Abstract

Latar Belakang: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kinerja keuangan Panin Dubai Syariah Bank sebelum dan sesudah IPO yang diukur dengan rasio profitabilitas. pada Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Investment (ROI), Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Beban Operasional / Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hasil perbandingan kinerja Panin Dubai Syariah Bank sebelum dan sesudah IPO. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa IPO merupakan pengembangan usaha yang menyeluruh dengan memperoleh modal melalui kepemilikan saham sehingga memberikan peluang sekaligus tantangan untuk bersaing secara sehat, dan sebagai bentuk upaya mempertahankan modal jangka panjang.

Abstract

Background: Environmental issues have now become a very important topic for the attention of countries around the world, especially efforts to prevent climate change by mitigating the greenhouse effect.   Objective: aims to analyze the impact mitigation policies and GHG reduction strategies carried out by PT XYZ as one of the manufacturing industries that is committed to contributing to the mitigation of greenhouse gas impacts.   Methods: AHP method, is affected by this assessment. Pairwise comparison matrices, or pairwise comparison matrices containing the preference levels of several options for each criterion, were used to organize the findings of this assessment.   Results: which produces the highest CO2 emissions due to the use of Production Machinery in Factory 1 location of 14,599 Ton.CO2eq per year, or 37% of the total CO2 emissions in this company, then the second highest is from factory 5 location, namely 14,311 Ton.CO2 eq.

Abstract

Background: High-quality concrete requires a low water-cement factor, so it is necessary to add pozzolanic materials, one of which is fly ash. However, the use of pozzolanic material causes high shrinkage and causes the concrete to become moist during the hardening process so that the solution to reducing cracking is one of them by using the internal curing method, so it is necessary to have IC materials such as Always.   Objective: aims to counteract the self-drying effect in low water-cement ratio mixtures. This internal curing treatment uses lightweight aggregate that is moistened to act as a reservoir that can release water as needed to keep the hydrating cement paste structure saturated.   Methods: the internal curing method requires additional materials capable of providing additional water, one of which is ALWA (Artifical Light Weight Aggregate) which is capable of being an IC agent.   Results: The results of this study obtained a high compressive strength (about 750 kg/cm2) using a cement content of 546 kg, w/c = 0.28, the addition of 10% silica fume and 1.5% superplasticizer.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Miopia tinggi berhubungan dengan pemanjangan bola mata, dan pemanjangan bola mata yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan peregangan mekanis dan penipisan lapisan koroid dan epitel pigmen retina (RPE), sehingga menyebabkan berbagai perubahan degeneratif retina, salah satunya adalah ablasi retina. Ablasio retina adalah suatu kondisi ketika retina neurosensori terlepas dari RPE dengan miopia tinggi sebagai salah satu faktor risikonya. Tujuan: Melaporkan kasus ablasio retina regmatogenosa dan robekan retina multipel pada pasien miopia tinggi. Melaporkan kasus ablasio retina regmatogenosa dan robekan retina multipel pada pasien miopia tinggi. Metode: Seorang wanita berusia 45 tahun datang ke Rumah Sakit Balimed dengan pandangan kabur mendadak pada mata kiri, ketajaman penglihatan menghitung jari (3/60) dan riwayat miopia tinggi pada kedua mata. Mata kanan S-9.00 dan Mata kiri S-6.00. Pada pemeriksaan oftalmologi ditemukan ablasi retina dan robekan retina multiple pada mata kiri. Dia dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit Mata Ramata Denpasar, dan menjalani pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) dengan injeksi gas C3F8 intravitreal dan endolaser (EL) untuk robekan retina multipel pada mata kiri sekitar 2 minggu kemudian (12 September 2022). Satu bulan setelah vitrektomi, tekanan intraokular normal. Operasi berhasil dilakukan dan pada kunjungan tindak lanjut tampak retina menempel dan terdapat peningkatan tajam penglihatan yaitu 6/38 pada mata kiri.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kabupaten Malang merupakan sebuah kabupaten di provinsi Jawa Timur dengan luas wilayah terluas kedua dan kabupaten dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar di Jawa Timur (Wikipedia.com). Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis kemampuan UKM Masabil Malang dalam hal teknologi khususnya e-commerce Metode: Yang membedakan bentuk bisnis ini dengan bentuk iklan baris adalah selain menawarkan tempat sebagai media untuk mempromosikan barang dagangannya, E-commerce juga menyediakan layanan metode pembayaran untuk transaksi online. Hasil: Hasil penelitian berupa jawaban wawancara dengan informan mengenai faktor-faktor yang menjadi strategi pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Dari hasil wawancara dengan 4 subjek diketahui bahwa faktor produk menjadi faktor pendorong peningkatan omzet penjualan.

