Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata merupakan salah satu pendekatan strategis untuk mendukung pembangunan daerah dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi Pariwisata Bukit CIP (Taman Inovasi Katun) sebagai destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Situbondo dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang tepat menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola pariwisata dan masyarakat setempat, serta dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal dan selanjutnya dirumuskan ke dalam matriks SWOT melalui analisis IFAS dan EFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pariwisata Bukit CIP memiliki potensi signifikan untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis alam dan budaya. Kekuatan utamanya meliputi lokasi strategis, potensi ekowisata, budaya lokal yang unik, dan ketersediaan fasilitas rekreasi. Namun, beberapa kelemahan teridentifikasi, seperti promosi yang terbatas, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, manajemen pariwisata yang lemah, dan akses transportasi yang terbatas. Dari perspektif eksternal, peluang pengembangan muncul dari peningkatan infrastruktur, diversifikasi produk wisata, pengembangan paket wisata, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Sementara itu, ancaman utama meliputi persaingan antar destinasi wisata, perubahan iklim dan risiko bencana alam, ketidakpastian ekonomi, dan perubahan kebijakan pemerintah. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan yang direkomendasikan terdiri dari strategi SO, ST, WO, dan WT, dengan penekanan pada penguatan promosi digital, peningkatan pengelolaan lingkungan, peningkatan infrastruktur dan fasilitas pariwisata, serta peningkatan kapasitas manajerial melalui kolaborasi multi-pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan Pariwisata Bukit CIP berpotensi memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian lokal dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, asalkan dikelola secara terencana dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the barriers and challenges in the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) from the employees’ perspective at PT X. As a manufacturing company, PT X is exposed to a high level of occupational accident risks due to the use of machinery and chemical substances in its production process. Although OHS policies have been established, their effectiveness is still influenced by employees’ experiences and perceptions in the workplace. A fatal workplace accident in 2024, which resulted in one employee’s death and another suffering serious injuries, highlights the urgent need for a comprehensive evaluation of OHS implementation. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and document analysis from the company as well as media reports. The findings indicate that the main barriers to OHS implementation include low employee compliance with safety procedures, limited safety facilities, and weak management supervision. The challenges identified involve a work culture that prioritizes productivity over safety, limited budget allocation, and the lack of continuous OHS training. The study concludes that improving the effectiveness of OHS requires active involvement of both management and employees in building a strong safety culture, strengthening supervision, and enhancing the quality of training and safety facilities

Abstract

Kecemasan finansial merupakan salah satu bentuk tekanan psikologis yang semakin menonjol di tengah kondisi ekonomi global yang penuh ketidakpastian. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran self-efficacy dalam mengurangi dampak negatif kecemasan finansial. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA melalui seleksi beberapa artikel pada rentang tahun 2020-2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penurunan kecemasan finansial, baik secara langsung maupun melalui peran sebagai mediator dan moderator. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa intervensi berupa peningkatan literasi keuangan dan peningkatan self-efficacy dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk membantu individu mengelola kecemasan finansial.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate strategies in the recruitment and selection process of interns as part of companies' efforts to build sustainable talent development pipelines, using a desk-based approach. Information was collected through a review of relevant academic journals, scientific articles, and research reports. The study results indicate that successful recruitment strategies include utilizing social media platforms, strengthening the company's image as an attractive employer, and collaborating with higher education institutions. Furthermore, a systematic intern selection process—through interviews, aptitude tests, and the use of technology such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—has been shown to improve accuracy in selecting suitable candidates and reduce potential bias. Several supporting factors identified include management involvement, the use of digital technology, and partnerships with educational institutions, while key barriers include limited resources and intern readiness. Overall, the implementation of a well-planned internship program not only improves the effectiveness of the recruitment process but also strengthens workforce loyalty and sustainability within the company. These findings provide theoretical contributions to human resource management studies and offer practical recommendations for organizations in optimally managing talent development

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of product completeness, price and service quality partially influence on consumer satisfaction (2) to determine the effect of product completeness, price and service quality simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction (3) to determine among product completeness, price and quality of service that has a dominant effect on customer satisfaction. The method used is qualitative. The result of this research is the equation of multiple linear regression Y = -2,237E-17 + 1,019X1 + 0,154X2 + 0,418X3 + e. Partial statistical test or t test shows that the product completeness variable (X1) is 0,180 <ttable 1.986 and the significant value is 0,841 > 0.05, meaning that the product completeness variable (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The value for the price variable (X2) of 0,541 <ttable 1.986 and the significant value of 0.585> 0.05, meaning that the price variable (X2) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The value for service quality (X3) tcount 4,235 > ttable 1.986 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the service quality variable (X3) influences customer satisfaction (Y). Simultaneous statistical tests or F tests show Fcount 6,021 > Ftable 2.71 where the significant value is 0.001 <0.05. The dominant influential variable in this study was service quality (X3) of 4,232

Abstract

Loyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan sektor jasa dan manufaktur, dengan efek mendalam pada kepuasan dan profitabilitas pelanggan. Hal ini sangat penting untuk terus meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan sehingga mencapai keunggulan kompetitif secara signifikan terutama dengan meminimalkan efek merugikan dari pergantian karyawan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan tinjauan terperinci tentang metode dan variabel yang dibahas dalam 102 artikel peer-review tentang loyalitas karyawan, mulai dari 2021 hingga 2024. Ini menyoroti kekurangan dalam penelitian empiris saat ini, menyarankan jalur baru untuk studi masa depan dan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan budaya. Melalui analisis kuantitatif, organisasi, dan representasi grafis data bibliometrik, termasuk frekuensi publikasi dan jumlah kutipan, yang berasal dari pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap literatur tentang analisis mendalam. Abstract

This study is entitled “The Effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable at PT X.” The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. This research used a quantitative method with a causal approach by collecting primary data through surveys and questionnaires distributed to employees of the Corporate Secretary Department at PT X. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 4.1.1.7, with a sample of 65 employees selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that work-life balance and work environment did not significantly affect employee performance, but both had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and significantly mediated the relationship between work-life balance, work environment, and employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance requires strengthening work motivation alongside improvements in work-life balance and work environment, contributing to human resource management literature and providing practical implications for organizations and future research.
