Abstract

This research analyzes the stratification of understanding and practices of digital marketing in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the capability levels of beginner, micro, and medium enterprises. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved nine MSME practitioners selected through purposive sampling from various business sectors. Data collection techniques employed in-depth interviews exploring six main dimensions: conceptual understanding, implementation experience, learning sources, benefit perception, implementation challenges, and mentoring experience. The research findings reveal significant stratification patterns where beginner levels demonstrate instrumental understanding with sporadic implementation through simple platforms, micro levels show evolution toward strategic approaches with multi-platform implementation, while medium levels exhibit maturity in holistic understanding with sophisticated omnichannel implementation. Learning sources show progression from informal methods to professional learning, while benefit perception develops from fundamental to strategic aspects. Challenges faced become increasingly complex with rising business capability levels, from basic technical barriers to sustainability and technology adaptability challenges. This research contributes theoretically to understanding technology adoption patterns in MSMEs and practical implications for developing differentiated empowerment programs according to business capabilities

Abstract

Rengginang merupakan salah satu makanan yang terbuat dari beras ketan dan umumnya berbentuk lingkaran dengan ukuran tertentu. Ada beberapa macam variasi rengginang dengan cara pembuatan yang berbeda terutama pada segi bumbu, bentuk, dan ukurannya. Kabupaten Situbondo adalah kabupaten yang sedang berkembang salah satunya di bidang UMKM, di Kabupaten Situbondo ini banyak masyarakat yang memiliki usaha salah satunya dibidang produksi rengginang. Akan tetapi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) masih banyak mengalami kendala diantaranya ialah keterbatasan akses terhadap sumberdaya produktif, keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dan spesifikasi produk. Hasil analisis SWOT meghasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi yang bisa dipilih oleh perusahaan yaitu: 1) Meningkatkan kualitas produk guna meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas konsumen. 2) Menciptakan produk dengan bentuk dan cita rasa yang baru. 3) Melakukan promosi dan iklan guna menarik pelanggan. 4) Menjalin kerja sama dengan agen distributor.

Abstract

Mengoptimalkan kinerja UMKM adalah essensial bagi kehidupan usaha UMKM di era kompetisi ketat. Buruknya kinerja karena lemahnya antisipasi kekuatan bersaing (bargaining power). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan dari model kekuatan bersaing: persaingan antar industri, pemasok, pembeli, pendatang baru, dan barang subsitusi terhadap optimalisasi kinerja 50 UMKM Jember? 2. Apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan dari pendatang baru dan barang subsitusi terhadap optimalisasi kinerja 50 UMKM Jember? Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian di atas maka dirancang penelitian ini mengabungkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Didesain kualitatif karena UMKM membutuhkan “prioritas antisipasi” dari nilai rata rata jawaban 50 UMKM, sedangkan penelitian ini didesain kuantitatif karena menguji hipotesis untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Metode untuk mendapatkan data penelitian ini melalui survei kepada 50 UMKM Jember. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan konsistensi jawaban dari setiap kumpulan variabel dilakukan uji Composite Reliability dari hasil T Statistics > 1.00 dan P-Values > 0.05. Setelah melakukan metode ini dengan baik maka didapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1. Ada hubungan yang signifikan dari model kekuatan bersaing terhadap otimalisasi kinerja sebesar 0.515 atau 51.5% dan p-value sebesar 0.000 > 0.05 atau signifikan secara statistik. 2. Ada hubungan yang signifikan dari kekuatan tawar menawar dari pendatang baru sebesar 0.382 (38.2%) dan p-value sebesar 0.011 > 0.05 (signifikan) dan barang subsitusi sebesar 0.372 (37.2%) dan p-value sebesar 0.018 > 0.05 (signifikan). Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya mengantisipasi ancaman pendatang baru dan barang subsitusi karena akan mempengaruhi posisi persaingan, tingkat penjualan dan pendapatan UMKM.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how Bhinneka PGRI University Tulungagung's Grabfood purchasing decisions were influenced by promotion and service quality students enrolled in the Economic Education Study Program. This study employs a questionnaire and is quantitative in nature. 167 Bhinneka PGRI University Economics Education students who utilized Grabfood participated in this study. using the Nonprobability the Purposive Sampling Technique type of sampling technique. This study used SPSS 20 software. The equation Y = 3.017 + 0.426X1 + 0.653X2 was found from the multiple linear regression results. These two Several factors significantly influence Grabfood customers' decisions to buy.partially; variable (X1) promotion tcount 4.325 is greater than ttable 1.974, and variable (X2) service quality tcount 8.007 is greater than ttable 1.974. In addition, simultaneously, the two variables have a significant impact, with an Fcount of 96.129 greater than the Ftable 3.90. The two variables account for 53.4% of the variation in purchase decisions, with an adjusted R square of 0.534, while other factors account for 46.6%. Given that enhancing service quality (X2) influences decisions to buy more than promotion (X1), which has a regression coefficient of 0.426, Grabfood should prioritize it.

