Abstract

The parking lot at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, South Kalimantan has experienced overcapacity. This results in the majority of vehicles parked on the road body, which causes discomfort and insecurity for visitors to the facility and traffic on the road. However, when compared to the three hospitals in the nearest regency, namely the Hulu Sungai Tengah District Hospital, Balangan Regency Hospital, and Tabalong District Hospital with wider parking spaces and more regularly parked vehicles will make people comfortable and safe to visit the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variables reviewed on the needs of two-wheeled and four-wheeled parking at regional public hospitals and to determine the model of parking needs at four regional public hospitals. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the hospital and primary data obtained from direct surveys in the field. From the results of the analysis, the independent variables dominantly affecting the need for two-wheeled parking are the number of polyclinic visitors (x3), the number of hospitalized patients (x5) and the number of polyclinic patients (x6) while the four-wheeled parking needs are the number of polyclinic visitors (x3), the number of inpatients (x5) and the number of polyclinic patients (x6). The model of parking demand pulling at Amuntai District Hospital is Y1 = 5,317 + 3,909x3 + 1,586x2 and Y2 = 3,383 + 0,282x6, in Balangan Regional Hospital is Y1 = 35,329 + 1,079x3 and Y2 = 5,683 + 0,351x3, at Barabai Regional Hospital is Y1 = 75,630 + 1.533x6 and Y2 = 27.994 + 0.179x6 and at the Tanjung Regional Hospital is Y1 = 4.269 + 0.761x3 + 7.895x5 + 0.444x2 and Y2 = -0.155 + 0.215x2 + 0.111x3 + 1.086x5.

Abstract

Management of swampy areas is inseparable from the management of watersheds. Erosion and sedimentation in the watershed affect the quality and quantity of river water entering the swamp area. One indicator of erosion is visible from the murky waters of the Kahayan River, while it is not yet known how much erosion and sedimentation potential occurs in the Kahayan watershed so that the study is needed for integrated Kahayan watershed management. This study aims to investigate the amount of erosion, analyze the level of erosion danger (TBE), and the magnitude of the results of sediments that occur in the Kahayan watershed. Analysis of land area and land units based on Geographic Information Systems. Estimates of estimated erosion rates use the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) method, and sediment yields use the Soil Conservation Service-United States Department of Agriculture (SCS-USDA) method by considering the weighting of land units to their total area. The estimated amount of erosion that occurred in the Kahayan watershed is 13.19 tons / ha / year with TBE consisting of very mild categories 47.65%, mild 50.99%; moderate 0.25%; weight 1.12% and very heavy 0%. Specifically for areas with heavy category TBE, the total score of the three physical character factors of the watershed (slope, soil type according to its sensitivity to erosion, and rainfall intensity) was obtained by 184 with the direction of land use being a protected area. Based on the value of Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR), the sediment yield in the Kahayan watershed is 169,115 tons / year and according to the Regulation of the Director-General of Land Rehabilitation and Social Forestry, the sediment yields in the Kahayan watershed are included in the good category.

Abstract

There are various types of shophouses construction in the city of Banjarmasin. Some use a foundation centered on the column, and there is also a continuous foundation on sloof. There is a floor construction that uses a staging system, and some uses a backfill system, so the cost per square meter of shop-building costs also varies. The research objective is to find out / find variations in construction costs per-m2 based on the type of foundation and floor construction and what is the minimum construction cost per-m2 in the construction of shophouses in the city of Banjarmasin if related to the types of foundation and floor construction. This research seeks to explore and utilize data obtained from the construction of shophouses built around the Banjarmasin city area, both those that have already been completed and those that are still in the construction stage. This study includes a calculation of the cost of building a shop construction on 4 types of combined construction, namely 2 types of foundation construction and 2 types of floor construction so that it can be seen the minimum cost of a combination of the two types of shophouse construction in the city of Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Considering the high cost of maintaining asphalt pavement, we need an alternative that is able to provide optimal results and economic costs, in this case using interlocking pavement construction. Interlocking construction pavement has several advantages from asphalt pavement, including being able to be done manually so that construction and road maintenance costs can be reduced. The purpose of this research is to study the design of asphalt pavement thickness and interblock construction using the AASHTO '93 method. The analysis methods were to calculate the construction costs of each pavement, to prepare maintenance cost scenarios and to conduct an economic analysis over the life of the plan to determine the economic type of pavement. The results showed that the research road section with a length of 285 m and a width of 20 m with a W18 value of 12,714,787.73 SS obtained asphalt pavement thickness used was 10 cm for the surface layer, 15 cm for the foundation layer and without using the bottom foundation layer , while in the interlocking pavement construction, the thickness used is 10 cm for paving and 5 cm for base sand (surface layer), 15 cm for the foundation layer and without using the bottom foundation layer. Construction and maintenance costs for 20 years for both types of pavement are Rp. 691,580,145.00 for asphalt pavement and Rp. 567,160,545.00 for inter-block pavement construction, this shows that asphalt pavement is 18% more expensive compared to inter-block pavement so that inter-block pavement is more economical to use for pavement used as container traffic.

