Abstract

This article examines the Policy of Integrating Islamic Science and Science in Islamic Universities. Policy of Integration of Science and Islamic Studies in Islamic Higher Education. In general, this policy is like the government's response to science development, which was born from the conflict between science and religion. This study uses a literature review approach by citing and reviewing reading sources according to the research focus. The results of this study indicate that the Policy of Integrating Islamic Sciences and Sciences in Islamic Universities has not shown the government's concern for the development of science. The integration policy through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia following Minister of Religion Regulation Number 10 of 2010 concerning Organization and Work Procedures does not want to control the pace of scientific development. However, PTKAI's spirit of campus integration is not solely due to the policies of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion following Minister of Religion Regulation Number 10 of 2010 concerning Organization and Work Procedures, but rather the enthusiasm to continue scientific development. The policy of integrating Islamic knowledge and science in Islamic Religious Higher Education has not shown the government's concern for knowledge development.

Abstract

The acceleration of information requires the public to demand educational attainment following the wishes and demands of the times. The Covid 19 pandemic should not be solely used as a single factor as a cause of the failure of educational institutions to defend themselves against the public trust. At present, the inability to understand the condition of educational institutions and market demands means that many institutions must close or merge to save their existence. This study uses qualitative methods, in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document excavation. Senior High School 5 Taruna Brawijaya is supported by the implementation of strategic management, which can be classified as work, namely, changing the vision, mission, and goals of the institution, sharpening the reading of internal and external challenges, implementing cadet-based school branding, implementing policies, and implementing financing policies. Senior High School 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kota Kediri has succeeded in becoming a driving school, and this has increased trust and competitiveness in the community.

Abstract

CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis have increased inflammatory biomarkers. Anemia in CKD is associated with an advanced degree of inflammation while undergoing chronic hemodialysis. Garlic (Allium sativum) has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which are expected to improve the degree of inflammation in CKD patients. This study aims to assess the effect of garlic extract on hemoglobin levels in patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis. This study was an experimental study with a double-blind, randomized clinical trial design. This study was a crossover, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial. The study subjects were 40 stages 5 CKD patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis, randomly divided into two groups, namely the group that received 1000 mg of garlic extract per day (2x500 mg) for six weeks and the group that received a placebo, then a 2-week wash-out period. And after that, the two groups were given alternate treatment. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 program. A total of 40 subjects participated in the study, 57.5% male. The mean age of the subjects was 48.6 (26-59) years. The results showed that there was a significant difference in Hb levels in the garlic group (p = 0.047), where the increase in Hb was from 10.2 (9.2–11.8) mg/dl to 10.23 (8.9–11.6) mg/dl while in the placebo group, there was a decrease in Hb from 10.18 (9.6 – 11.2) mg/dl to 10.05 ± 0.52 mg/dl. Garlic extract can reduce levels of inflammation which can then increase hemoglobin levels.

Abstract

Indonesian people generally buy private vehicles by using credit facilities or making monthly payments to finance companies to own their vehicles. Vehicles purchased on credit are bound by using fiduciary guarantees prone to being pawned, rented out and transferred by the debtor unilaterally. The reason was due to default so that the fiduciary guarantee vehicle was diverted so that it could be confiscated by POLRI investigators to be used as evidence. As a result of the unilateral transfer of the debtor, the creditor suffers a loss, so that the creditor must be legally protected. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the legal protection for credit related to violations and diversion of vehicles based on the principle of justice. The method in this research is qualitative research with empirical and normative juridical approaches. Empirical juridical research prioritizes secondary data, books, laws and regulations and examines positive legal principles from literary data and comparative law. The fiduciary giver must be responsible, carry out his obligations and keep the collateral object under his control. However, in reality it does not rule out the possibility of the Fiduciary Guarantee object changing hands or transferring control to a third party because it is transferred by the debtor, usually due to economic factors. The existence of Law no. 42 of 1999 concerning guarantees in Indonesia which are lex specialis derogat legi general, is one of the legal principles which implies that specific legal rules will override general legal rules.

Abstract

In this study the aim is to analyze the problem of train travel that occurs with the change from single track to double track as well as changes in the layout of the emplacements, which increase the frequency of passenger and freight train trips. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. Primary data includes existing data on the Bogor-Sukabumi operation pattern obtained by interviewing West Java BTP and KAI employees. Secondary data includes data on train star formation, the type and number of trains, signal service time, and the speed of passenger and freight trains. In the planning of road plots in the Detailed Design of Double Tracks Between Bogor - Cigombong, it is not directly affected by traffic capacity. This is because road plots can be divided into several block plots, which is very different from the single-lane system. To reduce Headway or the same as to increase traffic capacity, simply by adding IB (Intermediate Block) between the distances of AB stations (AB (km) S) in the formula, if 1 (one) IB is installed, then the distance of the road plot is divided by two, if 2 (two) IBs are installed, then the distance of the road plot is divided by three and so on. The analysis  study of operational patterns on the Bogor-Sukabumi line shows that with the plan to increase the frequency of trains and the construction of a double track, there will be a decrease in the Headway from 10.38 to 7.1.

Abstract

Hospitals know smart users better through digital marketing than traditional marketing. The goal of hospital marketing is to assess and understand potential patients' needs and wants so they can meet those needs at the highest level. The Internet, email, and social media are cheaper than direct marketing and can create opportunities to market services to virtual customers, bridge the gap and increase their awareness of the services offered everywhere. This paper aims to determine the effect of digital marketing in hospitals. This scoping review followed a systematic review's study selection process. Relevant studies were collected from Open Knowledge Maps and Google Scholar. The results of this study indicate that some information related to the implementation of digital marketing has challenges. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in implementing digital marketing. In addition, the use of hospital applications can be used in online registration media and media marketing. During the pandemic, hospitals need innovative marketing strategies to attract new patients, expand the business, increase customer trust, and strengthen loyalty. Digital marketing media significantly impact sales promotion, business expansion, and service quality.

Indonesia is a maritime and archipelagic nation-based country. No wonder Indonesia has many of the best tourist attractions. Indonesian tourism is one of the country's largest sources of foreign exchange, so the presence of Covid 19 has had a huge impact on Indonesia and several tourist areas in Indonesia such as Bali. However, the Indonesian government prepared a new strategy with a focus on developing tourist villages with the aim of popularizing ecotourism and improving the economy of the residents and succeeded in getting people in tourist villages to open micro businesses to simply prepare souvenirs for tourists. In the title above, we will find out some data on micro-enterprises in the village of Lembur Sawah and the impact of the tourism village on the village. This reaserch use qualitative, descriptive-analytical research; the data obtained is in the form of observation results, interview results, and field notes that have been collected. Lembur Sawah has formed a Tourism Mobilization Community that gathers people with the awareness and willingness to process and develop Mulyaharja into a tourist village; the tourism driving group is called "KOMPEPAR MULYAHARJA" and use a promotion mix, promotional objectives, promotional budgets, target visitors, promotional media used, sources of messages and feedback.
