Abstract

This study aims at identifying the existing condition of traditional markets after revitalization in Semarang Municipality, analyzing the government policies and analyzing social capital as an effort of maintaining the existence of traditional markets. This research was conducted in 2018, and the data were collected using the FGD and questionnaire. The data is analyzed using the mix method. The market existence indicators have 3 criteria, namely analysis of traditional market existence, analysis of government policies related to traditional markets, and analysis of social capital. The research results indicate that Sampangan, Rasamala and Peterongan Markets have stagnant existence direction. This means the existence of these markets is stable with neither acceleration nor declaration. Meanwhile, Bulu Market is inclined towards a declining trend. The market facility and infrastructure indicator shows that while the infrastructure is better and more modern, the number of buyers decreases and, hence, sellers income decreases. The human resources of the market administrator factor need to be improved by providing them training on healthy market management. Finally, social capital constitutes the key to the traditional market to survive in which such a matter is not found in the modern market. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi pasar tradisional pasca revitalisasi di Kota Semarang, menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah dan menganalisis modal sosial sebagai upaya mempertahankan eksistensi pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan FGD dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan mix method. Indikator keberadaan pasar mempunyai 3 kriteria, yaitu analisis keberadaan pasar tradisional, analisis kebijakan pemerintah terkait pasar tradisional, dan analisis modal sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasar Sampangan, Rasamala dan Peterongan memiliki arah keberadaan yang stagnan. Artinya, keberadaan pasar-pasar ini stabil tanpa adanya percepatan maupun deklarasi. Sementara itu, Pasar Bulu cenderung mengalami tren penurunan. Indikator sarana dan prasarana pasar menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sarana prasarana lebih baik dan lebih modern, jumlah pembeli menurun sehingga pendapatan penjual menurun. Peningkatan SDM pengelola pasar perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan pasar yang sehat. Terakhir, modal sosial merupakan kunci bertahannya pasar tradisional yang tidak terdapat dalam pasar modern.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify consumer attitudes toward the attributes forming consumer perceptions and analyze the differences in consumer attitudes toward Sampangan Market before and after the relocation. Variabels of this study are divided into two groups: an evaluation of the attribute variabels into consideration consumers in choosing where to shop (variabel ei). The second variabel is the strength of the belief that the object being assessed has these attributes (variabel bi). The data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and quantitative models multiatribut Fishbein attitude. Based on this research, consumer attitudes toward shopping attributes based on the evaluation of the importance of the attribute is strongly influenced by the price, speed of service, thelocation, the atmosphere and the physical condition of the shopping and completeness of product and promotion. Based on the evaluation of the level of confidence in the market Sampangan new attribute almost all the attributes believed was good except attribute consumer advertising and promotion. Based on the analysis calculations multiatribut Fishbein attitude is generally known that consumers preferred the new Sampangan Market compared to the old Sampangan market. The results of this study are expected to facilitate the formulation of plans, policies, regulations and implementation strategies specifically related to the development of traditional markets so that it can increase the economic empowerment that ultimately lead to a multiplier effect for the welfare of the societies.Keywords: Consumer Attitude, Attitude Multiatribut Fishbein Model.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui preferensi UMKM dan IKM Kota Semarang terhadap aksesibilitas pembiayaan lembaga keuangan, untuk mengetahui besaran penyaluran pembiayaan UMKM IKM, untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya aksesibilitas, dan untuk memberikan strategi peningkatan kemampuan UMKM dan IKM terhadap aksesibilitas lembaga keuangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan responden pelaku usaha UMKM dan IKM (berjumlah 100 responden) serta perwakilan lembaga keuangan, dan OJK. Analisis yang digunakan adalah mixed method dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 66% pelaku UMKM IKM mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari pinjaman modal di lembaga keuangan. Penyaluran Kredit Usaha rakyat (KUR) di Kota Semarang dengan nilai akad Rp. 621.959.783.457. Mayoritas pelaku UMKM IKM di Kota Semarang meminjam di Lembaga keuangan bank dibandingkan Lembaga keuangan non bank. Jumlah dana yang disalurkan oleh Lembaga keuangan kepada UMKM di Kota Semarang sebesar Rp 22.774.663.687.032, sedangkan Lembaga keuangan non bank Rp 104.836.360.801. Untuk kredit WIBAWA yang disalurkan Rp 3.024.000.000. Faktor penyebab rendahnya tingkat aksesibilitas usaha kecil mikro terhadap kredit adalah tingginya tingkat suku bunga, aspek legalitas, tidak memiliki tambahan agunan, pengusaha tidak mengetahui prosedur pengajuan kredit, dan rendahnya kemampuan dalam pembukuan yang profesional. Adapun strategi yang digunakan adalah mengkombinasikan hasil SWOT yaitu Pelatihan dan Pendampingan UMKM dan IKM dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan, sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk membuat IUMK dan NPWP, Pengenalan UMKM kepada sumber pembiayaan (Bank dan Non Bank), memberi pelatihan perhitungan kredit yang tepat dan sesuai berdasarkan kebutuhan pengembangan UMKM dan IKM.

Abstract

To maintain the existence of traditional markets, one of the efforts that can be done is to make traditional markets become thematic markets. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential development of thematic markets in Semarang City and to find out the thematic market development strategies in Semarang City. This research method is secondary data and primary data. Determination of samples in this study was carried out by purposive sampling method, that is judgment sampling. The analytical method uses description analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the potential of thematic market development in Semarang City is directed at two things, (a) thematic-based products, (b) themati-based village (c) based on creative economy. The potential of thematic / tourism village based thematic market development is directed at thematic villages that have been formed and developed by each Subdistrict according to their characteristics, potential and superiority. Some thematic market development strategies based on SWOT Analysis are facilitation of funds and bureaucracy in the development of thematic markets, conducting marketing promotions on thematic markets on a regular basis to the community, and empowering the market community. Efforts should be made to integrate tourism villages, thematic products, industrial centers and people's markets in maximizing the development of thematic markets in the city of Semarang so that there is no need to build new thematic markets that spend a lot of budget.

