Artikel akan ditinjau paling sedikit 2 (dua) atau lebih pakar. Para pengulas memberikan komentar berharga ilmiah untuk memperbaiki isi naskah. Abstract

The tourism potential of Tana Toraja Regency is many potential. The development of this potential is expected to encourage regional development. Currently, there are 7 (seven) tourism development strategies implemented in Tana Toraja. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of 7 (seven) strategies. The purpose of this research to explore the information about the level of influence the progress implementing of seven strategies and factors influence the development of tourism in Tana Toraja Regency. This research is qualitative with descriptive type. The results of this research, are : (1) all strategies have been implemented but the results of the implementation of these strategies are different. Where the strategy of strengthening marketing and product development was successfully implemented and has given significant results. The strategy in distribution and multiplier and product development strategy has a significant results, but there are still parts have not been successfully implemented, and HR development strategy, Spatial development and tourism interest processing strategy have not provided significant results for the development of Tana Toraja tourism. (2) The driving aspects of tourism development owned by Tana Toraja include: The naturalness of tourism objects, the role and participation of the Toraja society and tourism promotion objects are very diverse and creative. (3) And inhibiting aspects are: Inadequate facilities and infrastructure, unprofessional human resources in the field of tourism and the legal basis (Perda) specifically on tourism is not.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is the level of community satisfaction with services at the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) Polres Tana Toraja. The problem in this study is how the level of community satisfaction with services in SPKT. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction with services at the SPKT Polres Tana Toraja. The technique of collecting data in this study was by conducting observations, interviews, and questionnaires with 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and the use of the Decree of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the preparation of community satisfaction surveys for service delivery units of government agencies. The results of this study are the level of community satisfaction with services at SPKT is in the good category with an IKM value of 80,834, because the value is between 76.61-88.30 which is in good service quality (B).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, to determine the effect of training on employee performance and to dterminethe affect of motivation and training on employees performance. Tihis research was conducted at the cooperative CU Sauan Sibarrung, Tana Toraja Regency. This population of this study were all employees of CU Sauan Sibarrung, Tana Toraja Regency with a total of 50 employees, and the sampling technique used saturated samples, because all members of the population were used as smples. The data collction technique in this study used a questionnaire with a likert scale measurement. The result showed that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance; training has a positive effect on employee performance; and motivation and training together have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the working capital turnover at PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk in 2017-2019. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results show that the rate of working capital turnover from 2017-2019 has decreased, while for the turnover period it has increased and the level of net sales fluctuates. In 2017, the turnover of working capital was 16.50 times a year with a turnover period of 22 days and sales of IDR 814,490,000,000. In 2018 the turnover of working capital was 7.90 times a year with a turnover period of 45 days and net sales decreased to IDR 804,302,000,000. This is because companies cannot utilize existing working capital to generate maximum net sales. In 2019 the turnover of working capital was 4.74 a year with a turnover period of 72 days and net sales of IDR. 834,330,000,000. Even though their working capital turnover has decreased, the company can take advantage of the existing working capital to increasing net sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of the attractiveness and promotion on the decision of tourists to visit the tourist attraction Pongtorra' North Toraja Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method where the data derived from the questionnaires answers that have been quantified by weighting the respondent’s answers are analyzed statistically. The number of population in this study was 18,250 people from that population, a total sample size of 100 respondents. The results showed that attractiveness (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the Tourist Decision to Visit (Y) to the tourist attraction Pongtorra' North Toraja Regency. While Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Tourist Decision to Visit (Y) to the tourist attraction Pongtorra 'in North Toraja Regency. Simultaneously Attractiveness (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Tourist Decision to Visit (Y) to the tourist attraction Pongtorra' North Toraja Regency. The results of this study can be concluded that simultaneously the higher the attractiveness and promotion carried out by the manager, the higher the decision of tourists to visit, and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of achieving the implementation of the budget at BAPPEDA North Toraja. The data used in this study is the 2015-2019 budget realization report from BAPPEDA North Toraja. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use the effectiveness formula which is measured by comparing the realization of the budget with the target of the budget. Based on the results of the analysis, the effectiveness of the BAPPEDA North Toraja is good because it is still in the category of quite effective to effective. Although it shows fluctuating effectiveness results from 2015-2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at UD. Karya Mandiri in Makale Utara, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. The total population is 31 people, all of whom are respondents in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at UD. Karya Mandiri in Makale Utara, Kabupaten Tana Toraja. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, which is operated through the SPSS 23 program. The results show that work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Karya Mandiri in North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. While compensation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at UD. Karya Mandiri in North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. Simultaneously work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Karya Mandiri in Makale Utara, Kabupaten Tana Toraja.

Abstract

Analysis of Merchandise Inventory Turnover at Sumber Farma Bolu Pharmacy, Tallunglipu.This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the system of recording incoming and outgoing goods at the Sumber Farma Bolu Pharmacy. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this research are the level of inventory turnover at Sumber Farma Bolu Pharmacy for the type of patent medicine is about 12 times a year and classified as good due to the standard, while for the type of generic medicine is about 9 times a year and the turnover rate below the type of patent medicine. This is due to the accumulation of merchandise in the warehouse and also many merchandise are damaged and can no longer be sold (expire).

Abstract

Public services quality as measured by community satisfaction as service users are the main benchmar to determining the success of public organizations in carrying out their duties. Focus of this research is community satisfaction regarding the quality of public services at the Puskesmas Sanggalangi' Toraja Utara. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique was incidental sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents. The quality of public services was measured Permenpan-RB Indonesia Number 16 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Survey of Community Satisfaction on Public Service Delivery. The results of the analysis regarding the quality of public services at the Sanggalangi Public Health Center in North Toraja Regency in 2020 obtained an IKM value of 82.67 which means that public satisfaction with the quality of public services at the Puskesmas Sanggalangi' Toraja Utara is good category based on Permenpan-RB No. 14 of 2017.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektif tidaknya penerimaan pajak daerah Kabupaten Tana Toraja Tahun 2018-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengklarifikasi dan menganalisis data yang diperoleh.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: tingkat efektivitas penerimaan pajak daerah Kabupaten Tana Toraja pada tahun 2018-2020 masuk dalam kategori cukup efektif dengan tingkat efektivitas rata-rata 85,59%. Tingkat efektivitas pajak daerah tahun 2018 sebesar 110,17 persen dengan kategori sangat efektif, tahun 2019 sebesar 87,73 persen dengan kategori cukup efektif dan tahun 2020 sebesar 58,88 persen dengan kategori tidak efektif. Tingkat efektivitas rata-rata semua pos pajak daerah Kabupaten Tana Toraja pada Tahun 2018-2020 adalah Pajak Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan sebesar 129,97 persen, Pajak Hotel sebesar 112,29 persen, Pajak Penerangan Jalan sebesar 103,67 persen, Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan sebesar 94,39 persen, Pajak Restoran sebesar 81,71 persen, Pajak Reklame sebesar 58,63 persen, Pajak Mineral Bukan Logam dan Batuan sebesar 56,61 persen dan Pajak Hiburan sebesar 16,10 persen.
