Abstract

During a pandemic like this, of course, every educational institution will experience disturbances in its stability, for this reason, training is needed for the younger generation who will later take control of the management of the educational institution so that they will be ready and able to maintain the stability of educational institutions with various uncertain conditions such as recently. The organizational management training held at TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadi'in aims to provide new experience and knowledge for students about organization and how to apply it in good and right educational institutions. Meanwhile, for the implementation of this training, several methods are needed that must be used to make this training activity successful and of course get the desired results, for example, there must be careful planning, good communication and also the material delivered must be in accordance with the environmental conditions that exist around the institution. where this training is carried out. This training can be said to be successful because there are significant social changes in the students who take part in the training activities, they have a more responsible attitude towards the tasks they get different from before the training.

Abstract

Association is the process of interaction carried out by individuals with individuals, can also be done by individuals with groups. Association itself is a fitrah for every human being. Because, basically every human being is a social creature, that does not mean someone can get along with anyone in any way. And in modern times like this social society is often faced with problems that often tarnish religion with an association that is not limited by the rule of law that binds to the adherents of its religion. So it becomes a concern for us Muslims with the habits of people who do not care about the existing rules. Departing from concerns about male and female association in this day and age, the author also carried out socialization activities or awareness about the limitations of relationships (interactions) between men and women according to Islam to several members of IPNU-IPPNU Ringinrejo Village Tiru Lor District Gurah Kediri regency and the brides-to-be who were there. The socialization activities that the author carried out there including considered smooth and successful because they saw the impact of change after the socialization activities were held. I hope it will affect the rest of the environment.

Abstract

This English learning assistance will be carried out in the 2021 academic year and the targets of this activity are male and female students who are also students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah. This activity is carried out in order to provide English language insight to students, so that students not only get religious knowledge but also get a stock of English knowledge when they are useful after they graduate. This activity has been carried out for one month by providing basic English materials which include grammar, vocabulary, and conversation. This activity received a good response from the administrators and the students. This shows that they are interested in learning English.

Abstract

Clean and healthy living (PHBS) is all health behaviors carried out above awareness, so that the family or closest people can help themselves or others in the field of health and play an active role in health activities in the community. Clean and healthy living behavior is basically an attempt to transmit an experience of clean and healthy living behavior through individuals, groups, or communities. By applying clean and healthy living behaviors will make yourself, out and society away from all diseases. Healthy and clean living behaviors can be applied in the environment of homes, workplaces, public places, and in health facilities (hospitals) especially in the school environment because it is a school where it is a place to print future generations. The goal of PHBS is to improve the quality of health through the process of counseling, mentoring, and coaching. While the main manfaaat of PHBS in school is to create a santri who are health conscious and have knowledge about living clean and healthy living behaviors that meet health standards. For this reason, the program of improving clean and healthy living behavior is needed among students, especially in non-formal schools such as (TPQ) with health conditions that are currently very concerned with the Covid-19 outbreak, which requires learners or students to always apply health protocols that have been set by the government

Abstract

The outbreak of the coronavirus (covid-19) in Indonesia has shocked all lines, both civil society and government officials, who in fact are policymakers. The impact of this pandemic is targeting all aspects of life, from economics, society and even education. In the midst of finalizing and correcting various educational policy problems by the government, suddenly an even bigger problem came up, namely the obligation to learn boldly as an implementation of the government's distance learning policy because of the prohibition on crowding in order to stop the transmission of this page. Government policies that leave their own problems in the field and also because of the unpreparedness of academics in dealing with this incident have made many schools then take regional policies which also raise new problems in the educational environment, ranging from resources, readiness of human resources, budget funds and also parent problem. The question is also about the ability of teachers to assist students when conducting distance learning (PJJ), so the engagement team makes several mentoring efforts so that educators are ready to manage to learn with parents of students. This service is intentionally held with the intention that teachers in managing a brave class (on the network) are really maximal in mastering the four competencies. It is also hoped that educators when teaching is able and confident in using the learning media that have been prepared for this learning purpose to be achieved. In addition, through this program, teachers can be more creative in developing learning with students.

