Abstract

The role of employees in supporting the progress of a social institution like LAZISMU D.I. Yogyakarta is very important, particularly their emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence, to be able to compete with other increasingly tight and competitive social institutions. In such a workplace environment, LAZISMU D.I. Yogyakarta employees are absolutely required to have high spiritual and emotional intelligence to ensure their performance is optimal. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data obtained from distributed questionnaires. The population in this study consists of employees working at LAZISMU D.I. Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression (T-test and F-test) to answer the hypotheses formulated by the researchers. The results of the study indicate that spiritual intelligence has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (0.716 > 0.207) and a significance value of 0.480 (sig < 0.05). Meanwhile, emotional intelligence also has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the value of tcount > ttable (0.514 > 0.207) and a significance value of 0.611 (sig < 0.05). Additionally, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performance, demonstrated by the value of Fcount > Ftable (0.045 > 3.195) with a significance value of 0.956. The independent variables (Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence) can influence the dependent variable (Employee Performance) by 83%, as evidenced by an R Square value of 0.830, while the remaining 17% is influenced by other variables in the study.

Abstract

Digital Leadership which able to accommodate current digital activities, is one of the variables that can build competitive advantage. The aims of this research is to test the influence of digital leadership in competitive advantage on generation Z. The hypothesis testing method uses simple linear regression because it only has one independent variable, Digital Leadership, which is then tested on the dependent variable, Competitive Advantage. The results obtained show that Digital Leadership has a significant positive influence on Competitive Advantage. In future research, the author suggests that testing needs to add other independent variables, such as innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence from within the auditor and also from outside the auditor. Basically, auditors in their work need financial reports that have been prepared by their clients. In working, auditors need to adhere to principles that are adjusted to the code of ethics of the public accountant profession so as not to violate existing rules in order to provide maximum performance. The basis for examining financial reports is financial accounting standards. There are factors that can influence the work of an auditor, namely due professional care, time budget pressure and auditor specialization. This study took respondents from public accounting firms in Semarang City. Testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with preliminary testing such as classical assumption tests and data quality tests. Partial testing provides results that due professional care and time budget pressure have a strong influence on the performance of an auditor but have no influence from the auditor's specialization factor.