Abstract

Pada saat pandemi covid-19, adanya larangan berpergian yang menyebabkan berkurangnya pengunjung dan pada akhirnya menyebabkan pendapatan pelaku wisata ini turun tajam. Salah satu desa yang bergantung pada wisata yaitu Desa Wisata Bejalen Kabupaten Semarang. Salah satu upaya bertahan di era pandemi dengan tetap mengeksiskan destinasi wisata yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi e-tourism berbasis virtual tour video 360o. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan virtual tour berbasis virtual reality video 360o. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan aksi yang terbagi dalam tiga jenis kegiatan yaitu pemberian pelatihan pembuatan virtual reality video 360o, pendampingan dalam membuat virtual tour menggunakan sosial media dan selanjutnya kegiatan supervisi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan virtual tour terbagi dalam 3 fase yaitu fase pertama memetakan potensi objek destinasi wisata Desa Bejalen yang menjadi fokus utama yang akan ditampilkan pada situs e-Tourism seperti atribut wisata, lingkungan alam. Fase kedua terdiri atas proses video capture dan proses video editing. Fase ketiga dari pengembangan e-Tourism adalah pembuatan web site. Setelah tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan kegiatan supervisi. Hasil kegiatan supervisi bahwa pengabdian berjalan dengan lancar dan hasil virtual tour sesuai yang diharapkan karena adanya dukungan oleh pemerintah desa dan masyarakat Desa Bejalen.

Abstract

Korean culture is currently growing rapidly and expanding globally in the last two decades, known as the Korean Wave. One of the impacts of this phenomenon in Indonesia includes shifting social, cultural, and economic trends. This study aimed to examine the influence of the Korean Wave on consumer purchasing decisions and its use as a marketing strategy development for MSME in Semarang City. The method adopted is Moderating Regression Analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results showed that brand image and the Korean wave have a significant relationship with purchasing decisions. The Korean Wave was meant to moderate the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions. In an effort to develop a Korean wave-based marketing strategy, food and fashion actors are advised to insert a call to action sentence, select online marketing media that are often used by the community, optimize AdSense, and use the lowest possible production costs.

Abstract

Technology has shifted the payment system from cash to cashless method. It turns out that has an impact on the fiscal sector and economic growth. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of cashless payment systems on economic growth through tax revenue as a variable intervening in 2013-2022. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is used as an analysis method. The result of this study shows that cashless payment systems proxied by electronic money, debit/ATM cards, and credit cards have an impact on economic growth through tax revenue as an intervening variable, while internet banking does not. In outline, the use of cashless payment media has the potential to increase in Indonesia. Therefore, policymakers should collaborate with various parties, such as banks and society, to boost the use of cashless payment instruments as a medium of tax payment and increase economic growth.

Abstract

Pengelolaan homestay di Desa Wisata Candirejo masih sangat sederhana dan belum menerapkan tata kelola manajemen yang baik. Belum terdapatnya pembukuan keuangan, pemasaran homestay yang sederhana dan belum menerapkan standar pelayanan sesuai protokol Kesehatan. Oleh karenanya diperlukan suatu pelatihan dalam manajemen pengelolaan homestay berbasis CHSE.  CHSE adalah penerapan protokol kesehatan yang berbasis pada Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Environment Sustainability (Kelestarian Lingkungan). Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Candirejo, Magelang. Kegiatan berlangsung selama empat bulan dengan pendekatan aksi yang terdiri dari 3 tahap. Tahap sosialisasi (memberikan sosialisasi (penyuluhan) langsung kepada masyarakat Desa Wisata Candirejo tentang penyiapan penginapan lokal (homestay) beserta kriteria dan fasilitas yang diperlukan, pembukuan sederhana dan pemasaran serta memberikan contoh-contoh penerapan manajemen homestay. Tahap pelatihan yang meliputi pembukuan sederhana, promosi homestay, pelayanan kepariwisataan dan hospitality berbasis CHSE (Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Environment Sustainability (Kelestarian Lingkungan) yang ditujukan kepada pengelola homestay, tamu, dan masyarakat sekitar. Tahap pendampingan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi hasil pelatihan yang diberikan. Dengan adanya pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan homestay, dapat memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan ketika wisatawan menginap dan dapat menahan wisatawan lebih lama tinggal di Desa Wisata Candirejo untuk menikmati berbagai produk wisata dan paket wisata yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi secara langsung kepada masyarakat Desa Wisata Candirejo.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries that is still improving its economic development to become a developed country. As a country that is improving its economy, of course Indonesia has macroeconomic problems, one of which is unemployment. Unemployment is defined as a situation where the labour force does not have a job and is actively looking for work. This is due to the limited number of jobs available. This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of non-cash payments, inflation, and HDI on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study using panel data for the period 2019-2023 with 34 provinces in Indonesia as observations. The analysis method used is panel data regression. Based on the model selection results with the Hausman test, the fixed effect model (FEM) is the right model to use in this study. The result shows that the RTGS transaction value variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate with a coefficient of -0.339713. The variable of debit/ATM card transaction value negatively and significantly affects the unemployment rate with a coefficient of -1.829781. The credit card transaction value variable has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate with a coefficient of -5.822728. The inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate with a coefficient of -0.038126. The human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate with a coefficient of -0.228593.
