Jurnal Tathwir adalah jurnal ilmiah tentang isu-isu sosial dan perkembangan masyarakat Islam. Jurnal ini pertama kali diterbitkan pada bulan April 2009 oleh Departemen Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam (PMI), Fakultas Dakwah UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Nama Jurnal Tathwir terinspirasi dari semangat perubahan yang merupakan derivasi dari kata “tathwir” (perubahan). Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala setiap bulan April dan Oktober. Jurnal Tathwir memuat artikel-artikel dari hasil penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan kajian ilmu-ilmu sosial keagamaan.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan  ekonomi perempuan melalui koperasi Aisyiyah potensial untuk dikembangkan. Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan melalui koperasi menjadi salah satu alternatif usaha yang dapat dilakukan perempuan untuk berperan aktif mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, banyaknya kredit macet menghambat tumbuh dan berkembangnya koperasi perempuan. Akhirnya uang koperasi yang tersisa hanya disimpan dan tidak dimanfaatkan. Selain itu, keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia yang mampu mengelola koperasi juga faktor penyebab tidak aktifnya koperasi. Pendekatan pemberdayaan dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan dengan  memperkuat pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki masyarakat dalam pemecahan masalah dan memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhannya. Menyikapi hal itu, dilaksanakan pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan melalui koperasi dengan meningkatan pengetahuan dan ketarampilan penengelola koperasi. Pelatihan pengelolaan koperasi menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengelola koperasi yang dibekali dengan tata acara pemilihan pengurus, persyaratan untuk dapat dipilih menjadi pengurus, tugas dan wewenang  pengurus, serta pembukuan praktis. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran anggota dalam berkoperasi  mereka telah memiliki pemahaman tentang kewajban dan haknya sebagai anggota.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the motivation of the Minangkabau Perkampungan Islamic Boarding School in raising the image of the pesantren in this progressive era. This effort has become a pesantren strategy in balancing the busyness of students in the pesantren by developing existing resources. Thus, students are equipped with skills and expertise that are very useful for their future. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the research subject being the Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools and the ranks who have contributed to developing progressive santri resources. The results of this research include: first, Islamic boarding schools instill three pillars of education which include: the application of adab, the application of tahfidz and the application of life skills. Second, Islamic boarding schools develop existing resources so that they educate students in recognizing businesses that have a good impact on the future, especially those that provide results and contribute to living life later.

Abstract

Many guardians don't comprehend the example of nurturing great, so it makes freak conduct from their kids. For instance, the mentality of guardians who are excessively prohibitive of a kid's opportunity without really focusing on the kid to protect himself and communicate his thoughts. This study attempts to look at the perspectives on the books and the information introduced in this study is a subjective examination. The consequences of this study in view of the methodology of parental responsiveness and parental demandingness, it tends to be presumed that rancher guardians in Nagari Kuncia utilize tyrant nurturing. Dictator parent-youngster connections will generally be more agreeable, respectful and less forceful, yet they need self-assurance. The nurturing wills for the worker of Allah cherished in the Al-Quran Luqman Al-Hakim are valid monotheism, patient under Allah's watch, maintaining petitions and rebuking great and wickedness, persistence in confronting tests, denial of haughtiness, basic demeanor, don't rebuff kids truly, make an amicable family.

Abstract

Murabahah product KJKS BMT, to assist in empowering small community businesses to provide business capital through the distribution of financing funds. After the financing is disbursed and distributed, problems begin to arise in returning the financing, where many customers are unable to pay off their obligations. In terms of the procedure for implementing the empowerment of murabaha product financing, it has been distributed in accordance with the SOP, there has even been a rescue attempt, but it is still recorded as a failure, due to the many excuses and reasons from customers. According to the data, it is stated that the percentage of non-performing financing continues to grow. This survey uses a qualitative survey method. It is said in the results of the research on empowerment of financing distribution that has been carried out in accordance with the procedure, starting from the submission, analysis with the 5C stage, to the disbursement stage. However, in its implementation there are difficulties, due to the lack of understanding of prospective debtors about the procedures and lack of knowledge of debtors about their obligations to pay their debts. Other causes are the increase in fuel prices, a decrease in operating income, and the incitement from third parties not to have to pay back. Meanwhile, other efforts to save the non-performing financing, namely KJKS BMT have established and carried out several actions and procedures, such as telephone notification, sending the first invoice, direct collection by the manager, foreclosure of collateral. Another solution is to increase supervision over the distribution of financing funds, and add KJKS BMT operational staff who are competent in the field of financing collection.

Abstract

This article wants to examine the actualization of mosque-based empowerment activities as a transformation of the main function of the mosque into a center for community empowerment activities around the mosque. This is due to the lack of function of the mosque optimally by the local community because it is far from the resident environment. In the end, the management carried out a transformation by improving mosque institutions by optimizing the potential possessed by the community through mosque facilities in order to achieve a better life for the community around the mosque. The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection through interview scripts, field notes, and other documentation. This study found that the forms of empowerment activities at the Nurul Hikmah mosque were actualized in the fields of religion, education and community service, economics, health (free treatment for the elderly), environmental conservation (toga gardens) and partnerships.

Abstract

As one of the Five Pillars of Islam, zakat is a religious duty for all Muslims. Zakat is a number of assets owned by Muslims that must be issued when it reaches the nisab. The distribution of zakat must be monitored. supervision of productive zakat by the management of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Padang City in the early days of activities is still often carried out. However, lately, there has been no supervision until now. The purpose of this research is to describe the supervision of productive zakat utilization for mutahiq in Pauh Limaumanis District, Padang City. This research is field research. The method used is a qualitative method. This type of research is descriptive. The findings of this study are that the Padang City Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) supervises the utilization of productive zakat for mustahiq in Pauh Limaumanis District, Padang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research in to outline an Islamic Social Entrepreneurship (ISE) development model in a family business in Ponorogo’s Setono Chicken Satay Village as a study case. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology with a case study approach. The ISE development model means that this family business in the Setono Ponorogo chicken satay village has implemented crucial elements in the ISE that are related to four dimensions, including economic, religious, social, and cultural dimensions. These four dimensions are integrated in terms of meeting material needs for daily life, non-material needs, such as worship and personal social responsibility (PSR), communication and community among neighbours and businessmen and then maintaining ancestral cultural values that have been passed down to them. The originality of this study that the concern on filling the answer about business and Islamic teachings itself. Hence, every business has its own potential and originality, it will build a model of the business