Abstract

Islam sebagai agama hadir di seluruh suku bangsa yang ada sebagai sistem nilai yang menyatu dengan budaya setempat, sehingga hal ini yang sering dilihat oleh orang diluar suku tersebut dengan islam Minangkabau, islam Jawa, dan seterusnya. Akumulasi kebudayaan yang menyetubuh dengan berbagai kultur ini kemudian disebut dengan islam multikultural, Itulah sebabnya secara historis Islam datang ke berbagai belahan Nusantara dengan suasana yang relatif damai nyaris tanpa ketegangan dan konflik. Islam dengan mudah dapat diterima oleh masyarakat sebagai se-buah agama yang membawa keda-maian, meskipun pada masa itu masyarakat telah beragama dan me-miliki kepercayaan tersendiri baik animisme, dinamisme, Hindu maupun Budha. Penyebaran Islam menyebab-kan munculnya corak dan varian Islam yang memiliki kekhasan dan keunikan. Hal ini harus disadari bahwa eksistensi Islam di Indonesia tidak pernah tunggal. Dari sinilah Fasilitator ingin melihat lebih dekat dan memberikan pemahaman terhadap masyarakat tentang islam multikurtur melalui advokasi terhadap santri dilampung tengah dalam pemahaman islam multikultur. Dalam pendampingan yang dilakukan peneliti dalam pengabdian ini, di sini peneliti menggunakan metode atau model penelitian Community Based Research. Secara bahasa, istilah ini bisa diterjemahkan menjadi Penelitian berbasis Masyarakat. Kegiaan utama dari Pedampingan pelatihan ini adalah dimulai dengan memberikan pemahaman terhadap Pengurus Pondok Pesantren tentang Islam multikultur untuk mencegah adanya faham-faham Radikalisme, Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan Nara sumber dari Pengasuh Salah satu Pondok Pesantren dan Narasumber Pakar Sosiolog

Abstract

Health is one of the indicators to measure the level of santri's well-being. The degree of health of Santri is influenced by 4 main factors, namely environmental factors, behavior, health services, and heredity. The biggest and most affecting factors in health are environmental factors. Environmental health efforts as a form of preventive activities are aimed at realizing the quality of a healthy environment, both physical, chemical, biological, and social that allows each individual or Santri to achieve the highest degree of health (Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health). The extension and mentoring strategy is the initial process to prepare researchers to Santri so that the counseling and mentoring process can be carried out in a planned, programmatic, and carried out with Santri / community. In this case, researchers also apply the arrangement of extension and mentoring strategies using the PAR method; first Know the real condition of Santri / community (to know), second Understand community problems (to understand), third Plan community problem solving (to plan), fourth Take action (to action), fifth Reflection (to reflection)The training was followed by darrussalam's son santri, namely by providing education about healthy living a la rosulullah such as an example of cleaning yourself with enough and holy water, bewak / toothbrush, get up early, eat enough, eat slowly, do not drink water in one breath, fasting, eating dates, and exercising. This program can be successful because there is good cooperation between researchers and the administrators of the cottage and santri, and I am very grateful to the students who have studied together with me and also received me well this institution, namely darussalam pesantren hut sumbersari kencong siege siege kediri, for the spirit of the students then this program can run well and also have a good impact for the students in the boarding school Darussalam sumbersari kencong kepung besiege Kediri.

Abstract

The behavior of the ghasab is generally said to have entrenched the environment of boarding school, it implies that the act of using the property of others illegally for self-interest has often happened and both the students, teachers and administrators have considered this as something normal and common in their environment, can not be separated from one of them is students of Darussalam boarding school. The purpose of this activity is to give full understanding to students to reduce, eliminate and even break the chain of ghasab culture in environment of boarding school and also remind every ghasab behavior never justified in the teachings of Islam and also the rule of law in our country. Method of implementation of this activity through presentation, lecture, and reciprocal interaction between students with sources for 60 minutes in the classl of boarding school Darussalam. The result of this activity is the absorption of understanding about the impact of ghasab behavior, either from the meaning of Islamic law as well as state law and also the long-term impact of ghasab behavior for the character formation in the future.

Abstract

Marriage is one of the shari'ah in Islam and is a shari'a that will remain valid in heaven later. Everyone must expect a marriage and live a harmonious family life sakinah mawaddah and warohmah. However, there are many cases of families running aground in the middle of the road caused by various ospek, be it from communication between the two partners, negligence of the obligations of husband or wife and so on. Fiqh munakahah is a science that discusses marriage be it understanding, laws, obligations of husband and wife and so on. So for Muslim families in order to build a harmonious family, happy afterlife world then must learn fiqh munakahah. In order to understand and know whether their marriage is legal, it is still a married couple or their marriage is still legal. Therefore it is mandatory for every prospective husband and wife to learn fiqh munakahah first before carrying out the wedding.

Abstract

This learning education aims to provide additional knowledge about fiqh, especially menstruation to adolescents at the Islamic boarding school at Taubah, Garum sub-district, Blitar City. Sometimes for some girls who have just entered the age of aqil baligh, it is difficult to accept the changes that occur in them. This is due to a lack of knowledge and lack of attention from parents in paying attention to their children. The purpose of this education is to increase women's knowledge of fiqh, especially those that discuss menstruation. The researcher provides several main topics of discussion, namely, (1) the understanding of menstruation according to language and terms (2) the time of menstruation, starting from the initial age limit for a woman to be declared menstruating at the age of 9 years, (3) the minimum period of menstruation, generally menstruation and the maximum length of menstruation, (4) things that are prohibited while menstruating, (5 ) obligatory bathing after menstruation and (6) procedures for replacing the prayer after being purified from menstruation.
