative Economy (Creative Industry) is a new economic concept that relies on ideas, ideas, or creativity from human resources as the main production factor in economic activity. Songket woven fabric is one of the cultural products of the community and is a superior craft product in Batu Bara Regency. This research method uses a quaitative approach with data collection techniques, namely primary data by interviewing informants consisting of Regiona Apparatus Organizations, Historian, and Coa Songket Weaving Craftsmen. Whieh secondary data is obtained by citing sources from the Qur'an, several government documents, books, journals, other written media and websites. The results of this study indicate that in the context of developing the creative economy in the craft sector in Batu Bara Regency, especially in the Coa Songket Weaving craft, the government is experiencing obstacles, namely because of the high price of songket so that it has an impact on its marketing, there are human resources who are less trained to be more creative and creative. innovative. On the other hand, the local government is directly invoved in the deveopment of handicrafts in Batu Bara Regency. oca governments have roles as facilitators, coordinators, and assist in marketing through promotions.