Abstract

Background: In online buying and selling transactions, a seller is required to not intentionally contradict his words and actions in his business. The seller must have a mandate by displaying an attitude of openness, honesty, optimal service, and doing good with all things, especially in relation to public service.   Objective: aims to analyze the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on the shopee marketplace. This type of research is juridical-normative or normative legal research.   Methods: This type of research is juridical-normative or normative legal research.   Results: The results show that: the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions on the shopee marketplace, has not implemented good business ethics. Because there are still acts of lying and also posting pictures that do not match the original.   Conslusion: From the discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the application of business ethics in online buying and selling transactions in the shopee marketplace still has not implemented business ethics properly. Because the seller still discriminates against the buyer.

Abstract

Background: The lifestyle of modern society and economy has been shaped by the advancement and evolution of information technology. Shopee implements worldwide marketing strategies to achieve success in foreign business.   Objective: The purpose of this research is to find out how Shopee's marketing approach has developed and grown in foreign markets.   Methods: This study uses a descriptive approach and uses a qualitative strategy. This research is based on secondary data collection.   Results: generate marketing benefits and increased trade as it attracts many new customers, enables Shopee to conduct international trade exchanges and serves as a link between the domestic and global economies.   Conslusion: The advancement of life combined with the availability of information and communication technology, as well as the use of the internet, has resulted in the creation of a multinational business. Consumers play an important role in shaping all commercial and manufacturing operations in the modern economy, so businesses that emerge in this era must be able to match their desires.

Abstract

Background: Improvement can be interpreted as an effort or procedure that can trigger change. This repair procedure covers all aspects of people's lives, including financial, political, social and cultural aspects.   Objective: with the aim of achieving financial growth   Methods: The methods that can be used are the Pooled Least Square Model (Common Effect), the Fixed Effect Approach Model and the Random Effect Approach Model.   Results: The results of data processing show that the t count of the poverty level variable is t count < t table. The significance of the t test is 0.0021 with a significant standard of 0.05, so the significant value of the poverty level is less than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.   Conslusion: Economic growth has a very positive influence on the HDI in North Sumatra Province, which can be concluded that if increasing economic growth will also increase the human development index in North Sumatra Province because the two are interconnected.

Abstract

Background: Children are a gift from Allah SWT which is entrusted to parents.   Objective: aims to understand social reality, namely seeing the world from what it is, not the world that people should have an open minded nature, because doing qualitative research properly and correctly means having a window to understand the world of psychology and social reality.   Methods: This research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that describes the conditions that occur in the field in the form of words or not in the form of numbers.   Results: the results of the research that the author has done through interviews and observations to key informants, namely 2 parents of children with special needs and the supporting informants are 2 children with special needs with 2 types of special needs, namely mentally retarded children and autistic children and teachers in Special Schools Caring for Nagari Children, Akabiluru District.   Conslusion: that family social support for children with special needs at the Nagari Children's Care Special School, Akabiluru District.

Abstract

Background: As is well known that Japan has many unique cultures that can attract people from other countries.   Objective: The goal is to spread Japanese culture through promotion in the creative industry sector to all corners of the world. What Cool Japan wants to achieve is to gain influence from other countries and maintain its status as a cultural superpower country (Tao, 2018).   Methods: This research uses descriptive research method. This method can describe the results of research in a narrative manner to something that is being studied.   Results: the results of research in a narrative of something that is being researched. This research begins with collecting data and information related to the object of research as a basis.   Conslusion: Japan which is one of the countries that has the main strength in the form of many types of Japanese culture which at this time already has the status as a cultural superpower. From the development of existing culture, Japan has a desire to commercialize its culture and dominate the world culture market through traditional culture and popular culture. In 2011 through the Cool Japan Initiative, the popularity of Japanese culture in various countries was exploited by the government by making policies to support their cultural industries.
