Abstract

Hotel competition in the city of Surabaya shows that the hospitality industry in Surabaya continues to increase. This condition makes the company must understand the wishes and needs of guests, by improving the quality of the factors contained in a hotel so that it can attract guests to stay in a hotel. This research was conducted using factor analysis and aims to find out what factors influence the interest of guests to stay at the Bhinneka Surabaya hotel. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of a factor by looking at the value of factor loadings can also be known. The objectives expected from this study are sources of information that management can use if there are similar studies. The results of the study showed that of the 18 original variables, 5 factors were formed which influenced guests in staying at the Bhinneka Surabaya hotel. Factor 1 consists of pramugraha hospitality variables with an influence level of 88.5%, guest equipment with an influence level of 79.8%, and room equipment with a level of influence of 77.8%. Factor 2 affects the consideration of the second largest guest. Factor 2 consists of hotel location variables close to the workplace with an influence level of 76.7%, hotel security with an influence level of 74.6%, extensive hotel parking yard with influence level of 69.1%, hotel location near shopping center with an influence level of 65.7%, and the location of the hotel is easily accessible with an influence level of 63.6%. Factor 3 affects the consideration of the third largest guest. Factor 3 consists of room rate suitability variables with an influence level of 88.6%, receptionist hospitality with an influence level of 87.0%, cleanliness of rooms with an influence level of 72.0%, ease of access in and out of hotels with an influence level of 50, 5%, and the registration process is fast with an influence level of 82.9%. Factor 4 affects the consideration of the fourth largest guest. Factor 4 consists of a variable registration process with a level of influence of 82.9%, the appearance of Pramugraha with a degree of influence of 73.6%, appearance of the receptionist with a level of influence of 73.0%, and handling of complaint rooms with an influence level of 64.9 %. Factor 5 affects the consideration of the fifth largest guest. Factor 5 consists of interior room variables with an influence level of 72.3%, and room types with an influence level of 68.9%.

Abstract

Another implication of the fundamental changes to Article 1 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is that the position of the president has the same legalization and legitimacy as the legislative because both are produced through General Elections. On the basis of these changes Article 1 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution and the election system of the President and Vice President directly negated the confusion of the government system adopted in Indonesia so that the government system adopted by the Indonesian state after the amendment to the 1945 Constitution was a pure presidential system. Simultaneous general elections are recommended by the Constitutional Court through verdict Number 14/PUU-XI/2013 The Constitutional Court's decision was then declared in Article 167 of the Election Law. One of the bases of simultaneous elections is the stability and effectiveness of government after the election. Stability will be created where the president has great support in parliament. Simultaneous elections can harmonize the president's electability with the electability of members of the DPR because in simultaneous elections it creates a coattail effect. Thus the presidential system that is implemented in a country requires simplification of political parties because the presidential system does not fit into the multi-party system and the parliamentary threshold system is one solution to the problem.

