Abstract

The Education and Training Agency for the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the institutions that requires flexible and distributed learning. In the exam assessment process, the Education and Training Agency of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia collects data on questions given to participants in the form of files. The file is then used by participants to answer questions, then the answer file is sent to the organizers for inspection and assessment. With the implementation of such an exam, various problems arise which result in frequent delays in receiving the exam results report because the organizers experience time and energy constraints in manually correcting participants' answers one by one. Other problems that occur arise from the condition of the answer file which is often lost or deleted due to the error of the participants. Based on the above problems, the Education and Training Agency of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office feels the need to apply information technology. The creation of this web-based online exam system has been implemented since the beginning of 2022 until April 2022. The online exam system has been used in May and has started to be used. To find out whether the quality of the web-based online exam system has met the initial goal to be achieved, namely to facilitate the organizers in carrying out the exam process, assessing training participants' answers and making reports on the results of the assessment, a system evaluation is needed. This study aims to analyze the online exam system used in the Education and Training Agency of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office which is currently being used with the ISO 25010 method of product quality dimensions. The objectives to be achieved with this thesis research are to analyze the quality of the online exam system at the Indonesian Attorney's Education and Training Agency using the ISO 25010 standard, and to provide input and suggestions for improving the online exam system at the R.I Attorney's Education and Training Agency. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out using the ISO 25010 standard method, the quality of the online examination system of the Indonesian Attorney's Education and Training Agency is quite feasible and meets the criteria.

Abstract

The FOUR Scale is an awareness assessment score. Its theoretical benefit over pre-existing scores is the evaluation of brainstem reflexes and breathing patterns which allows a better assessment of patients with severe impairment of consciousness. The article search was carried out using the Four Data Bases. Inclusion criteria were: human, adult, prospective randomized controlled trial; prospective, cohort/control, case series, prospective, and retrospective studies. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied to each article to get the final article for review. Results in the adult population are presented here. Data were reported following the preferred reporting items for integrative review and meta-analysis guidelines. Initial search returned 103 citations. after screening the remaining 65 were for full-text review and 45 were excluded because they were based on review titles and abstracts and did not meet study design and population criteria. Patient categories included traumatic brain injury, intraventricular hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, general neurology/ combined and neurosurgery, general critical illness/medicine, and patients in the emergency department. Until the remaining 20 studied. Twelve studies demonstrated good interobserver reliability of the FOUR Scale. Three studies demonstrated the prognostic value of the FOUR Scale in predicting mortality and functional outcomes. Five studies demonstrated equivalence between the FOUR Scales compared with the Glasgow Coma Score in predicting mortality and functional outcome. The FOUR Scale has been shown to be a good predictor of outcome in many patients with decreased level of consciousness. So this can provide an overview to nurses in assessing a good level of awareness and reliability.

Abstract

Developer policy in this case PT. Metropolitan land, Tbk for the availability of entertainment facilities in the region is the right choice to increase profits in addition to selling home products. This strategy is considered appropriate because of the lack of entertainment in the area around housing which is seen from the rapid population from year to year. Service providers bear a large risk burden at the operational stage, To avoid cost overrun, in the calculation of the operating cost budget it is necessary to include costs due to risks. Risk costs are allocated to the identified risks. This study aims to identify the dominant risk factors that affect operational investment costs from the point of view of other long-running operational management. The research used qualitative methods when conducting studies on previous research which then obtained 48 risk factors that affect investment costs. Validation of the 48 risk factors was carried out by 3 (three) experts and produced 30 risk variables which then became questionnaires that would be distributed to respondents. Quantitative methods are used to assess probability and impact using a rating scale. The probability and impact values are converted into values in the probability-impact matrix, after the risk value is calculated and sorted from the highest value, 4 dominant risk factors are obtained, namely, Leaking on the walls and floor of the pool, Damage to playgrounds, Damaged plumbing systems, and Pumping machines are off or damaged.

Abstract

In the development of the port, there are potentially risk factors that are not identified during its implementation, which can affect work delays and add to unforeseen costs, thus requiring handling in accordance with the classification of risks that occur. The risk is in accordance with the type of activity and the environment of the construction project implemented. The study aims to analyze the influential risk factors during the work carried out, based on the perspective of service providers (consultants and contractors) and owners as well as how to handle risks (mitigation) and the effect of the implementation of the Saumlaki Port Facility Construction work on controlling the timing of work. Identifying risks - risks encountered in the study using the interview method against potential risksthat are likely to occur. The survey results show that there are three risks that have a high risk classification from the perspective of service providers that have the greatest impact on project delays. Theconclusion in the research is the need to apply risk management to the implementation of development to minimize delays and reduce unforeseen costs.

The results of the research can thus be used as evaluation material for schools and be a useful reference for other vocational schools as well. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents of educators in SMK which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (Y) with an influence strength of 0.662, and there was a positive influence between work facilities (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) with an influence strength of 0.592. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the work environment (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) if work facilities (X2) are included as a control variable but the effect is weakened to 0.601. So this study suggests re-evaluating the work facilities provided whether it is necessary to make adjustments or increase the provision of work facilities based on current developments so that their influence is stronger in creating a positive work environment for educators. Abstract

Changing behavior is a complex and major challenge. Thus, identifying effective public health interventions is important to do. This review has the main objective to identify and examine the most effective and appropriate practice to reduce sedentary behavior in the occupational environment. The main hypothesis of this review is “there is a significant reduction and interruption of sitting time among office-based workers after the implementation of the interventions”. Database searching was conducted in PubMed using the following search strategy: ("Sedentary Behavior"[MAJR]) AND ("office" [tiab] OR "workplace" [tiab])) AND ("adults" [tiab] OR "workers") AND ("intervention*" [tiab] or "program"). The search strategy resulted 124 relevant papers published within 2010-2021. Manual scanning and reviewing was done to deem eligibility of the studies as well as to eliminate irrelevant study design and topic. For example, studies which did not carry out public health intervention and studies only exploring the experiences of workers were excluded to the review group. The aim of this literature review is to critically evaluate the implemented public health interventions at reducing sedentary behavior among office-based workers. Overall, the findings from four different studies included in this review showed conflicting outcomes. This may be due to the nature of their approaches used during delivering the interventions (single-component intervention vs. multi-component strategies). howed that this strategy was unsuccessful and was not effective no changes in the primary outcome of the study (sedentary behavior was not reduced and physical activity was not increased). Thus, future intervention implementation will be more appropriate and friendly towards the general population.
