Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of training and development in improving human resource (HR) competencies at PT Semen Indonesia Logistik (SILOG). The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through document analysis and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of training at PT SILOG is structured based on a learning needs diagnosis using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), making the training programs more targeted. The framework used includes three main stages: design, delivery, and evaluation. The evaluation stage is conducted six months to one year after training to assess the program's effectiveness. Training and development have proven to play a crucial role in enhancing HR competencies, which include knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Abstract

Organic fertilizer is a sustainable solution to improve soil fertility and food security in Lumajang, East Java. P4S Asri Farm Kedungrejo faces competition from fertilizer producers in Banyuwangi, such as Gondruwo Fertilizer, which has achieved an 80% customer satisfaction rate. Quantitative data shows that 65% of farmers have shifted to Banyuwangi fertilizers, while only 35% prefer local products. Crop yields increased by 15% after using Banyuwangi fertilizer. This study investigates the impact of external fertilizer adoption on local business sustainability and factors influencing farmer preferences, including product trust and quality. Using SWOT analysis and farmer surveys, recommended strategies include product diversification, branding enhancement, and farmer education on local fertilizer benefits. Strategic collaborations with Banyuwangi producers can also improve local product competitiveness. Results indicate that despite intense competition, innovation and targeted marketing can ensure business resilience and growth. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of product innovation, quality improvement, and community-based marketing to maintain local market share and support sustainable enterprise development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how entrepreneurial interest at Bhinneka PGRI University Tulungagung is influenced by entrepreneurship education, independent attitude and social media in students of the Economic Education Study Program. This study uses a Questionnaire and is Quantitative. A total of 117 students of semester 6 and semester 8 of Economic Education at Bhinneka PGRI University participated in this study. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling Technique specifically Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This study uses SPSS 25 software. The results of the equation Y = 5.786 + 0.323X1 + 0.480X2 + 0.114X3 in multiple linear regression. These three factors significantly influence students' entrepreneurial interest. Partially, variable (X1) entrepreneurship education tcount 5.230 > ttable 1.98118, variable (X2) independent attitude tcount 7.593 > ttable 1.98118 and variable (X3) social media tcount 1.991 > ttable 1.98118. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect with Fcount 90.649 > Ftable 3.08. The three variables contribute 69.9% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest with an Adjusted R Square of 0.699, while 30.1% is influenced by other factors. Students need to prioritize the development of an independent attitude (X2) because it has a greater influence on student interest with a regression coefficient of 0.480 compared to entrepreneurship education (X1) which has a regression coefficient of 0.323 and social media (X3) which has a regression coefficient of 0.114.

Abstract

Kasus gratifikasi dan pemerasan dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa di perusahaan air minum daerah menunjukkan bahwa praktik korupsi masih menjadi risiko signifikan dalam sektor pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen risiko dalam mencegah terjadinya gratifikasi, dengan menelaah kasus seorang pejabat pengadaan yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka karena melakukan pemerasan terhadap kontraktor dalam proyek pembangunan jaringan pipa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, didukung analisis dokumen berita, literatur akademik, serta teori manajemen risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi gratifikasi muncul dari posisi tawar pejabat pengadaan terhadap kontraktor, lemahnya mekanisme pengawasan internal, dan minimnya pemanfaatan sistem whistleblowing. Strategi yang diperlukan meliputi penerapan kebijakan anti-gratifikasi, transparansi melalui sistem e-procurement, penguatan audit internal, serta kerja sama dengan lembaga pengawas eksternal. Dengan implementasi manajemen risiko yang komprehensif, perusahaan air minum daerah dapat menekan peluang praktik gratifikasi dan meningkatkan akuntabilitas layanan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze profitability ratios to measure the financial performance of companies in the banking sector during the 2022–2024 period. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative analysis using secondary data in the form of financial statements of banking companies for the 2022–2024 period. The profitability ratios analyzed include return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM).The results of the analysis indicate that, in general, the banking sector exhibits ROA levels classified as very good, suggesting that banks are able to manage their assets effectively to generate profits. However, the ROE and NPM ratios fall into the very poor category, reflecting low returns on equity and suboptimal efficiency in converting revenue into net profit