Abstract

With the development of business or activities of the Islamic Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) in Blitar municipality and district which is indicated by an increase in managed assets and the amount of income obtained from its business activities, KJKS managers must be able to account for all operational activities to members. Municipality and Blitar district governments through the Cooperative service and UMKM Blitar also demand accountability from KJKS management in the form of financial reports that can be used to evaluate and monitor performance. In the theory of information asymmetry, managers or leaders of Islamic Financial Services Cooperatives are most likely to make irregularities in the preparation of financial statements, even though the preparation of financial statements is governed by an accounting standard. The research entitled " Revealing the Conformity Preparation for Cooperative Financial Report of Sharia Financial Services based on PSAK sharia in Municipality and Blitar District" aims to evaluate KJKS financial statements and accounting treatment of Islamic finance (murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah) conducted by KJKS. Output target this research in the form of recommendations concerning the preparation of financial statements sharia accounting and Islamic financing (murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah) based on PSAK Sharia. The paradigm used in this research is the interpretive paradigm, and the approach used is a descriptive approach. The research design was used to answer research questions about how the suitability of financial services cooperatives financial statements are: (1) selection of research methods, (2) selecting key informants related to research, (3) data collection, (4) data validity, and (5) data analysis.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation and employee commitment to performance and to determine the importance of leadership variables, work motivation and employee commitment to the performance of doctors and nurses at Ruteng-NTT Regional Hospital. To analyze this problem, multiple regression analysis was used using 42 samples based on purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling means that the determination of a sample that considers certain criteria that have been made against an object in accordance with the objectives of the study. The results of the study illustrate that leadership, work motivation and employee commitment variables significantly influence the performance of doctors and nurses. Based on the level of influence, in RSUD Ruteng-NTT leadership variable is the most dominant factor influencing performance, and sequentially followed by work motivation and employee commitment factors. Thus the development of leadership in the Ruteng-NTT Regional Hospital needs to be a concern..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, promotions, and products on consumer purchasing decisions simultaneously, partialy, and significantly. And to determine which variables have a dominant influence. Methods of research using quantitative methods in the study population are consumers Restorant Burger King Surabaya Plaza Surabaya. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and accidental sampling with a sample size of 95 respondents to the formula Slovin. Technique uses multiple linier regression analysis. The variable is the prices, promotions, products, buying decisions. Result were obtained value of F count 31,843 with a significance of 0,000, t value of each variable of prices 2,635 > 1,98638, variable promotions 2,892 > 1,98638, and variable products 3,531 > 1,98638 Based on the result of research in Restorant Burger King Surabaya Plaza Surabaya to the simultaneous effect of three independent variables, partial and significant impact on buying decisions. The Independent variable of Product has a dominant influence on the Purchasing Decision which has a Beta value of 0,351.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover to profitability in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009 to 2017. This research uses a multiple regression analysis model. This result of this research showed that there was no effect between Cash Turnover on profitability, while the receivable turnover and inventory turnover variables have a positive effect on profitability.

Abstract

A responsibility accounting is an accounting system which accrued the exitense of responsibility centers in a corporation. This is caused by given authority and how to account it for in written report. The report could be a responsibility report that could use as a analyzing refference of mnagerial performance for each responsibility centers and cost controller. In this case, cost is linked to the manager who have an authority to dispose the resources hence, the resources must be nonfied in currency, so responsibility accounting is a cost controling method which enable management to manage cost. This reearch use qualitative approach. This research also use divining manual study and interview with accounting staff of PT. Kereta Api Logistic to abtain data. From result of research in PT. Kereta Api Logistic, the company have not applied responsibility accounting well enough, this matter an be known based on any qualifications and characteristic which have not been fulfilled. The company also have not implement cost control well, this matter can be seen from analysis for cost variance that have not been done.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine which factors as an amplifier to improve the performance of employees of PT. Gading Murni Surabaya, between the leadership style and compensation received by employees. This study uses a survey approach by collecting data using a questionnaire of 50 respondents then analyzed using quantitative methods. The regession equation is Y = 8.009 + 0,223 X1 + 0,240 X2. The results of this study concluded that the leadership style and compensation variables had a corrected item total correlation value exceeding r table = 0.284 and the reliability test of the leadership style variable, and the alpha cronbach's compensation results exceeded 0.060, which means that the variable was valid and reliable. Leadership and compensation styles also simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. And the independent variable that has the largest beta coefficient is the compensation variable (X2) with a beta coefficient of 0.240.

Abstract

Abstract In 2016 - 2018 the number of visits to 6 poles including general surgery poly, echocardiography, eye poly, internal medicine, ENT poly, poly urology fluctuated from 11.23% to -5.23%. Fluctuations in the number of visits can be caused by several factors, one of which is consumer behavior in health service selection decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on service selection decisions.This research is an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were patients in 6 outpatient clinics at Jemursari Islamic Hospital in Surabaya. The number of samples is taken by quota sampling within one month.The results showed that the marketing mix at 6 Polis RSI Jemursari Surabaya with a good category of 77.5% resulted in high service selection decisions. The results of the ordinal regression test show a significance value of 0,000 which means that there is an influence of the marketing mix on the decision of choosing the Jemursari Hospital. Of the seven marketing mix elements that have the lowest influence on service selection decisions are the 47.1% price mix element, while the most influential marketing mix element is the human resource mix element with a percentage of 68.6%.The conclusion in this study is the positive influence of the marketing mix on the decision to choose outpatient services at the Jemursari Hospital in 2019.
