Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah indikator Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan indikator IPG dalam penelitian ini yaitu rasio Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS), rasio Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH), rasio Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK), dan rasio Pengeluaran Per Kapita (PPK). Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel yang menggabungkan data cross section dari 27 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat dan data time series dari periode tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik adalah Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan rasio RLS, rasio AHH, dan rasio PPK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2018-2022, serta tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan rasio TPAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2018-2022. Kemudian ada pengaruh dan signifikan rasio RLS, rasio AHH, rasio TPAK, dan rasio PPK secara bersama-sama terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat tahun 2018-2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Local Own Revenue and General Allocation Fund on district and city regional expenditures in Indonesia, in addition to analyzing the flypaper effect that occurs in regencies/cities in Indonesia on the Low, Medium, and High Financial Capability Index.The data used is secondary data and uses multiple regression analysis with a combination of time-series data from 2017 to 2021 and cross-section data consisting of 499 districts and cities. The result shows that Local Own Revenue and General Allocation Fund have positive significant effect on regional expenditures, an increasing in Local Own evenue will increase regional expenditures. Transfers from the central government will be responded to by increasing regional spending. This shows that local governments are still dependent on the General Allocation Fund.30 Regencies/cities in Indonesia with a low classification of Financial Capability Index (IKK) proved to be a flypaper effect phenomenon, while 187 districts/cities with a medium classification of Financial Capability Index (IKK), and 282 regencies/cities there is a flypaper effect on the financial capability index at a high level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of TPAK, smoking behaviour, and GRDP growth rate on poverty in the Regency/City of 4 Provinces in Java Island in 2023. This research is quantitative, using secondary data and the cross-section method. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling. The results of this study indicate that the TPAK variable affects poverty in the Regency/City of 4 Provinces on the island of Java. In comparison, the smoking behaviour variable and the GRDP growth rate do not affect poverty in the Regency/City of 4 Provinces in Java. Simultaneously, the TPAK variable, smoking behaviour, and GRDP growth rate together affect the poverty of the Regency/City of 4 Provinces on the island of Java in 2023
