Abstract

Abstract Customers in Dispendik (Education Service ) of Sidoarjo on employee’s performance to Operational Permit and Grant Service in Education Service of Sidoarjo, it can be concluded as employee performance of the Sidoarjo Education Service in delivery Operational Permit and Grant Service by the customer perception level able to reached 51.34% of the customer expectation level. Performance of Education Service employees perceived that attribute of the employees in providing equal service to the whole people without impartial the status get highest expectation score than other attribute wholly show these attribute service quality that the most important. Index of customer satisfaction on education service based on value of customer index positioned in category P (Satisfy). Therefore Dispendik is necessary to improving their performance to meeting the customer satisfaction by the expectation.

Abstract

Abstract Types of receipts at hotels can be divided into cash receipts and receivables where guests who come can come from individuals and companies. Cash payments can also be through bank transfers from a savings account or through a credit card. The continuity of the hotel business is very dependent on the smooth reception of all guests. The challenge occurs when the receivables are due but there is no repayment, or only partial payment is paid so that the Account Receivable plays a very important role in the smooth flow of cash and a review of the receiveable account function is needed for the smooth flow of cash at the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel Surabaya. Using a simple philosophy of phenomenology that is descriptive, three informants from the finance department were determined through in-depth interviews and researcher involvement during the apprenticeship process, the results of which were triangulated with theories on which thinking was based. It was found that the reality on the ground in accordance with the existing theory is that receivable accounts can convert hotel receivables into cash which is an important source of revenue and can be used for operational costs for hotels. If the hotel finances begin to be unhealthy, then it is because there are problems with financial performance, and if this happens continuously the hotel will bear the possibility of losses. The receiveable account section should pay special attention to preparing a billing schedule, making provisions for payments, and providing an assessment of the debtor so that management can determine further strategic steps in maintaining the financial health condition of the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning discipline and learning environment on learning outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) students of SMKN 3 Blitar City in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year. This research uses descriptive analysis method, while inferential statistical analysis is multiple regression or change to find out the magnitude of the influence between the discipline of learning in school and the learning environment on learning outcomes. Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 40 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). To analyze and analyze the effect of work on teacher professionalism 2). To analyze and analyze the organization whether the organization has a partial and significant effect on teacher professionalism 4). To analyze and analyze the organization whether the organization has a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher professionalism 5). To analyze and analyze work stress, organizational culture, has a simultaneous influence on professionalism of MTsN 2 Sumenep teachers. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, work discipline, organizational culture, have a significant effect on professionalism for MTsN 2 Sumenep teachers. Evidenced by the results of the calculated F value of 4.627 with a known significance level of the value of 0.004 (less than 0.05). 2). Partially, competence, compensation and creativity have a significant effect on teacher professionalism for 'teachers at MTsN 2 Sumenep. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that organizational culture has an effect on the performance of employees of MTsN 2 Sumenep teachers; as evidenced by the t value is 4,829 with a significance level of 0.003 (less than 0.05).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1). Analyze and describe HR placement, work ability and employee performance of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2). Test and analyze whether the placement of human resources, work ability, simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 3). Test and analyze the placement of human resources has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 4). Test and analyze work ability has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously the placement of human resources, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, it is evidenced by the results of the calculated F value of 2,740 with a known significance level of a value of 0.003 (less than 0.05). 2). partially the placement of human resources, work ability has a positive and significant influence on the employee performance of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.

Abstract

The respondents of this study were all 76 community health center staff (as a population) and 76 people were taken as the study sample; the sampling method uses Total Sampling. This type of research is explanatory research, using quantitative approaches, data analysis tools using SPSS. The research objectives are: 1) To find out the simultaneous influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency. 2) To partially determine the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that: 1) Simultaneously, organizational culture and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 3.408 with a significant level of 0.02 ( smaller than 0.05). 2) Partially, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance of employees at Giligenting Health Center, Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the t value of each independent variable, namely: organizational culture has a t value of 2,049 with a level of significance of 0.01 (less than 0.05) and work motivation has a calculated t value of 1.520 with a significance level of 0.02 (less than 0.05). Organizational culture has a dominant effect on performance of staff at the Giligenting Health Center in Sumenep Regency.

To prove and analyze whether work experience and level of education simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 2.) To prove and analyze whether work experience has a significant effect on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 3.) To prove and analyze whether the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of health care workers in Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that 1.) Work experience, level of education and professionalism simultaneously had a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo, Pamekasan Regency, the truth is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 2.) Abstract

Cost of Production is the sacrifice of economic resources in processing raw materials into products. The purpose of this research is to describe the calculation of a reasonable cost of goods manufactured at PT. Wijaya Mitramega Perkasa (Metal Bed) Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the company has not implemented a reasonable cost of goods manufactured calculation. Therefore this study provides suggestions and reconstructs the calculation of a reasonable cost of goods manufactured, where all cost components in the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured are calculated in detail.

Abstract

Uncollectible Receivables are losses incurred by the company as a result of receivables that are not paid by the debtor. The purpose of this study is to determine the treatment applied to the company on uncollectible accounts carried out at PT. XYZ in Surabaya. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that companies that have implemented the recording of accounts receivable by PT. XYZ properly, with a record as receivables when invoices or passages are issued for goods that have left the warehouse. Suggestions and recommendations that can be given from the implementation of this research are to improve the recording of uncollectible accounts, the company can make a schedule for aging of its receivables so that it can see the amount of receivables that have passed due to payment and also present how much of the receivables cannot be collected based on the age of the accounts. presentations that can be determined by the company based on past experience and previous sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Santu Paulus Ruteng Catholic University of Indonesia with a sample size. The research sample was 40 employees. The objectives of this study are 1) To describe the certification of lecturers, human resource competencies, work culture and employee performance at the Catholic University of Indonesia, Santu Paul Ruteng. 2) To test and analyze whether lecturer certification, HR competence and work culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Catholic University of Indonesia, Santu Paul Ruteng. 3) To test and analyze whether lecturer certification, human resource competence and work culture have a partial and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Catholic University of Indonesia Santu Paul Ruteng. 4.) To test and analyze which variables between lecturer certification, human resource competence and work culture have a dominant and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Catholic University of Indonesia Santu Paul Ruteng. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research approaches. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, certification, HR competence and work culture were responded very well by respondents so that it had a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Catholic University of Indonesia, Santu Paul Ruteng, proved to be true and the hypothesis was accepted. 2). Partially, Certification, HR competence and Work Culture are responded to very meaningfully / very well by employees so that it has a significant influence on the performance of lecturers at the Catholic University of Indonesia santu paulus ruteng, proven its truth and accepted hypothesis. 3). t test can be seen that the t value on the independent variable the influence of Work Culture is 0.246 with a significant level of 0.03 or less than 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the Work Culture variable, has a positive and significant effect on the lecturer performance variable, at the University. Indonesian Catholic Santu Paul Ruteng.
