Abstract

Commercially, and fulfills the requirements set by the government. One of the components of the sharia tourism industry in the Mandailing Natal district is the Zam-Zam Syariah Hotel. Hotels that are in accordance with sharia principles are hotels which, in providing lodging, eating and drinking services and other services for the public, are managed and do not conflict with sharia principles. In fact, not all of these efforts have implemented sharia principles as a whole in accordance with the Fatwa of the DSN MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Tourism Based on Sharia Principles. The type of research used is field research (Field Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Inductive analysis technique is to draw things that are specific to things that are general. The results of the study state that, First, the prohibition of checking in for non-Muslims by implementing a screening process for hotel guests, Hotel Zam-Zam Syariah provides adequate facilities, equipment, and facilities in the implementation of worship, Hotel Zam-Zam Syariah does not provide entertainment facilities that leads to disobedience such as cafes, karoeke, swimming pools, and therapeutic facilities and only provides entertainment facilities for children. Hotel Zam-Zam Syariah has implemented and used the Ijarah contract with hotel guests. Second, the Sharia Zam Zam Hotel has not complied with the guidelines for establishing sharia tourism as stated in the Fatwa of the DSN MUI No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Tourism Based on Sharia Principles because it has not met the criteria set by the Indonesian Ulema Council.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotions on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam Zami Alget. Promotions have a significant impact on CV drinking water purchasing decisions. Zam-Zami- Alget, through effective promotional strategies, such as advertising, discounts, or loyalty programs, consumers become more aware of products and tend to choose them because of the perceived added value offered. This research was carried out at CV. Zam Zami Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This research method used is quantitative by describing the data using numbers. The sample of this research was 30 people using a quantitative approach. The results of simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 produced the equation Y=17.394+ 0.524. Data analysis using the t test obtained a calculated t result of 3,790 and a t table at the 5% significance level of 1.701, so t calculated > t table and the significance value was 0.001 < 0.05. This shows that there is a promotional influence on the decision to purchase CV drinking water. Zam Zami Alget Alget, East Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

Abstract

The Influence of Marketing Strategy on Consumer Satisfaction at Cafe Saba, Hutarimbaru Village, Panyabungan Selatan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Saba, Hutarimbaru Village, Panyabungan Selatan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The sample used was 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling method. By using a simple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The resulting coefficient of determination is 0.445, which means that 44.5% of changes in consumer satisfaction variables are explained by changes in marketing strategy variables, while the remaining 55.5% are explained by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This study was conducted on the basis of describing the Role of Cooperatives in Increasing Teachers' Interest in Joining the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative (Case Study of the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative of the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School). This study was conducted from October 2023 to July 2024. The study used a phenomenological approach. The data validation technique was carried out by digging up information from several informants who were directly related to the cooperative. In addition, the researcher also conducted direct observations at the research location to verify the data whether the data obtained from the informants was in line with the reality in the field or not. The results of this study, the author concluded that the cooperative had not been able to carry out its role properly in increasing teachers' interest in joining and actively participating in the Musthafawiyah Employee Cooperative, as can be seen from the cooperative members who left the cooperative, the number of members did not increase every year. This is also referred to by several factors, namely individual factors and environmental factors. To overcome the lack of interest of teachers to join the Musthafawiyah employee cooperative, namely by increasing socialization and communication, strengthening the role of leadership, providing incentives and ease of joining, improving the quality of cooperative services, and creating synergy with related institutions.

Abstract

This research was carried out at UD. Alame Mandailing Rozi Nasution in Kotasiantar, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency with the aim of finding out the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Alame Mandailing Rozi Nasution. To achieve the objectives, research was conducted using a sample of 96 people. The research method uses quantitative by describing data using accidental sampling techniques. The research analysis is an analysis of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests, namely the t test and R square test (with the help of the SPSS Version 21 program). The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Alame Mandailing Rozi Nasution. Indicated by a significant value of t 0.000 which is smaller than sig = 0.005 (0.000 < 0.05) the value of R = 0.791 and R Square = 0.626 means that product quality is able to explain the dependent variable or consumer satisfaction of 0.626 × 100% = 62.6% while Another 35.4% is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a value of tcount > ttable (12.535 > 1.664). And product quality has a strong relationship with consumer satisfaction of 0.791.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much location influences visitors' decisions regarding whether or not to visit the Aek Milas Rania Hot Spring Baths tourist attraction. A quantitative method, accidental sampling testing is used to describe information in the research strategy. 92 individuals comprised the quantitative sample for this study, which was conducted with SPSS version 21. By utilizing the t test to dissect the information, the t count was 17.585 and the t table with an importance level of 5% was 1.665, which shows that the t count was more prominent than the t table. This demonstrates that location influences a person's decision to visit the Aek Milas Rania Hot Spring tourist attraction in the Ulu Barumun District of the Padang Lawas Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price on consumer purchasing decisions at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used was quantitative research and involved a sample of 96 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests. All research tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. Price has a partial positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II, Mandailing Natal Regency, indicated by an R value of 0.940 which is in the correlation interval 0.80 - 1.00 and an R value The square is 0.884 times 100% = 88.4% and the remaining 11.6% is influenced by other variables. In other words, there are still other variables that influence the consumer purchasing decision variable (Y) at Sagalas Coffee Panyabungan II. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, with a partial test value (t) of 26.789 and a ttable value of 1.661. So the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 26.789, greater than 1.661 (26.789 > 1.661), which indicates that the first hypothesis, namely Ha, is accepted while H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are by observation and distributing questionnaires. This research involved a sample of 86 respondents using the Slovin formula. All tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research were that service quality had a partial effect on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The partial test value (t) on the service quality variable (X) was 3.769 with a value ttable is 1.663. So the tcount value is greater than ttable (3.768 > 1.663), then the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y). This shows that the first hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that "the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction" which has also been proven successfully by this research with an R Square value obtained of 0.145 multiplied by 100% to 14.5%. while 85.5% is explained by other variables. Apart from that, the service quality variable has a low relationship with customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, amounting to 0.380.

Abstract

This study examines the business communication strategy used by Warkop Royal and the inhibiting factors of Warkop Royal's business communication strategy. To obtain the results of this study, a qualitative descriptive research method was used, then direct interviews were conducted with various sources needed in this study. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy used by Warkop Royal is to greet consumers with polite language, promote by word of mouth, strategic location, collaboration with local businesses, and maintain the quality of food and beverages. The inhibiting factors of Warkop Royal's business communication strategy are not yet optimal in using social media, lack of training for employees, cultural and language barriers, economic conditions, and tight competition. While the SWOT theory used by Warkop Royal is that they always greet consumers with polite language, Strategy (SO) Using formal but relaxed language. Strategy (WO) Carrying out a more inclusive and adaptive approach. Strategy (ST) Providing polite and friendly language. Strategy (WT) Developing a business approach based on a deep understanding of the local market. When associated with the AIDDA Theory, Warkop Royal's business communication strategy is very promising.

Abstract

The issue of drug abuse and the rise of online gambling have become serious threats that significantly affect the social, economic, and health aspects of society. Huta Lombang Village, located in Puncak Sorik Marapi District, is one of the areas vulnerable to these problems, particularly among the younger generation. This educational program aims to provide awareness to the community regarding the dangers of drugs and online gambling, as well as to instill the importance of early prevention. The methods applied include counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and the use of educational media. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge about the negative impacts of drugs and online gambling, along with the emergence of a shared commitment to create a healthy, productive, and drug-free village environment. Such educational initiatives are expected to serve as strategic measures to protect communities from the growing threats of drugs and online gambling.