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the relationship between crew competence and work discipline with the level of user satisfaction of public transportation services, specifically on the Suroboyo Bus in Surabaya City. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and evaluating relevant scientific articles from various sources, such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. The results of the study indicate that crew competence, which includes technical skills, service knowledge, and communication skills, has a significant influence in creating a positive service experience. Work discipline, such as punctuality, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), and professionalism, is also an important factor in building user trust and satisfaction. This study provides practical implications for public transportation management in designing more effective crew training and supervision strategies. In addition, the results of this study can also serve as a reference for local governments and public transportation managers in improving service quality to support sustainable transportation development in urban areas.

Abstract

Turnover karyawan merupakan tantangan krusial dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia di industri wisata edukasi, yang berdampak pada efisiensi operasional, biaya rekrutmen, dan kualitas pelayanan pengunjung. Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen risiko terhadap turnover karyawan di PT Kampung Coklat Blitar melalui studi kasus berbasis magang selama empat bulan di Divisi HRD. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-struktural dengan 8 responden, serta analisis dokumen seperti logbook dan data pengunjung via Pivot Table Excel. Hasil menunjukkan turnover normal secara keseluruhan, tetapi lebih tinggi di divisi lapangan (outlet, wahana, kebersihan) akibat faktor individu seperti ketidakadaptasian budaya kerja, organisasi seperti kurangnya pengembangan karier, lingkungan kerja berbeban tinggi, dan eksternal seperti peluang kompetitif. Strategi retensi perusahaan, termasuk program kesejahteraan (BPJS full, posko kesehatan), evaluasi KPI, rotasi jabatan, rekrutmen proaktif, kegiatan sosial, pelatihan experiential, komunikasi internal digital, serta mentoring karir, efektif menurunkan resign hingga 12% di lapangan. Namun, penguatan komunikasi dua arah dan jalur karir inklusif diperlukan untuk mengurangi motif job-hopping. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada praktik manajemen risiko di sektor wisata edukasi, merekomendasikan evaluasi berkala dan kolaborasi eksternal untuk retensi berkelanjutan, mendukung visi perusahaan membangun masyarakat berdaya melalui agribisnis kakao.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of democratic and authoritarian leadership styles on employee performance in an Indonesian organization or company. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method referring to a literature review study. The author conducted research by analyzing various literature sources discussing the same topic, ranging from scientific journal articles, books, theses, and various other relevant literature to serve as references. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership is more effective in increasing employee motivation, creativity, and loyalty through two-way communication and active participation. Meanwhile, authoritarian leadership remains relevant in situations that require high assertiveness and discipline. The effectiveness of both styles depends on the organizational context and employee characteristics. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing situational leadership that is adaptive to the needs and culture of modern work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi human capital dalam mencegah konflik tenaga kerja dengan studi kasus mogok kerja di PT Karangjuang Hijau Lestari. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui analisis literatur, dokumen perusahaan, dan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber kredibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akar utama konflik berasal dari lemahnya komunikasi internal, kebijakan mutasi yang tidak transparan, serta ketidakadilan sistem upah dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Implementasi strategi human capital yang mencakup penguatan komunikasi, evaluasi sistem mutasi, peninjauan kebijakan kompensasi, kepatuhan regulasi, serta pengembangan kompetensi terbukti mampu memperbaiki hubungan industrial dan mencegah konflik berulang. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan modal manusia yang berorientasi pada nilai kemanusiaan tidak hanya memperkuat stabilitas organisasi, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang partisipatif, adil, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of coffee shop marketing strategies on the lifestyle of Generation Z students at Singaperbangsa University Karawang. Using a descriptive quantitative method and involving 100 respondents, data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on student lifestyles, with a t-value of 8.377 > t-table 1.661 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 41.7% indicates that marketing strategies contribute to the formation of Generation Z students' lifestyles. Thus, the implementation of effective marketing strategies through the 7P marketing mix can influence the lifestyles of Generation Z students.
