Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia like as Tokopedia for buying and selling activities to be easy. However, some seller not promising to apply honesty and benefit in buying and selling activities. So, a consumer caution needed for decide to buy to reduce all the risks. The purpose of this research to analyze the influence of Muslim consumer literacy about maslahah and khiyar on purchasing decisions in Islam. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with analysis technique using multiple linear regression . The result of this research explain of maslahah and khiyar have an influence on purchasing decisions in Islam. The consumers lireracy on Tokopedia application users have implemented of maslahah and khiyar according to religious teachings.

Abstract

Promotions by means of endorsements are widely used in this digital era to inform consumers of products. Endorsement activities with services from digital influencers were chosen because they have a big impact on influencing their followers. In it’s application, endorsement activities are still found that are not in accordance with the principles of promotion according to Islamic business ethics. This research aimed to find out how digital influencers do endorsement according to Islamic business ethics. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Techniques used to collect datain this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results stated that some ethics are not applied by influencers when doing endorsement, namely covering their part of body, delivering promotion transparently, and not requiring halal labels when promoting food.

Abstract

The correlation of leadership style and work ethic is interrelated, if the leadership style is implemented in accordance with the character of employees, the work ethic will improve. Therefore, work ethic becomes an important basic thing to support the success of an institution. The research objective was to determine the Muslim leadership style and to see the suitability between Muslim leadership styles and the work ethic of educators at SDIT Al-Madinah Kebumen. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing and concluding data from interviews obtained selectively through informants. This study provides the results that the leadership style is applied using a democratic type which can create a balance between work and mood so that there is harmony between Islamic leadership style and the work ethic of educators.

Abstract

Corporate culture is the value of a role that can be trusted and is embedded in the company's activities, which can be realized on an ongoing basis by the behavior of employees to achieve company goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate culture and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 350 students. Collecting data by giving questionnaires to students who work in the Mukmin Mandiri Islamic Boarding School Sidoarjo. Data analysis using validity, reliability, coefficient of determination test (R2) has the effect of corporate culture on employee performance variables is 50.8%. and also on the partial regression coefficient test (t test) with the calculation of the variable X with Y. If the value of the company has increased by 1%, then employee performance will increase by 88%, other assumptions of the independent variable are constant. The results of the study obtained a positive relationship between the corporate culture variable and the employee performance variable being the dependent variable. The next research is expected to update the quality of employees in their performance..

Abstract

Zakat is one of the instruments to equalize income to reduce poverty. The potential for zakat in Indonesia, especially in East Java is very high, but this has not been offset by the realization of the collection. People tend to pay zakat directly to mustahiq. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of religiosity, belief, location, and service on the interest of the people of East Java in paying zakat through BAZNAS. In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach with a measurement scale using a Likert scale and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variables of religiosity, trust, and service did not affect the interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS partially. While the location variable affects people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS. Together or simultaneously the variables of religiosity, belief, location, and service affect the interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS.

Abstract

Kosmetik the main needs of society in countries that are predominantly Muslim, Wardah is a brand of cosmetics brand in the first country to include halal label on its products, and is also known by some communities in Indonesia as products that demonstrate its existence, safe, high quality and also halal. This study aims to determine the effect of halal knowledge, religiosity and product quality on purchasing decisions of wardah cosmetics on Muslim consumers in Surabaya. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling with the population being Muslim consumers in the city of Surabaya, East Java. This study uses quantitative research methods from primary data. Meanwhile, the research sample amounted to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS version 24. Based on the results of this study Partially, in this study, the variables of halal knowledge and Islamic religiosity did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While partially in this study product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And simultaneously the three independent variables halal knowledge, Islamic religiosity and product quality affect the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions..

Abstract

Buying and selling is an activity that humans do everyday as social beings. Therefore, this examination is directed to find out Islamic law in terms of wholesale fish trading at the Fish Auction Place (TPI) Brondong, Lamongan. Qualitative is one of the methods used in this research. with the strategy of perception, meeting and documentation as information gathering techniques, then the results of the research from interview respondents were examined using a clear subjective examination technique. Based on the results of the examination and discussion conducted by the researchers, it tends to be concluded that the regulation of wholesale fish sales at the Fish Auction Place (TPI) Brondong, Lamongan is in the audit of Islamic law. the wholesale system in this buying and selling transaction still contains ambiguity that is not in accordance with the teachings of Islam

Abstract

The Islamic economy in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly. This growth cannot be separated from the role of many institutions that run with sharia principles, especially Islamic banking. This study has the purpose of analyzing the growth rate of Islamic banks in 2017-2019. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses the variables of assets, third-party funds, profit for the year, and financing. This study uses quarterly time-series data from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2019 and is obtained from the Islamic Banking Statistics data of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study, namely the variables of assets, financing, profit for the year, and third-party funds affect the growth rate of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Assets and profits for the year have a significant positive effect, while financing and third-party funds have a negative effect on the growth of Islamic banks in the 2017-2019 period. During that period, the growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia fluctuated but growth in each variable increased.

Abstract

This research was aim to determine the effect of islamic work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the office of Ministry of Religion Sidoarjo. The approach that do to this research using quantitative approach. Variable that used on this research is islamic work culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable (Y). Population that used on this research is the employee at Ministry of Religion office. Data that used is primer data type, with the accumulation technic data by offline questionaire which containe some statement that support the succesment of the research. The answer from respondent be measured by likert scale. This questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. This research uses descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicated that Islamic work culture and work motivation had a parcial positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office. Significance value < 0,05 describe Islamic work culture and work motivation had a simultaneous and significant on the employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determintation (R2) is 0.572 its means that the variabel of Islamic work culture and work motivation have 57% effect on the work performance variable of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office employees, the rest is influenced by other variables that not examined in this research.

Abstract

In the digital era, the collection of zakat funds can be done through a digital platform belonging to the amil zakat institution. However, with this convenience, there is a risk of data leakage that can affect the interest of the people of Sidoarjo Regency to pay their zakat through digital zakat. This study aims to determine the effect of literacy and zakat trust on interest in paying zakat through digital zakat in the people of Sidoarjo Regency. In this study using quantitative methods using a linkert scale measuring instrument. With multiple linear regression data analysis technique using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that zakat literacy partially does not affect the interest in paying zakat through digital zakat in the people of Sidoarjo Regency. Trust has an influence on the interest in paying zakat through digital zakat in the people of Sidoarjo Regency. And literacy and trust simultaneously affect the interest in paying zakat through digital zakat in the people of Sidoarjo Regency.
