Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease caused by bacteria that attack the digestive organs. The causes of diarrheal disease are very diverse, ranging from people's consumption patterns, water quality, sanitation behavior and so on. Research on the causes of diarrheal disease has been developed so that it leads to a conclusion that diarrheal disease is caused by things that are dirty and contain bacteria. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between sanitation and diarrhea aimed at coastal communities. The data taken in this study is a study of literature from several related journals and the retrieval of data obtained from the results of previous studies. Some of the data taken will be processed and a conclusion will be drawn so that it will know that people's behavior about sanitation will greatly affect diarrheal disease. So, this research will also explain about the behavior of the community which has an impact on the number of cases of diarrheal disease that occurs in coastal communities. The data is taken from data on the number of cases of diarrheal disease, index data on sanitation quality, and community behavior. The data obtained from the number of cases of diarrheal disease will be compared with the sanitation quality index data. In this regard, the behavior of the community is also a consideration. So the conclusions drawn from the data will be more accurate. The processed data also considers several other components that affect the dependent variable. The components are components that are free and are considered conditionally or if any. If in an area there are components in question, the calculation of the data will also be affected. The research object of this journal is to focus on coastal communities because they are the people who interact the most with water compared to residents in other places, even people who live near rivers.

Abstract

Introduction : Coloring is a skill to give color with various media. Coloring is an intervention that can suppress anxiety, stress, and uncooperative attitudes in children. In coloring activities, children are given the opportunity to express, increase creativity, train self-confidence and fine motor skills. Objective: To compare research articles and journals whether coloring therapy has an effect on the cooperative level of preschool children due to hospitalization. Methods: This literature review uses a literature review design, a systematic, explicit and reproducible method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing research works and ideas that have been produced by researchers and practitioners. The literature review aims to analyze and synthesize existing knowledge related to the topic to be studied to find empty space for research to be carried out. Results: Of the 20 journals analyzed, almost all of them showed that coloring therapy can suppress uncooperative attitudes in preschool children due to hospitalization. Suggestion: Using coloring therapy as an action in increasing the level of cooperation in preschool children due to hospitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of the South Jakarta Transportation Department. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to 83 respondents to employees of the South Jakarta Transportation Agency. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data were processed through the SPSS version 25.0 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the t test prove that partially motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, while the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance as shown by the acquisition of a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Then the results of the F test prove that motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the South Jakarta Transportation Agency with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The contribution of the influence of motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) was 73.7%, while the remaining 26.3% contained other factors which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Along with the spread of Covid-19 throughout the world, all aspects of life that we are used to living, are forced to undergo changes. Therefore, the government includes the taxation sector, if it is drawn from the perspective of tax compliance itself. One of the taxes that is the biggest contributor to local tax revenues is the Motor Vehicle Tax. Motor vehicle tax is one of the tax revenues that affects the high regional income. The purpose of the study was to empirically examine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax service quality, income level, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance with motorbikes and cars in the pandemic era at the South Surabaya Samsat. Quantitative and explanative research methods, using non-propability sampling with accidental sampling classification to test whether taxpayer awareness, tax service quality, income level, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance with motorbikes and cars in the pandemic era at the South Surabaya Samsat, and to test whether the predetermined hypothesis is accepted or rejected. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 taxpayers. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of taxpayer awareness, tax service quality, income level, tax knowledge did not have a significant but positive effect, while the tax sanctions variable had a significant and positive effect on paying motorbike and car taxes in South Surabaya Samsat

