<![CDATA[Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are village business institutions managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy which is formed based on the needs and potential of the village. The potential owned by BUMDes as a village community independent business institution in providing the welfare of the village community itself. The problem with BUMDes Lestari Jaya is that the sales system that still uses manual methods to sell these products will require a long time in the sales process, there is no interactive service for customers in ordering products other than coming directly to BUMDes or communication via telephone. In carrying out its business activities BUMDes Lestari Jaya does not allow selling manually. Therefore from the need for a website to facilitate the sale of products and ordering products. The results achieved in this study are a website based information system at BUMDes Lestarai Jaya using Xampp, PHP and MySQL. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and improve service quality for BUMDes Lestari Jaya customers. For BUMDes Lestari Jaya itself makes it easy for consumers to obtain information, to make online ordering ordering transactions and can help the BUMDes Lestari Jaya to increase and expand the range of product marketing.]]>

Otto Iskandardinata No.59, which is engaged in making Authentic Deed regarding all deeds, agreements and provisions required by statutory regulations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current system, so that it can overcome the problems faced at the Krisalia Wahyu Sari Notary Office of Jambi City, by designing Web-Based Cash In and Out Cash Information System Design at the Krisalia Wahyu Sari Notary Office in Jambi City . As for the constraints faced, company data security is not guaranteed, this is because documents are still in the Form of paper that is easily lost, damaged or lost, the information generated cannot be presented on time because it requires a long time to process data. <![CDATA[PT. The Jambi Tourism Buanan Pavilion is a company in the tourism sector with the trademark Kampoeng Radja. The problem is that Kampoeng Radja is the only largest tourist park in Jambi Province that uses technological developments in the form of cards (Kampoeng Radja Cards) in the ticket system, because it is still the only tourist park that uses ticket system technology, so this study aims to analyze the information system process. accounting for cash receipts and disbursements at the ongoing PT Anjungan Buana Wisata. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques, using the method of interviewing, observation, and literature study. The results showed that; (1) The accounting system for cash receipts and disbursements at PT. The Buana Wisata Pavilion is carried out systematically, all processes of cash receipts and cash disbursements must be authorized by the parties concerned. (2) There is a separation of the functions of finance, accounting and cash so that security can be guaranteed. This is in accordance with the theory and is well implemented at PT. Buana Wisata Pavilion. (3) Cash receipt and receipt system supported by an excellent internal control system. (4) The company has used a computer system to record all transactions. All data has been automatically available in this system which is very effective and efficient for the company.]]>

<![CDATA[Ahza Cake and Bakery is a small culinary business that sells foods such as donuts, pizza, brownies and other foods. This company still uses manual sales and the marketing reach is still to small. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based sales accounting system. The method of data collection is done by interview, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses waterfall development. Programming language using PHP and database using MySQL, and system design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The result of this research is that there is a system currently being developed which is useful for reducing errors in recording sales and the wider marketing reach because the system is designed to display the results of sales records so that they are monitored more quickly, accurately and in detail.]]>

<![CDATA[Inventory information system is a system for inventory of goods in warehouse. At Bengkel Pemeliharaan Tabung PT Arsade Inti Alasindo warehouse in managing goods using a computerized but simple inventory system that is using Ms. software Excel, so that in the process of managing goods that have problems in the recording process, they cannot find out the inventory data quickly and data duplication occurs, therefore an inventory information system is needed to support the inventory management process. The data method is done by interview, observation, documentation. The development of this inventory information system uses the waterfall model and the FIFO (First In First Out) method. Based on the results of the research, the authors developed an inventory information system that can be accessed by users to facilitate data processing and minimize the use of time and output in the form of reports. Kopi Ayam Ras Jambi which is related to accounting records through the calculation of the income statement still uses the manual method that has not used a computerized system that is in accordance with accounting standards. From this, this situation makes it difficult for management to calculate the income statement every month. The purpose of this study is to create an Income Statement System using the single-step method, which is expected to assist management in calculating the company's profit and loss for each period. The profit and loss statement using this single step can make it easier for management to calculate the income, costs, and profit and loss generated each period. So that the management of UD. Kopi Ayam Ras Jambi can find out in real terms the company's profit and loss for each accounting period. <![CDATA[PT. Zokkas Sejahtera Jambi is a company engaged in the storage and sale of goods (distributors). The process of data collection of incoming and outgoing goods, inventory stock, and reporting of goods was not optimal when searching for data due to the large number of data items and data containers still using spreadsheets. With that in order to be optimal, it is advisable to use an inventory information system. The purpose of this inventory information system is to solve problems that arise in the current system at PT. Zokkas Sejahtera Jambi as well as being a good solution for companies to create a faster and more accurate system for managing inventory. Methods of data collection are done by means of interviews, observation, documentation and analysis of the systems used by the company. The result of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system with the FIFO method which provides convenience in providing information on inventory data through incoming and outgoing goods using data flow diagrams, DFD, ERD and MySQL for data processing.]]>

<![CDATA[Jambi Polytechnic Cooperative is one of the business units engaged in photocopying documents, printing documents, and buying and selling stationery (ATK). The Jambi Polytechnic Cooperative was established with the aim of improving the academic atmosphere and making it easier for students to complete their needs in the learning and teaching process. The management of expenditure and income data on the Cooperative Petty Cash at the Jambi Polytechnic is still done manually so that the performance in the process of managing expenditure and income data is still not optimal. In order to manage data more optimally, a web-based accounting information system must be used. This research was conducted on petty cash in the Jambi Polytechnic cooperative, the petty cash accounting information system in the Jambi Polytechnic cooperative uses the imprest method or the fixed funds method, where this method is a method which is a method of filling the petty cash always in fixed amount in accordance with the amount at the time of initial formation petty cash fund. The method used by the author is data collection, analysis and designing the system based on the results of research conducted. This research resulted in an application that is equipped with a petty cash position statement and a general journal report where this report is the output of the designed application. The development of the petty cash accounting information system uses the waterfall method and the data flow model used is DFD (Data Flow Diagram), a programming language using PHP, and a MySQL database. This research resulted in a petty cash accounting information system that can be implemented in the Jambi Polytechnic Cooperative.]]>

The process of data collection of incoming goods and goods out of stock inventory when searching for goods data is still using the manual method. With this, in order to make it easier, it is recommended to use an inventory information system. The purpose of this inventory system is to overcome the system that is currently running at the gun cs shop as well as a solution so that the store can manage inventory data more quickly. The result of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system with the LIFO FIFO and Avarage method which provides convenience in providing information on inventory data through incoming and outgoing goods using data flow diagrams, DFD, ERD and MySQL for data processing.]]>