Abstract

Syamsudin Noor Airport, which function has been changed to the Central Dissemination Airport since 2007, will definitely experience an increase in aircraft movements, passenger movements and goods. To provide infrastructure and facilities that meet these needs, it is necessary to make predictions about the needs that will occur. The need of passengers is a function of the free variable, where in general candidates for the free variable are characteristics of population activities that are reflected in the form of land use and demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the population. By using a basic service area around the airport and using demographic and socio-economic factors in the service area, a trip generation model from Syamsudin Noor airport was created. The modeling formula based on the best formulation for passenger departures is: Y = 28626,596 + 5,861.X1 + 215,232.X2 with a value of R2 = 0.890, the variables that determine Foreign Tourists (X1) and Industrial Workers (X2). Formulation for passenger arrivals: Y = 29371,093 + 6,346.X1 + 201,443.X2 with a value of R2 = 0,891, the variable that determines Foreign Tourists (X1) and Industrial Workers (X2). The transport demand model obtained is used as a basis for predicting the number of domestic air passengers at Banjarmasin Syamsudin Noor Airport.

Abstract

The Government through the Decree of the Minister of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure Number: 403 / KPTS / M / 2002 regarding Technical Guidelines for the Construction of Healthy Simple Houses states that the house is one of the basic human needs. It is necessary to create conditions that can encourage the construction of affordable housing for all levels of society, can be built in stages (growing houses) and able to meet the needs of residents. Occupants' needs can be assessed from the housing developments undertaken by residents. This study aims to analyze the application of renovable design concepts in type 36 homes by analyzing the basic needs of the occupants of the house, the area of space and its development and building components. In this study data were collected from housing populations in Banjarmasin City. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling and proportional sampling. Sampling of respondents in each housing is done by using random sampling techniques. Data from 241 occupants were then tested by Validity Test and Reliability Test then analyzed by descriptive method and the results were used as a basis for applying renovable design concepts. The results showed that the basic needs of residents who were not met were the size of the room, the area of home equipment (home accessories), the pattern of the relationship between space, the level of perfection of ventilation / wind-wind, shape and appearance (aesthetics) and the color of the house. The room that was dominantly overhauled was the family room, bathroom / lavatory and living room. The dominant plus space is the kitchen and dining room. The dominant building component developed is the wall. The basic pattern of development that is the basis for the renovable concept floor plan is the type 3 pattern (the location of the origin of the bathroom /WC is in the middle of the house between two rooms) because it has space efficiency, cost and implementation time.

Abstract

Bundaran Kecil area in Palangka Raya is a very strategic and historic area on the road network in Palangka Raya City. Intersection in the area of the Bundaran Kecil is a level intersection that has an asymmetrical axis and is equipped with traffic lights. Many intersections in urban areas are often not well planned, especially with regard to traffic lights and the geometry which makes control of vehicles difficult. The purpose of this research is to find out performance optimization and provide alternative solutions for handling intersections in the Bundaran Kecil area by using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) for the present and the next 5 years. The results of existing conditions for the present study indicate that the value of the degree of saturation is above 1 with the level of service F. This shows that the intersection in the Bundaran Kecil requires a traffic management and signal cycle modification. The results of the analysis of several modifications obtained the best solution for the present time is a two-phase signal cycle with a degree of saturation of 0.4493. And after modifying the signal cycle, the best solution for the next 5 years is a 2-phase signal cycle with a degree of saturation of 0.7523.

Abstract

Real estate. A review of market, legal, technical and environmental and financial aspects is an important part of determining investment viability. The sequence of processes in conducting a study of these aspects is mostly not done by the developer systematically, so it requires a relatively long time. To facilitate developers in conducting studies on the feasibility of real estate investment, a series of procedures that are systematic and integrated into a system need to be made. The real estate investment feasibility system (SKIR) compiled in this study is limited to middle to upper scale housing located in the city of Banjarmasin and its surroundings. This system is realized into a computerized environment, with the hope that the process of conducting a feasibility study will be more effective. The results of this study are in the form of Real Estate Investment System Application Program. This system uses the Windaw XP operating system with the Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 programming language where the application program can be directly connected to the database. The SKIR program validation was tested with the object of the Citra Garden Housing study with the results of the system running well.