Abstract

This research is motivated by the intense competition of the mass media so that it requires mass media companies to package their information with good quality. This study aims to examine and find out how the strategy carried out by Serambi Indonesia Daily in improving the quality of reporting for the public. This study uses qualitative research methods with three informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and the internet. The results of the author's research found that the strategies applied by the Serambi Indonesia Daily to improve the quality of reporting were increasing human resources (HR), increasing work facilities, increasing issue content and evaluating. The factors that influence Serambi Indonesia in improving the quality of news coverage are circulation (number of prints sold) and advertisements. Several strategies and factors carried out by Serambi Indonesia Daily are considered capable of improving the quality of its reporting. This can be seen from the number of print media and online media circulation, as well as the number of customers who advertise on Serambi Indonesia, both from government and private agencies.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, pendidikan dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur kualitas kemajuan suatu negara. Di sisi lain, pendidikan juga berpengaruh untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompetitif. Di desa Kradenan terdapat generasi emas yaitu anak-anak yang memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan kecerdasannya yang cemerlang, namun penggunaan gadget sejak dini secara berlebihan sudah menjadi sesuatu yang menempel pada diri mereka sehingga waktu yang sebenarnya bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasannya teralihkan hanya untuk duduk diam menikmati suguhan game yang tersedia di gadget mereka. Maka disinilah peran penting orang dewasa untuk menjadi pendidik bagi anak-anak karena mereka termasuk golden age, yaitu masa dimana stimulasi setiap aspek perkembangan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan anak selanjutnya. Ini berarti orang dewasa diharapkan menjadi pendidik yang berperan dalam mengembangkan multiple intelligece pada anak. Dalam sudut pandang multiple intelligece berkeyakinan bahwa, setiap orang memiliki berbagai kecerdasan akan tetapi yang lebih dominan hanya satu kecerdasan, sedangkan yang lainnya sebagai pendukung dari kecerdasan tersebut. Multiple intelligences tersebut harus ada pada anak karena penting bagi anak untuk mengetahui potensi yang paling menonjol untuk membangun personal branding mereka. Sembilan multiple intelligece tersebut diantaranya musical, kinesthetic, interpersonal, linguistic, mathematical, naturalis, intrapersonal, dan eksistensial, religi. Menstimulasi multiple intelligece anak tidaklah harus menggunakan alat-alat pembelajaran yang baru, mahal, maupun mewah, karena dengan loose part yang merupakan menjadi bahan permainan yang dapat dipindahkan, digabungkan, dan dirancang ulang dengan berbagai cara menggunakan bahan sederhana yang banyak dijumpai di lingkungan sekitar anak akan lebih menyenangkan dan efektif untuk mendukung proses pendidikan.

Abstract

Medical records are files in which there are documents about the patient's identity and records of the results of examinations, actions, treatment, and other services that have been provided to patients. Medical records are very useful in providing services to patients because they contain written evidence in paper form for the services provided by doctors and other health workers. Therefore, medical records must be stored in appropriate storage places so that they can be obtained and made available quickly when needed again. Minimum Service Standards are the quality of basic services used in providing medical records with a minimum service standard time of providing outpatient medical records, which is ?10 minutes. This research was conducted at the Depok City Hospital, West Java. This study aims to determine the length of time the availability of outpatient medical records at the Depok City Hospital. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach by conducting interviews and observations. The population in this study was outpatient visits for 1 month in March 2022. The sample in this study was 106 requests for outpatient medical records using incidental sampling technique. The results of the study showed that ?10 minutes was 51 (48%), and the retrieval time of medical records >10 minutes was 55 (52%) divided into categories for retrieval time of 11 - 20 minutes by 25 (23,6%), 21 - 30 minutes by 8 (7,6%), and > 30 minutes by 22 (20,8%). With an average availability time of 17,42 minutes.

The existence of technology development is a manifestation of modern life that everyone of early childhood to adults is able to access the technology. The increasingly heavy technological development makes the pattern of education from parents for children to experience changes to the number of parents who begin to mix technology in children’s excitement in providing knowledge stimulation to support their education but how does the technology impact for childern, does ut need or kill?. Technology is not a thing that can kill amak in the aspect of its development if his parents can be where they exchange information they get from technology, can be a safety for their children, and performs all informations of children get based on the description, this study aims to optimze the role of children and technology using a qualitative approach with the study method.

Abstract

Tito Jaya Motor is a small and medium business in the automotive sector, especially providing car repair and also buying and selling used cars. The increasing number of similar businesses that are developing makes the existing competition tighter. Tito Jaya Motor requires a corporate identity in order to create a distinctive feature of Tito Jaya Motor so that it can compete with other similar businesses. The purpose of this study project is to produce a corporate identity which includes a logo, dress code, and merchandise.With the design of Tito Jaya Motor's corporate identity which is applied to various media that support in enhancing the company's image, it is hoped that this can have a positive impact on Tito Jaya Motor in running its business and can be used as a reference by various parties in developing businesses, especially in the automotive sector.

Pembelajaran Matematika Berorientasi HOTS dengan Discovery Learning Pokok Bahasan Fungsi Kuadrat Kelas IX SMPN 207 JakartaTahun Pelajaran 2019/2020: Artikel, SMP Negeri 207 Jakarta , Januari 2020 Tujuan dari penulisan Artikel ini adalah penulis dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berorientasi higher order thiking skills (HOTS) siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 207 Jakarta tahun 2020 dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020 dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 207 Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan memberikan soal – soal yang berorientasi HOTS Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam melakukan transfer pengetahuan, berpikir kritis, dan pemecahan masalah.
