Abstract

This research aims to analyze the rule of law and polemics in Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 on Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in the College Environment. So in this study will examine the first,how is the urgency of the issuance of Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 on Handling Sexual Violence Second,What are the arrangements and polemics in Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021? This research uses normative juridical research methods and is qualitative. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the establishment of regulations on the prevention of handling sexual violence in a college environment is very important given the high number of sexual harassment. Permendikbudristek 30/2021 regulates the prevention of sexual violence from learning, strengthening governance and culture & regulating the handling of sexual violence from mentoring to victim recovery. There are several polemics that arise from this rule. However, existing rejections and polemics tend to be based on a misguided understanding of context as straightened out in this study. It is expected that Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 can be earnestly applied by universities throughout Indonesia and in its implementation needs supervision from the relevant ministries.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the benefits of using the Local Government Information System (SIPD) on financial accountability in the Regional Government of Aertembaga District. The research method used is a qualitative research method with an exploratory approach. Data were obtained through field observations, interviews with key informants and documentation studies. Key informants were interviewed with certain considerations and objectives. Triangulation technique was used to test the validity of the data and data sources. The transcript data described from the interviews were analyzed using analytical methods consisting of giving themes/coding, conceptualizing scientific statements and interpreting them in narrative form. The results showed that the benefits of using SIPD on financial accountability in the Aertembaga District Government made inputting budget plans timely, relevant and easy to do.

Abstract

Increasing global competition is resulting in upheaval in every industrial and trade world, industrial or manufacturing companies demand manufacturers to be more productive and efficient to get good and cheaper products. With the intense competition between industrial companies, the company must be able to implement a good strategy so that it is able to survive the competition that occurs today. Many companies realize that the cost system in their company is inadequate to compete in the current circumstances. One consistent problem is the difference in regulating and controlling production costs. This study aims to determine the comparison of cost of goods sold (HPP) using the method applied by UD Barokah Jaya at this time with the cost of goods produced by the activity-based costing (ABC) method. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the HPP calculation using ABC gave lower results than the traditional method at the UD Barokah Jaya company.

Abstract

International Business is a business whose activities pass the borders of the country. This definition includes not only international trade and overseas manufacturing, but also a thriving service industry in areas such as transportation, tourism, banking, advertising, construction, retail trade, large trade and mass communications. International marketing is different from International Business, International Trade is an inter-state transaction usually done by traditional way that is by way of export and import. With the export and import transactions, there will be a balance of tread, while international marketing which is the state of a company can be involved in a business transaction with other countries, other companies or the general public abroad. This international business transaction is generally an attempt to market overseas production. Stages in entering into international business: Incidental exports, Active Exports, License Sales, Franchising, Marketing outside the country, Production and Marketing Abroad. The obstacles in conducting international business are: Different Foreign Currencies, Low Resource Quality, Difficult State Payments and Great Risks, The existence of Import Policy of a State, The War, The existence of Regional Economic Organizations.

Abstract

In reality, the implementation of public services is a mandate given by the community to state or government administrators (executives and legislatures) whose purpose is to improve the welfare of the community. The purpose of this study was to prove and analyze the influence of the Serdasng Berdagai DPRD Policy on Public Sector Services in Kec. Serdang Berdagai. The method used in this research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the people of Kec. Serdang Berdagai. The results showed that the policy of the Serdang Berdagai DPRD had a positive and significant effect on public sector services in the district. Serdang Berdagai. Likewise, the description of the results of the Serdang Berdagai DPRD's policy shows very good results and the correlation value of the Serdang Berdagai DPRD's policy on Public Sector Services has a strong value and also a strong position.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development strategi of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Pematangsiantar City. The research model is qualitative approach. The research design is field study and literature study. The focus of research to be achived is the development strategy of Small Micro and Medium Enterprises in Pematangsiantar city. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the study show that UMKM enterpreneurs face obstacles in developing their businesses. The strategy of developing UMKM in Pematangsiantar City is inseparable from the participation of the government and UMKM actors. The government should be able to provide assistance to UMKM actors, as well as socialization and training, and UMKM actors should be more creative and innovative in producing goods.

Abstract

The composition of breast milk is suitable for the needs of the baby and contains protective substances with the most content in Colustrum. The problems are the mothers’ lack of knowledge, the onslaught of formula milk promotion, lack of support from health workers, etc. The method in this study is a descriptive quantitative, croossectional approach. The population in this study was 120 Breastfeeding Mothers, the samples were 30 Breastfeeding Mothers, the technique was random sampling. Some techniques analyze correlation data with results the relationship between knowledge (X1), strong classification level, behavior (X2) sufficient classification level and breastfeeding (Y), strong classification level. Based on statistical calculations carried out that the mother's knowledge and behavior is related to exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months. This statement is seen in the statistical results that tcount> ttable 8.88> 3.35. From the results of the calculation above it turns out Fcount> Ftabel or 8.88> 3.35 then reject Ho and accept Ha means, there is a significant relationship of knowledge and behavior of the mother towards exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months. So, statistically prove that knowledge and behavior have a significant impact on exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months.

Abstract

This research is about the use of incentives provided by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic to companies that are included in the Classification of Business Fields to get relief from PPh article 21 borne by the government (DTP). The purpose of this study is to find out whether PT HSK is included in the Classification of Business Fields as stipulated and how to calculate PPh article 21 during the pandemic period, as well as reporting. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the company is one that is included in the Classification of Business Fields and is entitled to the Income Tax Article 21DTP tax incentive, besides that it can also be concluded that the company has carried out calculations, reporting SPT Period PPh Article 21 and Realization Reports during the Covid-19 pandemic in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation Number 23 of 2020 for the period April to June 2020 and Minister of Finance Regulation Number 86 of 2020 for the period until December 2020.

Abstract

The society of each country consists of various organizations that have the same goals and work together to achieve the goals. This study aims to determine the performance of employees in the finance departmentat the Medan City DPRD Secretariat office. Thisresearch is a qualitative approach and in descriptive form. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. This data collection tool uses interview guidelines, communicating directly. The researcher concludesthat the employees of the finance department both in the task of analyzing performance in the financial sector, employees and are responsible for work in each financial sector, employees provide examples to each other for other employees, employees have aspirit of leadership and responsibility in each field, and employees really miss service and implement the vision and mission at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat office.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a form of joint effort in order to streamline the achievement of goals in terms of teaching, especially in improving the quality of teaching and learning. In its implementation, there is a need for planning, implementation, and evaluation, all three of which are an integral series. In the current pandemic, curriculum management becomes the main urgency in education in Indonesia, because, without curriculum management, learning becomes not maximal and inhibits various activities of human life. Using qualitative research through literature studies, we try to examine how curriculum management and learning implementation in schools during the current pandemic and examine what effective ways can be done during learning in the Covid-19 pandemic.
