Abstract

Sektor UKM selalu memiliki peranan penting, karena umumnya penduduk berpendidikan rendah dan hidup di sektor tradisional yang menyerap banyak tenaga kerja. Keterampilan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sehingga tenaga kerja berperan penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UKM. Pelatihan ini diberikan pada 30 orang pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pelaku UKM dalam manajemen melalui metode ceramah, demonstasi dan diskusi. Materi yang diberikan adalah keuangan, pemasaran dan pengembangan usaha yang diberikan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Manajemen Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrrampilan manajemen para pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Tana Toraja, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan memberi daya saing.

Abstract

Lembang Buntudatu is a lembang located in the Menkendek sub-district, Tana Toraja district. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to identify the potential of the Buntu Datu Pine Forest Tourism Area based on the tourist attractions it has, and to explain the arrangement of the Buntu Datu Pine Forest Tourism Area according to its potential. The implementation method used in the activity of preparing a tourism area management plan in Lembang Buntu Datu, Mengkendek Tana Toraja District, namely the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with the community and the management of the Buntudatu Natural Tourism Lembang, and holding workshops.The results of the discussion in this activity are developing professionalism and management patterns of Buntudatu natural tourism objects that are ready to support natural tourism activities and are able to utilize the potential of natural tourism objects in a sustainable manner. Aspects of Facilities and Infrastructure which have two sides of interest, namely (1) a tool to meet the needs of natural tourism, (2) as a control in order to maintain environmental balance, the construction of facilities and infrastructure can increase the carrying capacity so that utilization efforts can be carried out optimally

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation of Macroeconomic variables such as Inflation, Interest Rates, Exchange Rate, Money Supply and Gross Domestic Product with the Composite Stock Price Index registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical approach used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The population in this study is the non-sectoral stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample in this study is the composite stock price index. The results of the study found that inflation (X1) and the money supply (X4) were positively correlated but not significant and interest rates (X2) were negatively correlated but not significantly related to the Composite Stock Price Index (Y). There is also the exchange rate (X3) which has a negative and significant effect and Gross Domestic Product (X5) which has a positive and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (Y). The results of the study using the Coefficient of Determination method have a value of 0.832 or 83.2% which indicates a strong relationship between the macroeconomic variables and the Jakarta Composite Index.

Abstract

Wabah pandemi covid-19 telah menyebar ke berbagai Negara termasuk negara Indonesia,yang mengharuskan berbagai aspek dan kehidupan untuk segera mengambil tindakan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan virus yang lebih luas, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, bidang social. Dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 ini adalah agar masyarakat mempunyai kesadaran dan motivasi agar tetap mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Salah satu langkah menanggulangi hal ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di Lembang Ke’Pe Tinoring untuk tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan agar membawa dampak yang baik bagi sesama. Pada proses pencegahan virus Corona bekerjasama dengan pihak setempat, mensosialisasikan melalui tempat ibadah, sekolah, kantor Lembang dan rumah masyarakat.

Abstract

Regional Financial Performance Analysis is a form of accountability and a manifestation of financial decentralization and authority from the center to the regions. Regions that are able to manage their finances effectively and efficiently are certainly expected to be able to stimulate the economy through budget absorption in productive sectors and their potential so that they will be able to overall increase efficiency, effectiveness and independence. In this study, the ratio analysis of independence, efficiency and effectiveness is used to see how far the Tana Toraja Regency Government is in managing its regional finances. The results of the ratio calculations carried out resulted in an average independence rate of 22% during the research year (2017-2019). While the results of the calculation of the regional financial efficiency ratio are an average of 88% and the results of the calculation of the effectiveness ratio of regional original income reach an average of 71%.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to determine the performance of spending expenditure in the budget realization report at the Department of Culture and Tourism in North Toraja Regency. The method that used in this case study is Quantitative Descriptive Analysis. The data entry used in this thesis have multiple category which are Expenditure Variance Analysis Techniques, Expenditure Compatibility Analysis, Expenditure Growth Analysis and Efficiency Analysis. The outcome of this study prove that the expenditure performance in the budget realization report for the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Industries which is from 2019-2021 can be seen from the expenditure variance with an average of 17.27%. According to the research of expenditure, the spending growth has an increase by 29.56% for the year 2020, meanwhile for the year 2021 the growth has an increase of 0.76%. Based on the analysis of compatibility, the spending ratio of operating expenditure it is categorized as suitable because it has an average of 72.18%. On the other hand, the capital expenditure ratio it is categorized quite relevant because it has an average of 46.48%. Thus, the analysis of expenditure efficiency it is categorized as the most satisfactory because it has an average effectiveness level which from year 2019 till 2021 reaching 84.44%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative size and type of cooperative on the quality of the internal control system in cooperatives in Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) Testing the quality of the data, namely the validity test and reliability test, 2) The classic assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, 3) Multiple linear regression analysis, 4) The coefficient of determination (), and 5) Test the hypothesis, namely the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the size of large cooperatives has a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system, namely 36.00, while the size of medium cooperatives has an effect of 32.81 and small cooperatives have an influence at 17.20. 2) consumer cooperatives have a greater influence on the quality of the internal control system that is equal to 27.61, while savings and loan cooperatives have an influence of 27.11 and service cooperatives have an influence of 15.54. and 3) Cooperative size and type of cooperative simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on quality internal control system, this is indicated by the significant value of the size of the cooperative (0.000) and the type of cooperative (0.046) <0.05.

Abstract

Masuknya investasi bodong memberikan kerugian yang sangat besar bagi masyarakat di Tana Toraja. Mereka melakukan investasi bodong tersebut karena tergiur dan belum memahami mengenai investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Tana Toraja Lembang Ke’pe’ Tinoring Kecamatan Mengkendek terhadap Investasi Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan analisis deskriptif yang merupakan metode analisis dengan mengumpulkan data secara sistematis, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikannya sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan yang menunjukkan mengenai tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Toraja terhadap Investasi Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data yang terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari masyarakat Tana Toraja khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal di Lembang Ke’pe’ Tinoring dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai tulisan melalui buku, jurnal, literature, dan sumber- sumber lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan survey dan wawancara menggunakan alat bantu berupa daftar pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan agar responden bisa memberi data mengenai sikap, perasaan, pengalaman, kepercayaan, keinginan, pengetahuan, dan karakteristik pribadi mereka. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang diberikan kepada 88 orang responden, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat Lembang Ke’Pe’ Tinoring belum memahami tentang Investasi Keuangan.

Abstract

The potential for developing local wisdom tourism is part of human creativity. A tourist village is a tourist destination that reflects local tourism wisdom. Local wisdom tourism that exists in society is: customs, history, culture and natural beauty. Lembang Baruppu' Benteng Batu is located in Baruppu' sub-district, North Toraja district. It is a tourist village that has tourism potential in the form of natural tourism, customs, culture and history. The aim of this research is to analyze tourism potentials related to local wisdom tourism and recommend the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu. The method used in the research is qualitative analysis through direct observation and interviews with local government, traditional leaders and the community. Some of the potential for developing local wisdom tourism in Baruppu' Benteng Batu are still being preserved today and some have been neglected.