Activities in the world of work, especially in the banking sector, where banking development must continue to develop every year, causing intense competition in achieving organizational goals. To gain a competitive advantage. It is very important to achieve management efficiency by improving human resources and improving employee performance in the organization. To further increase productivity, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia also increases employee performance which can be improved in various ways, including by instilling an optimal work culture that influences work behavior so that it will increase individual job satisfaction and the productivity of the unit itself which will ultimately influence employee performance. the company as a whole. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of workload, work stress, and work environment on the performance of BSI KC Jember employees. This type of research is causality research. The population in this research is BSI KC Jember employees. The sample used was 55 respondents using probability sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that workload, work stress, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of BSI KC Jember employees.

Abstract

Research with the title “Marketing Mixed 7 P as a Basis for Clustering Kos - Kosan in the Kosan Room Rental Business in Sumbersari District Jember” aims to find out the grouping or clusters that are divided in the Sumbersari District Area of Jember Regency and identify the main groupings of boarding house clusters. Service marketing mix or better known as 7P is an independent variable in this study. The research design was carried out quantitatively and descriptively with SPSS data processing tools. Based on the results of data processing, 5 Kosan Clusters were obtained in Sumbersari Jember and the main consumer pattern centered on consumers who chose boarding houses based on needs being the main point of boarding house selection.

Abstract

Cooperatives for employees within an organization play a role in helping to improve welfare through various financial services. The aspect of management that is still conventional becomes one of the obstacles in the current digital era, where transparency and accountability are not maximally achieved. This research aims to design and develop a service application for employees of Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo named kopkar.id with the hope of becoming a solution in providing convenience for all cooperative members in monitoring and controlling savings and loan activities independently. Every step of the waterfall technique is fairly simple to follow, and the system is thoroughly documented once the stages are in place. Management of savings data, loans, transaction reports, and automatic notifications for participants are some of the most important functions of this application. After conducting research on this application, we concluded that this application improves operational efficiency and makes it easier for employees to obtain financial information in real-time. In addition, this application has a positive impact on transparency, accountability, and the trust of operational participants regarding operational failures. Therefore, the use of digital operational applications is effective in modernizing workplace operational systems.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the flow of the accounting information system in the cash disbursement cycle at PT Dapur Sehati Food. The main focus of the study is to describe the cash disbursement process that occurs in the company and identify the units involved in the cycle. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through observation and documentation of the cash disbursement procedure in the company. The results of the study indicate that the cash disbursement cycle at PT Dapur Sehati Food consists of several stages, starting from purchase requests, receipt of goods, making payment documents, to the process of recording transactions in the accounting system. Each stage is carried out by sections that have their own roles, such as the warehouse section, finance section, and accounting section. This study provides a comprehensive overview of how the accounting information system plays a role in recording and managing the cash disbursement process in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of strategic management and brand awareness on purchasing decisions directly and indirectly through unique selling points in the context of e-commerce. By focusing on users of several marketplace applications in the former Besuki Residency which includes the regencies of Banyuwangi, Bondowoso, Jember and Situbondo. This study adopts a non-probability sampling method with a quota sampling technique to determine a sample of 200 users. Path analysis was carried out using the IBM AMOS program after the data was tested for validity and reliability with SPSS. The results of the study indicate that both strategic management and brand awareness have a positive and significant influence on unique selling points and purchasing decisions, in addition, unit selling points have an indirect effect on strategic management and brand awareness on purchasing decisions. These findings are expected to provide practical insights for e-commerce business actors in designing attractive and sustainable marketing strategies, and emphasize the importance of building strong brand recognition in the face of increasingly tight e-commerce industry competition

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan literatur mengenai hubungan Financial Performance (FP) dan Firm Value dengan fokus pada tiga aspek utama: evolusi penelitian, metode pengukuran, dan hasil empiris yang diperoleh. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengadopsi kerangka PRISMA diterapkan pada 19 artikel ilmiah terpilih periode 2021-2025 yang diidentifikasi melalui Scopus. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan milti-sektor dominan menjadi objek penelitian. Terdapat 14 artikel yang menggunakan Tobin’s Q dan 15 artikel yang menggunakan proksi ROA, dengan teknik Panel Regression Method dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) sebagai metode paling populer. Hubungan FP dan Firm Value bersifat dinamis. FP dominan menggunakan proksi ROA yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Firm Value dengan proksi Tobin's Q, namun hubungan ini tidak langsung dan kompleks, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian mengonfirmasi bahwa peningkatan FP umumnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Firm Value, namun hubungan ini bersifat tidak langsung, dimediasi oleh FP itu sendiri, dan dimoderasi oleh faktor-faktor seperti ESG, karakteristik perusahaan, serta kondisi makroekonomi.
